Now I don’t remember exactly (I’m not at home, I can’t look at the instructions), but in my opinion. And at the end of "Start" do not forget to press.
Thank you!
If possible, write in more detail in the evening (step by step), I'm especially interested in how to set a delay.

Natasha, what is your MV model? I have 57 and in the instructions this is point number 10

I have 58, just recently, so I'm just learning to cook with it.
metel_007
I don't even know what to tell you, my model is different. Read the instructions, I have it clearly written in the "Presetting"
seacat
Tatalo4ka, I did this on my mod.58 - I select the desired mode (Soup, Stew, etc.), then I press the "Program" button and with the "Hours-Minutes" buttons I start clicking the time I need. The principle is this - if you need to get ready by 7 in the morning, and now it is 9 in the evening, then we set 10 hours. If you need to be ready by 5 pm, and now it’s one in the afternoon, then I set it to 4 hours. That is, I set the number of hours after which I need the finished dish.
At the end - Start
metel_007
You see how it turns out in different models in different ways, the end of cooking time is set at 57 and the MB turns on itself according to the time set by the timer.

I realized thanks. But what about the increase in the cooking time itself? EXTINGUISHING - by default 2 hours, when you need to increase to 6-7 hours, before setting a delay ???
Girls, excuse me, I understand that I'm tired, but I can't figure it out, it's already late evening - it's time to put jellied meat ..., and I - in any way ... I can't figure it out, it's scary, I won't sleep all night if what's wrong...
metel_007
Tatalo4ka, I suggest you until you figured out how to set the correct time not to fool your head and turn on the MV before going to bed or for stewing or soup for 6-7 hours, and at the end of the program, the MV will switch to the "Keep warm" mode. In the morning you will get up and pour jelly and you will sleep well

I would do this:
We select "Extinguishing". Then "Time" - we click 6 hours. Then "Program" - click 10 hours (or whatever is there until the desired hour X is needed). Start.
Not ... well, it should work It is logical ...
Tatalo4ka
Girls, URAAAA !!!
The jellied meat turned out to be excellent, although I put it on STEWING at 11 pm, increased the time to 7 hours.
At 6-00 the program ended and was heated until 7-00 in the morning. The water was poured 2 cm above the meat level.
Now it's already lunch - we tried it, all of mine are happy. And I'm so glad !!!!!
I've been cooking jellied meat on the stove for many years. But I wanted to try it in cartoon. Next time I'll take a chance with a delay to put it overnight.
Thank you all for the advice !!!!!

Hello everybody!!!
Tell me, if the recipe (from another model of the multicooker) says: set the MULTI-COOK mode, then in our Perfezzah - can this be applied to which mode?

Hello everybody!!!
Tell me, if the recipe (from another model of the multicooker) says: set the MULTI-COOK mode, then in our Perfezzah - can this be applied to which mode?

A multi-cook is arbitrary (i.e.any) setting the cooking time, temperature and pressure are also possible. There is no such mode in Perfezza multicooker. But you can try to combine cooking modes based on the available modes.
Tatalo4ka
Girls, or maybe someone did a comparison of recipes for our multicooker with other models, I mean which multicooker recipes (by volume !!!!!!!) are suitable for cooking in our cartoon.
After all, we mostly take recipes from the forums, and there is a variety of models. But some models have a smaller volume, and when you take the recipe as a basis, it is not clear whether it is necessary to increase the number of products for our Perfezzka.
If anyone has any information on this, please share.
lunova-moskalenko
At home I have a VES 14 multicooker (volume 6 liters), my son has in the Perfez dormitory. And we take recipes from this forum to other multicooker. More precisely, I take and adapt for my son. The meaning in multicooker is the same, the current, power and volumes are different. So I increase and decrease the number of products (volume). I'm not looking by prescription. and how many eaters in this case will be. To have enough for everyone!
Tatalo4ka

Thank you!!!

