Call me a pervert, but I made an apricot chop. Tasty, tender, unusual, the son diminished the half of the piece himself, and this despite the fact that meat does not particularly like it.

Multicooker Perfezza

And today we have multi borsch for lunch, and for dinner the stew is already languishing

Or tonight or tomorrow afternoon, I'm thinking chocolate on boiling water, full or half of the portion to load for testing?
write what happened in the end. I have a 58 model - no matter how much I did in it - I'm not very happy with the result. I have chocolate on boiling water best in the microwave comes out

a couple of days ago I baked apple charlotte in a cartoon, however, the appearance did not please, I laid it out on a dish after cooking, cooked it in the Microwave on the grill mode to dry it, the taste is normal. Who has any secrets of making biscuits in a cartoon? It seems that I did everything according to the recipe, but, firstly, the bottom stuck, and secondly, even after almost an hour and a half cooking, the top was white. Cartoon 55 model.
lyudo4ka
And the top of the multicooker baked goods always remains white.

girls ... roaring the second day .. Perfezka my favorite ...
In short, I set the pot to cook ... and left, everything was as usual ... an hour later I came. I open ... nothing is cooked, the water is slightly warmed up and EVERYTHING!
I test all the modes in turn ... it barely warms up ... according to my observation, something happened to the ten ...
Nobody by chance knows the Perfezz service in Kharkov?
Do I really have to part with her forever ... it's horror, favorite cartoon, she was better than Dex's ...
galka_exito
do not get upset ahead of time. my 58 broke, so a regular electronics engineer fixed it for me. After all, we can't find a ss in the afternoon with fire. the issue price was 50 UAH. but there are different cases
lunova-moskalenko
A husband with pens? Let him open it, maybe the wiring has gone there. I had this in Vesochka. One wiring moved away from the microcircuit. and my husband soldered it back there, plows as if nothing had happened.

Probably, in a virtual service center .. I'm still looking for it ... bought a new cartoon pressure cooker-multicooker Saturn. I wanted Perfezza, they said that they were no longer released.
lyudo4ka
Can read the topic on Orions. They had a problem with the latches there, you may find useful information for yourself.
oriana
I'll figure it out, I'll write, yesterday I made ribs, took frozen ones, put defrosting on the program for 20 minutes, then filled up with onions, poured lentils and poured water, the smell was breathtaking, it was at 12 o'clock in the morning ... all the neighbors were probably on their ears from smells ... After 40 minutes, I blew the air, opened it ... ate, damn it, the horse, but, girls, it was simply impossible to refuse to try ...
I will describe it in a new topic. I bought it at Comfi, for the action, instead of perfusion, they said that the quality is not worse than perfusion ... by the way, the warranty is 2 years!
oriana
girls, well, you give! I will test and tell you, the price is 399 promotional. Outwardly sympathetic, it takes up little space.
And there fig knows her, there are no reviews anywhere ... a novelty, however ... and I didn't have a pressure cooker, it's so cool now ...
By the way, the meat fell off the bone in 40 minutes ...
lyudo4ka
A pressure cooker is WEIGHT. I use more SCW, at 56 Perfezzochka - pilaf, at 411 Skarlushe - I like pastries, and so is everything else and basic in Liberty (SV). My husband is already in, asks why I need 2 multi, if I only use SV. So I wanted a second one.
lunova-moskalenko
Current to that auction price, you still add 2%, since the current share is now in the Internet store. That is, you order through the website and pick it up from a convenient store in your city. I can't say for sure, but they don't work like Nova Poshta. Current self-pickup, and now they take 2% for order processing, it is even written there on the store's website.
Py. Sy. If suddenly someone is impatient, and there is no store in the city, I can instruct my son to buy it and send it to you by a road carrier. He is studying with me in Sevastopol.

It is necessary for the husband to come up with a good reason

And I didn’t even expect such a reaction from mine - I called him and said: "You represent St. in Comfi now for 399 UAH, and I bought mine for 585." And he answers me: "So order, since such a price, you wanted one more." Of course, I was shocked, I did not even expect that everything would be so simple (and this despite the fact that we now have repairs and, of course, a lot of money goes away). Although he himself offered to buy the second cartoon (Perfezza 56) in Comfi, it was not a set (there was no glass, spoon and cord) for 299 UAH.

When I bought Perfeza, the cups were all cracked. I got to the seller so much that after my purchase he found a glass, called his son and gave the glass. He said that he ordered a search in the warehouse.
My husband sometimes says that too.

