I found the recipe in LJ and increased it by 1.5 times:

As for yogurt, I can advise one thing: I take 250 grams per liter of milk. the usual Yagotynsky sourdough. And even more than a liter. It will ferment, anyway ... And I pour it all into half-liter cans. At the bottom of the saucepan, a rag, on a rag 3 half-liter jars and fill them up to the neck with water. After 8 hours, you get awesome lumpy yogurt. And, if you want, you can add sugar, 1 tablespoon. But I prefer to eat with jam or with honey, so I don't add sugar. Bon appetite !!!
