Well, I had to ask - you never know.

then we check under supervision. we turn it on on a delay, but in the afternoon. put some short period of time. and be not far from the multi to drop by a couple of times.
control in the head - check in a different mode.

if everything is bad, we bring it to the service.
but I will hold my fists so that everything happens well and yesterday was just a glitch.

but you seem to have been right when you suspected something wrong with the clock ...
this morning I just noticed that the clock is evening
so I rearranged the clock, I will try again :)

it is OK, it happens. how are you? happened?

only today I re-tested it - everything turned out great!
but one question arose - before the multi-cafeteria I cooked in a thick-walled cauldron on a gas stove with a diffuser under the bottom and the porridge turned out to be "stubborn" as my husband said, but here it seems that they are cooked, but something is not right ... it concerns buckwheat and rice

great that everything worked out !!!

about cereals ... to be honest, I no longer remember how to cook it on the stove. I can only say that if you don't like the density of porridge in the cartoon, then you need to "play" with the amount of water.
For me personally, the ideal ratio is 1: 1 - it turns out dry excellent porridge. if you like more smeared, then you need to add water. start with a ratio of 1: 1.5 and add a little to find your ideal ratio (many boil 1: 3).
well, and as an option - you can cook porridge on the STEWING mode. there, of course, you will have to turn off the cartoon manually, but the porridge turns out to be a little different.

Good afternoon! Acquired Perfezza PR56 over the weekend. While completely satisfied. But I have a lot of questions according to the modes and how to cook. For example: in what mode do you need to fry soups and borscht? Who-thread understood the cooking modes: what temperature, how to cook, heats up immediately or after a certain time? So far I cooked only rice in milk, it turned out great. What else is possible? How much water is needed for the cereal-water ratio? There was a case: I just cooked rice in water, so the porridge turned out to be VERY smear. Although he poured water according to the instructions. And one more thing: who cooked pasta in it? How does this happen, if not a secret? Many recipes are like this: take this and then put and cook. But on what mode to cook? This is certainly bad that it is not written in what mode? Well, while everything seems to be .. if I still remember, I'll write ... Thank you in advance and sorry ..

Good evening! I share my experience. I cooked borscht and buckwheat soup. Klasyak! He cooked rice and millet porridge. Stewed pork.I'll try to make an omelet tomorrow. Everything worked out!! The modes had to be selected through this forum - because the instructions do not really indicate anything. Well borscht and soup is understandable .. if without cooking broth, then on the SOUP / Porridge mode all the ingredients and for an hour! Those porridges turned out Voobshche super! I poured 1 liter of milk into one measuring cup. rice from 1 liter and millet at 2 liters was cooked. ratio: 1 measuring cup to 1 liter of milk. it turns out a cool smear! All on the SOUP / Porridge mode! 1 hour. And the pork turned out like this: in a store (large) I took 8 pork chops and put salt and spices in a saucepan. This made three chops per layer. I sprinkled all the layers with chopped onions and lavrushka. and so three layers .. at the end everything was poured with 0.5 liters of sour cream with a fat content of 21% and for STEWING for 2 hours. even the toothless grandmothers chewed everything! But at the expense of boiling the broth, then homemade chicken on the STEWING mode for 3 hours and the store leg in 1 hour was cooked on PORSE ... well, then everything goes like that .. or soup or borscht.

Ying, she's not. Look - heat the water in the bowl until
40 g, turn off, jars with milk there. and close. here MV will act as a thermos and everything will work out. as many do who do not have such a function. I did it, great.

only then it is necessary to heat it up several more times. I did this and left it overnight (without additional heating) - nothing good came out. does not keep the cartoon warm for 4-6 hours as it should for yogurt.

Hello everyone!
Good people help! For me, the stewing mode does not turn on for a couple of days, and then the soup mode does not turn on! That is, I turn on everything as usual, the saucepan appears well, and the time, respectively, for the given mode and the useeee does not boil, it seems like I put a very warm saucepan on heating, but nothing else. But on pilaf and baked goods, everything is buzzing. What should I do?

Girls, owners of stainless steel spare pans!
Through bad experience, I want to warn against my mistake (to be convincing, I checked it one more time and confirmed my speculations).
BOILING MILK is desirable only in Teflon !!! Stainless steel for this purpose may upset you.
It turned out like this:
Since I use Teflon little by little and mainly for baking and pilaf-porridge, then in the multit there is always stainless steel, and I use it all the time. I decided to boil milk, there were only two liters, as always I put it on the Soup and calmed down. After about 15 minutes such a hiss from the kitchen, I rushed and saw - milk froth was rushing from all the holes, boiling milk was running from under the bottom to the table and a stench all over the kitchen I ran cut everything down, opened it - there was no half of the milk, the bottom was all spoiled, it was smoking ... Let's quickly disconnect everything and water it. I barely soaked it, I had to pour water inside (right under the heating "pancake") until it became clean and clear water was pouring through the lower holes. Even the scoreboard from the inside was fogged up, thought Khan to the stove.
During my two-week absence, it dried out and I cook on it again, but two days have already passed, and it smells like burnt milk (apparently, under the "pancake", not everything was washed out).
But I did not calm down and decided to check. Today I bought a bottle of milk and set it to boil in Soup as always, only in Teflon. The result is excellent as before. An hour moved to the end and nothing ran away.
Conclusion - obviously, in stainless steel, heating occurs sharper and faster, and the oven mode on the on-off principle gives the milk a very fast heating. In Teflon, the heating is smoother and the milk is kept at that borderline level of boiling and shutdown, which prevents it from escaping. These are the experiences. The rest of the stainless steel helps out very much, but it is with milk that such an ambush. You can take a note.
Checked how it is gritted on itself.
azaza
Inusya, thanks for the invaluable experience! Boom to know.
Question: does this happen only when boiling milk or when cooking milk porridge too (milk + water)?
Inusya

Tanya, before that, milk porridge and did not try in stainless steel, but cooked only in Teflon. And after such an experience, I will not even dare to try (and for a fig, if there is Teflon).
But such an ambush in stainless steel turned out only with milk... Everything else is no problem at all.
It's still good that the drain below is well thought out, I spilled it there until I washed it, and that would be the kirdyk of my stove.

