Omelet in a multicooker Philips HD3134 (Porridge program)

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 150 ml
Salt, spices taste
Fresh herbs * taste
Butter or vegetable oil for greasing the multicooker bowl 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs, add milk, salt, spices, chopped herbs and mix with a fork. There is no need to beat the mass, the omelet turns out to be quite lush.
  • Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the omelet mass into it. Close the cover.
  • Select the Porridge program on the display and set the cooking time to 5 minutes.
  • When finished, open the multicooker and place the omelet on a platter.
  • * Depending on taste and preferences, grated cheese, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. can be added to the mixture of eggs and milk, if necessary, for some products, use pre-frying on the "Fry" program for 5 minutes. It is good to add cheese after the end of cooking the omelet, sprinkle on top and roll it in half or in a tube - the hot temperature melts the cheese and the dish gets an additional taste.
  • ** Inner diameter of the bowl ~ 15 cm, for a bowl with a larger diameter, it is better to increase the proportion of ingredients.

The dish is designed for

1 serving.

Time for preparing:

10 minutes.

Note

The actual cooking time is about 10 minutes, since the "Porridge" function includes preliminary heating of the bowl, which is not included in the displayed time on the display - the countdown starts after the multicooker has fully warmed up.
If desired, on this program, you can cook omelets of a denser structure according to a different recipe:

kavmins
thanks for the recipe))
somehow I have never tried to cook an omelet in a slow cooker, now I imagine how delicious it is, I will definitely cook it !!!
Corsica
kavmins, the omelet is prepared according to the recipe book attached to the multicooker. I dubiously reacted to this method and when cooking for the first time I constantly looked after the work of the multicooker, but I liked the result and liked it, and remained in our menu. I would be glad if you like the recipe too.

Corsica, what a cool omelette you have! Today I will try to cook Polaris-1203 in my cartoon. on the Kasha program.
Corsica
velli, my friends prepared using this algorithm in their multicooker, I don’t know the brand, but they increased the proportions by one and a half to two times, since the diameter and volume of the bowl are larger than in Philips. Good mood and delicious omelet to you!