Girls, hello! This is the first time I am writing here. My cartoon 55 Perfezza has stopped heating up. What it can be, is it being repaired and if this problem has already been described, send where to read
Send your husband if he can take it apart with his hands. This happens with a cartoon, there may be wires falling off to the sensor that goes. Let him take it apart and solder it if it falls off. I had this in Vesochka, my husband disassembled it, soldered it and it works even better now than before.
fronya40
Incidentally, my latch broke repeatedly in Orion, my husband repaired it for me, there was a problem with the spring, then it cracked in half, he glued it together. works, dear.

Girls!!! A message for the owners of the Perfezza-55 multicooker !!! We have 5 of them in our family !!! And now 3 of them broke down in turn - they just stopped heating. Nobody could understand the reason, they gave it up to one, then another ... nothing came of it. Finally they got my husband (since ours was still working) and for two days he figured out and found the reason !!! I did all three and remade ours, so as not to disassemble it again later. If anyone needs it - write to me by mail - I will explain for people with hands and with a soldering iron what needs to be done.
Tanya-z
Girls, why, when I baked charlotte on Crispy Rice, I had two blackouts?
Everyone writes, one shutdown, and then 50 minutes.
oriana
On crispy rice, there is extremely rarely one shutdown during baking, there are always 2 of them, several times I had three. But my perfezzo baked just fine ...
Tanya-z

Marina, why with tears? (Perfezka that ... has gone somewhere? ...) I, nevertheless, baked it! But, at first I did not understand that I had to bake for 50 minutes on Crispy Rice, turned it off 15 minutes earlier, then turned it on again first XP, but min. after 10 I decided that it was enough (as I stuck my nose there three times), and turned it off!
As a result: the charlotte was baked well, only my frozen cherries (ice-cold) completely sank to the bottom, and burned slightly (namely the cherries), but the dough is not. And, so, everything is okay!

Oh, that would have read this half a year earlier. There were several attempts to reanimate, but in vain. It also stopped warming, who just did not look, but alas ... Only the memory of her and the saucepan in which I cook for animals in Aurora remained.

The saucepan went over to Aurora, which I immediately bought as a replacement.
Did I understand correctly that the Perfeza-55 pan fits the Aurora? And what is the brand of Aurora? I'll try to look for the Auror saucepan.
sima12
No!!! Aurora will not fit Perfeza's saucepan is smaller in diameter, it enters the Aurora freely and dangles slightly, which does not interfere with cooking. Therefore, Aurovskaya is bigger, and it won't fit into Perfez.
sima12
And do not worry too much about this, because the saucepan in Aurora is disgusting. I only cook something with water in it, otherwise it sticks mercilessly. In our Prefeza-55 it was even better.
lyudo4ka
To Aurora from the 56th Perfezza, and Polinkins, too
Laddy
Where can I order a saucepan for Perfezza 55? After 3 years of use, numerous small scratches appeared, while I use it, but I dream of replacing the saucepan.
lyudo4ka
Unfortunately, it is for the 55th model that there are no pans.
Anny
and I have a sadness :(
In my Perfez 57, the housekeeper tore up the entire pan with a wire brush. Pancake!!!!
Served 2 years - not a single scratch :(

but now they seem to be available nowhere new at all :(

I gave my mom dex in the summer. Testila - I did not experience much delight after my favorite perfez.
Girls, I want a second cartoon, but I don't know what to choose, what do you recommend?

yeah, I've already seen the pots, but since I still planned to take the cartoon, but the perfuzz is gone :(
I will be grateful for your advice.

absolutely everything suited me in perfezz! except that oatmeal and wheat could not be thrown away and went about their business, but that

Now I began to stare at Redmond, but I was unpleasantly surprised that on porridge and pilaf, the program ends with time, and not by evaporation of the liquid

I, too, are all in frustrated feelings that there are no more performances. as an option you can look at the aurora or orion. although the aurora seems to have been taken out of production, but it was just a twin of the 58th Perfezza. Orion I took myself, I like it, almost our perfumes, only the menu in English.

dex60 personally did not impress me. Well at least I took second-hand for half the price, otherwise it would have been a shame.

redmonds seem expensive to me. and I seem to have heard complaints about them.

now I dream of testing polaris. the firm seems to be good, they have a wide range of models. you can pick up something.
Agata21
I have AURORA. I am happy with it, but there is one sensor program-cook, and in ORION there are two. Considering that in addition to AURORA I have a rice cooker, a pressure cooker and a small liberton, then if I want another cartoon, I will most likely take ORION. There are all the demanded programs. And in the new fancy cartoons, many programs differ only in cooking time. This is, of course, my personal opinion and 5 years of user experience.
Inusya
Anny, for example, if my Perfezka-57 dies, I will only buy Orion mt01, and the pans are identical, and there are three times more programs. I gave my mom Orion, and then I wanted to swap with her, so she refused ...

