Note

Before that, I already had two experiments with dumplings in a cartoon.
The first one is in the BAKE mode. I didn't like it very much. The dumplings were prepared, but the cartoon had to be turned off by itself, it was necessary to follow the process, otherwise they burned. Mix several times. Tasty, but tricky.
The second one is in CRUNCHING FIGURE mode. Everything is the same, delicious, but more fuss.

Yesterday I cooked dumplings in a double boiler mode. I have an electric stove. and you need to wait for a very long time until the water boils. Everything is much faster in CF. I threw it into boiling water, boiled for about 8-9 minutes. and took it out with a slotted spoon.

Why complicate things so much? you can do everything much easier - for example.
Mom
I saw you doing that! Thanks for the link!
But I used to cook dumplings the old way, in boiling water. There are people who like to fry dumplings, I have such a friend, but I love boiled ones. Maybe it will be more convenient for someone too!

understandably.
but to clarify ... I know many just make fried dumplings, that is, raw (frozen) are not boiled, but fried. so this is not the option (if you suddenly thought so). in my version, there is water and boiling - everything is as it should be
the fuss with a slotted spoon and draining water just leaves.
just in case, I clarify - I'm just lazy myself, that's why I'm terribly sorry for your time, I want everyone to succeed quickly and easily!
Mom

Thank you! But since we have already stuck dumplings with my little son, then cooking them is nothing!
So I put them in a saucepan, then I add homemade oil. We love to eat them with sour cream. He does not like small greens, her husband is on a business trip, therefore, without a ukroopchik.

what handsome men!
oh, and I still dream of homemade dumplings ... there is always not enough time
maybe it will be necessary to spit on everything and bang on dumplings with the whole family.
MomMark, and do not share with me in the PS the recipe for your dumplings. or better step-by-step instructions (for the gifted).
I know the forum is full of recipes and advice on this topic, but if I get into the jungle, then ... as usual, there is not enough time for the process itself.

The dough was made in a bread maker, so it was already easier. Minced assorted meat (pork + beef), honestly, I bought it. I don’t have time to go to the market for good meat. And this stuffing is already proven, we love it.Minced salted, pepper, finely chopped the onion into it. 700grm. test took 500 grm. minced meat.
She rolled out the dough, put it on a dumpling circle, rolled out another sheet of dough. Roll out the dough very thinly. We sit in the holes and slowly insert the dough. We will adjust it well, the sheet of dough is still plump, we roll it with a rolling pin. And we take it out of the circle.
When the dough remains small, we roll it out again. We take a glass, make circles and put them in each minced meat, close them up like dumplings, and blind the ends. Handmade dumplings are bigger and more beautiful, but I left them for my husband. He's on his way home.
In general, about the filling, it's a matter of taste. I would make it out of a good pig, I would grind it myself. But for good meat I go 45 minutes. one way. Therefore, today - from the purchased minced meat.
Dough recipe:
wheat flour-450grm.
Salt-0.5 tsp
Eggs-1pc.
Water-210ml.
The bread maker kneads for 20 minutes. The dough is very tight, so a man has to knead it by hand, and it is very hard for a woman. We are small and fragile! We need to be protected!

about! it's great that you can dough in HP - it's half done
I understand that in HP you need to choose a program for yeast-free dough ...

if it's not a secret, what kind of minced meat do you trust ???
I have a caravan nearby, an auchan, a great swarm and a buffet table at the hem ... does any of this inspire confidence in you?

And I cook dumplings in a slow cooker for a couple, put it on for 50 minutes and do not need to follow. I used to do it in a double boiler, but it turns out more dry.

Thank you! The most interesting thing is that the dish turned out as they say: "I blinded him from what was." There is a handful of dumplings in the refrigerator and some vegetables. Separately, they could not mean anything. So I decided to combine them. 🔗
Lorri
Nika, the dish is wonderful! What mode did you do?

What yummy! And fast! Came threw me in 40 minutes, ready! Thank you! The only thing I have a little stuck together, but we are not very picky. Can you tell me what to do so that the dumplings do not stick together? I cooked everything according to the recipe

I think there might be a matter of the quality of the dumplings and their quantity.
quality, well, you understand, the manufacturer can cheat and the dumplings will stick together even in water.
but about the quantity. try serving one or two.
when I didn't do much, everything was ok. as soon as there were more of us, she began to do as on a stove - in water.
