Garlic donuts

Ingredients

dry yeast 2 tsp
wheat flour 470 g
sugar 1 tsp
salt 1.5 tsp
egg 1
milk 250 ml
water 3 tbsp. l
butter (melted) 65 g

Cooking method

  • HP-TEST
  • put the balls in the mold, proof-30 minutes, grease yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk
  • bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes
  • cover hot donuts with garlic filling: 3-5 cloves of garlic + parsley (mine is dry) + plant. oil + a little water

The dish is designed for

16 pieces

Time for preparing:

2 hours 20 minutes + 30 minutes + 30-40 minutes

Note

I did not have milk, I added water + 1.5 tbsp. l. milk powder
and there was no butter, I added margarine, in Panasonic the dough evens out the temperature, so I did not melt the margarine, but cut into pieces, that's all the digression!

Yes. Exactly so-2.20 is the time of the TEST mode in my HP. Proofing is the time before the oven: after you have shaped the buns, put them in the mold. Wait 30 minutes, grease with yolk with milk and bake.