Incidentally, my scoreboard in Perfezka does not light up when it is not online. There, as I understand it, the battery is dead?
Who changed the thread? And how to get there? And it's very convenient when there is a watch ...

mine did not live to see the replacement of batteries. I tortured her before. but when they were dismantled for parts, they saw a battery. I'll take a look at the pictures of the insides, maybe you can see ...
Elen_28
natbron, good evening! I apologize for the trouble, can you tell me what to do with the multicooker? Have we also stopped heating? Share a secret))
Inusya
Polina, I somehow forgot about the problem and just came across the topic. You haven't got the pictures yet to tell me about the battery? )))))
SupercoW
oh ... right now I'm rummaging through the pictures. I forgot completely.
SupercoW
TALK ABOUT PR-57. there are no watches in other models.
turn the multicooker upside down. remove the cover (I don't remember how many screws there are). in the area of the control panel we see the following picture:
Multicooker Perfezza

the green arrow points to the battery. I personally did not take it off or put it on - there was no need. but she is the only one there, and from this we concluded that it is she who is responsible for the clock and the brightness of the display.

I didn't think of taking a picture in profile. but the battery is round, flat and large ... probably about the size of a penny.
Inusya
Polink, let me kiss you !!!!!
metel_007
Polina, do you by any chance know which wiring is responsible for turning off the MV in rice programs, after the liquid has boiled out?
I have this apparently a factory marriage, from the very purchase of the MB does not turn off.
SupercoW
Olga, the fact that I have already read during the time of using the multicooker on different forums allows me to conclude that it is not the wiring that is responsible for turning off the multicooker.
according to your symptoms - this is a problem with the temperature sensor (or whatever it is correctly called there). in short, a little thing that monitors the temperature in the bowl and sends instructions to the processor how to proceed.

how all the multicooker work on automatic programs (boil-off programs) ... the sensor monitors the temperature, its setting is to heat until the temperature in the bowl reaches a certain level. I don't remember exactly what the number is. I know for sure that as long as there is water in the bowl, the temperature will not exceed a certain limit (this is the type of physics that I skipped at school), but the temperature sensor knows everything and fumbles further. as soon as the water in the bowl has run out (evaporated), the temperature immediately rises significantly higher and this is what the sensor sees and "understands" that the food is ready. that is, it sends a signal to the processor that it needs to shut down.

that's all the magic. I can be mistaken in the little things that the general essence is as follows.

so if the multicooker does not turn off after automatic mode, there is a problem with the temperature sensor. IMHO !!! and it is solved through the service.
metel_007
Polinochka, thank you, when I bought MV, the services have not yet been repaired. I just thought maybe the wiring was gone, then we could put it in place ourselves, and since this is a sensor, then it needs to be replaced. So let it remain so, during this time I have already adapted.

3 - it seems, too, without questions, except for one thing - Why this program?
5 - most likely it's like Panas - pilaf. It seems so intuitively, check - if there is intense heating at the end - this is it. It will be convenient to do naval pasta here

Although 6 years have passed since the publication of the last message, I will try to supplement what I read in this section based on personal experience, suddenly someone will find it useful.

p. "Soaking rice" on the original Chinese MB did not meet this, therefore, pouring a couple of measuring cups of cereal for a sample, I soon discovered the heating of the apparatus, and a little later, following the signal, ready-made porridge, although slightly crunching on the teeth. In my humble opinion, this is not any soaking, but a very common FAST COOKING mode (in multicooker, a little more complex than the simplest two-mode COOKING / HEATING, there are usually, among other functions, COOK - QUICK COOK - RISOTTO, this very quick cook is here and showed up). Perhaps later I will try it on a larger volume
item 6. "Crispy Rice" - I'm not sure about the accuracy of the transmission, but once I observed the Iranian MV Pars Khazar, which differed from the Far Eastern ones by setting a single mode ... the color of this very crust.Further study of this topic on the pages of the non-Nashen Internet led to the word tahdig, with which this crust is designated. The Iranian author specifically pointed out that, even in his nat. It is very much appreciated in the kitchen, but it will not be possible to obtain it in ordinary Japanese-Chinese devices, since they are specially arranged in such a way as to prevent the rice from burning. At the same time, rice dishes "with a crust" are quite present in the Far East, so the program was probably made for them.