I understood this way: If you increase the volume of products for BAKING, then the cooking time needs to be increased by as much as how many times is the volume of products increased ?? But in other programs, with an increase in the volume of products, it is probably better to follow the cooking process directly during cooking ??? right?
lunova-moskalenko

Well, something like this! Toka, I somehow do not increase the rate of products from the recipes that are given for other multicooker for baking. And in no case do not open the cartoon while baking, everything will settle (fall). The more food, the longer it takes to bake in most cases!
NadinSA
Girls, save) urgently) (patamusha must be cooked .. in principle, it is already being prepared like ..).
In general, I'm putting jellied meat now. Extinguishing. Of course, 2 hours is not enough, I decided to increase the time. I press the start and ... counts down from "20 minutes" and turns off (switches to heating).
I did so.
turned on-select function-settings-hours (indicated 6 hours) -start.

What am I doing wrong? Yes, I haven't cooked on the extended mode for a long time .. I could forget .. but I don't have time to shovel 66 pages. Help me please
If I knew that I was Chukchi, I would read the forum in the morning .. but I thought that I was a specialist)))
Tatalo4ka

Most recently, I cooked: I turned on the cartoon, selected EXTINGUISHING (by default 2 hours), then pressed-TIME, then - CLOCK-increased to 6 hours and pressed START.
Everything worked out, cooked for 6 hours. CLASSSS !!!!

Girls, help !!! I got lost ...
I changed the laptop and now all the bookmarks are gone.
My porridge started to stick to the bottom ... Here somewhere it was written how this problem can be eliminated. Not by buying a new bowl (for now, anyway) - I’m still dumb money. (((Help, pliiiz !!! I was tortured to clean the bottom.

Hello everyone! Recently I became the owner of Perfezka-55, before that I have been using Panasik-18 for 2.5 years. Now I have a "sweet couple" in my kitchen! I got practically new perfezka very cheaply (250 UAH) and without instructions. But having a lot of experience with Panas, I figured it out right away, and even then I mastered reading 24 pages, there is not enough time for all 66, and the information is being repeated.
I have a question for everyone - who at least somehow experienced the RICE SOAKING mode? What is he doing? How and for what can it be adapted?
I bought today a silicone tack-mat 18x18 cm (5 UAH !!!), it fits well on the bottom of the cartoon. Anyone who has experience using such a rug in a cartoon, I immediately thought about XP mode.
Thanks to everyone who answered.
NadinSA
I did not use soaking.
But I guess this is some kind of semi-cooked rice program. Well, right off the bat, it is recalled as an example, when here is stuffed peppers, meatballs ... the rice is not put raw ... but, so to speak, partially prepared.

NadinSA? happy Birthday! All the best!
I remembered about rice made from pepper, but there it is half or completely ready. With simple soaking, this will not work.
I will wait for more answers.
Or you will have to experiment yourself ...

My son has a 56 model. Sometimes she bakes something tasty for herself on the crispy rice mode. Read the topic here at the beginning. They tell you how to bake.
Tatalo4ka
Girls, Easter cake in a slow cooker from Golubka was a success !!!!!!

Baked in Perfezze-58.
All the ingredients were exactly according to Golubka's recipe, but instead of dry milk, she added 200 ml of melted milk, and weighed 500 g of flour on an electronic scale. The dough was proofed on the YOGURT function. Exactly 1.5 hours later, it rose to mark 8. Immediately switched to the BAKE function. Baked for 50 minutes + 30 minutes. TOTAL - Easter cake 10 cm high !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything rose and baked perfectly, but how delicious !!!!!!!!

Sorry, something didn't work out with the pictures, HERE:

this is not cake, but fantastic !!! gorgeous!

can you tell me about the glaze from an acquaintance. I'm already worn out - I can't get the icing. well at least I learned to make chocolate. but little white in any way. and you have such a charm on the cake on top ...
May I tell you for now. I had 3 proteins from the refrigerator, plus 150 grams of powdered sugar and I also added a couple of regular sugar cakes. And slowly, with my DEKSIK (blender), I whisked everything at once with a whisk. The whole process took me about 5 minutes of beating at maximum speed. It turned out just 0.5 liters in the end. There weren't even enough beads. There is still some frosting. The glaze hardens immediately, as I apply it to the still warm cakes. Literally hot. I apologize for the quality of the photo from the phone. It still looks like the plate is dirty, but it's clean !!!

I always made the icing like this (and before, when I baked cakes in the oven):
Whipped with a whisk from a Brown blender:
protein 1 egg from the refrigerator (well, to keep it cold), a pinch of salt into the protein, beat with a mixer until a cool foam, continuing to beat, add (gradually) 1 full teaspoon of powdered sugar. Total powdered sugar leaves somewhere in spoons 5. The glaze turns out to be dense, even from the whisk does not drip. The only drawback (and maybe not), this glaze does not dry for a long time, that is, it does not become hard, this is so soft on top and lies on the top, it does not have time to dry, children and grandchildren eat everything !!!!!

Hello, I’m at your house, I bought a Perfezza 58 multicooker, I like it so much, I like it so much that I don’t know what to cook in it. Please advise some interesting recipe
SupercoW

Welcome!!! great choice!

for a start, you can prepare a swimmer - this is the most revealing. you can immediately see how cool the cartoon cooks rice.
but you can cook excellent and not complicated honey cake... it's actually very simple and delicious.

but in general, of course, you need to look at the availability of food in the refrigerator.
SupercoW
Quote: YulAl

Thank you, I already cooked pilaf, my husband was delighted, I made myself a soup with fry, I will definitely try the honey cake, I adore the honey cake, but there are no products as such in the refrigerator, I need to buy, therefore I’m looking for a recipe first
clear. well then I advise you to go over the topic with recipes - here... and I highly recommend looking into the profile to ang-kay.

I personally looked for this cup and tested it on my cartoons. that's why she undertook to distribute. she is good.

in general, the SHORT mode works according to this principle. but it is better not to cook pilaf on it - it will burn. it is better to cook pilaf in the COOKING mode.
Yulal
I cooked my first pilaf on the soup mode - 1 hour, and on boiling, is it where there is no time until the water boils away? Isn't it scary? Will it not stick?

this mode is designed just for cooking porridge in water. rice, buckwheat, millet. so everything will be ok.

Girls, while you are in the subject, I want to ask: what is the best way to cut the pie into cakes so that they are even ??? and when the cake is still warm, or has it cooled down ???
I cut with a knife and still warm, a little uncomfortable ...
SupercoW

Well, I'm not so comfortable either. I try to let it cool a little, but I don't cut it cold. I have a long bread knife, so I cut it with it.
ELENA BO seemed to say that she cuts with a jet.

The string is sold in any METRO or in supermarkets it happens, today in METRO I saw it for 30 UAH. Later I'll look for a photo, throw it off.

Girls, help Does anyone use a cartoon as a steamer? I took my Perfeza-58 on a trip, but I don’t know what to do with it. At home, I used an ordinary steamer and did not even think about how this function was implemented in the cartoon. The task is to steam a meatball (fish) and vegetables for a small child. How much water should you put in the bowl and for how long should you put it?

I used it, but not often - we do not like steam dishes.
for small ones I made steamed carrots. here look. in the 58th model everything will be exactly the same.
the only thing I do not know is how much meatballs should be steamed ... if you cook in an ordinary double boiler, then you know better.

I very often (my husband is ulcer) cook steam cutlets, 15-18 minutes is quite enough, depending on the number of cutlets. I put 7 pieces. for the whole basket.

SupercoW, thanks for the "tip", I was more worried about the amount of water, because I then use it as a broth. And if you pour too much, then, naturally, no broth will work.