As a welder, I will answer about stainless steel .. It has the ability to concentrate the temperature in one place and very poorly heat spreads over the surface .. that is, the bottom will always be hotter than the sides and top of the pan. And aluminum and its alloys give off heat very well and the pan heats up evenly over the entire surface.

ABOUT!!! The very thing! Let me kiss you! Well, what would we do without men? A welder is a necessary profession in the kitchen too! This means that my "experiment" experimentally confirmed this conclusion. That is why the milk from the "stainless steel" runs away - the bottom after turning off the heating element is still much hotter, and the milk begins to pour, and three seconds of extra overheating for it, and that's all, you won't catch it! ...
Understood. In short, we do not boil milk in stainless steel!
Anny
And someone cooked oatmeal in a cartoon?
She poured 1 glass of cereal and 3 glasses of water, put it on slow cooking and almost a disaster did not happen. It's good that I heard these sounds and managed to pull out the steam valve, which was already full of porridge. And after that, through the hole for the valve, the cafe gurgled quite strongly

There was nothing like this with other products.

Please help who has Perfezka-55. I cannot use the Steam cooking mode! By default, the time is 5 minutes. Using the Settings button, set the desired cooking time and press Start, the green light starts blinking. Time counts back, nothing happens, then the water is boiled and the Steam mode works for 5 minutes and switches to maintaining heat.
I just can't manage to set the right cooking time!
You have to use a steamer in Panas, and now Panasik is very busy, but you need to steam it.
Tell in sequence what exactly you press to make the steamer work.
There is no need for analogies with other MVs, you just need 55 Perfezka.
Thanks to everyone who responded.

eggs + milk (in the amount of halves of an egg, that is, if 4 eggs, then 4 shells, halves of milk) + grated cheese immediately into the mixture and ... on a casserole for 10-15 minutes

to be honest, I didn’t think about where the hot one was, where it’s what, because my mother “fitted” us to the ATLANTA cartoon, she gave us a little and gave us the same one and I did it by the “sound” instructions by phone , something like close the lid, press such and such a button, wait, then again press some button, disable. something like this is about ashamed of course, but it's a fact

I have been using my beloved Perfezza 55 for 2 years now. Indeed, one of the most necessary things in the kitchen turned out to be. I bake, and boil, and carcass, and, of course, pilaf, only in it, I make my own. I will not say that the stove is not used at all, but the appliances in the kitchen are needed in our time, various.
The bowl is stable enough even with frequent use. I pray for her.

Stop-stop, how do you set the time?
There, during installation, 5 lights up, if more is needed, -
- press Minutes (immediately jumps to 50) ...
- poke Minutes further in descending order, until the desired time is obtained, say, up to 20 ...
- and press Start.

No, I can't do that ...
One of two things - either Minutes for Steam don't work for me, or I have to press it differently. So I'm waiting for the answer exactly who has 55 model ...

You are not alone! I have the same problem with Perfezka 55. We bought with a friend two years ago, everything is OK with her, and I only have 5 minutes for a couple. I bought Aurora, there is no such problem.

I want to draw your attention back here, suddenly, to whom it is relevant.
Rumor has it that prices have been turned down on your MV
who has a problem after several years of active use to replace it, but it's a pity for the stainless steel, which he has already bought for his perfumes, that is, a budget option-
here jumped into it perfectly this stainless steel

Inusya
IRRwoo, thank you, I was just thinking about it today, otherwise the pots were filled up, but for the future, I need to think it over ... For now, of course, it works, but it's already the third year, and something has already been broken ... One spear on the latch (but it closes and holds), and the plastic clip, which fastens the removable cover, shot off so much that I was looking for it for a long time (but it also holds well on one). So I don’t know when the next one is needed. But without MV I can no longer ...

And my Perfezka-55 recently died. I tried to revive her, but failed. It began to warm up every other time, then only the top, the master looked, and even two, they did not understand anything. Everything is intact, there is contact, the electronics do not junk but do not heat. She pulled out a saucepan from it, put it in Aurora, and took the cartoon itself to the trash can. It was a pity, because the first assistant was in her time.

I got a multicooker Perfeza 56 (Nadia), the cooker arrived (my son called that) on Saturday morning, and in the evening the computer went on strike and went into repairs for two weeks, thanks Nadia, she immediately threw in links and managed to read some recipes before arrival, plus she gave a lot of printed information
I made a shank in beer - yummy, rice milk porridge with raisins turns out like rice pudding and now we have wheat porridge and buckwheat every other day, it turns out much tastier than on the stove, I'm very pleased. The only thing I need help with baking is a little dull in the sequences of actions when switching, I'm afraid to knock and break. I tried half a portion of "chocolate on boiling water" on crispy rice, but in the middle of the process I drifted and baked it in the microwave. Girls, explain to me how for the "especially gifted" in what sequence I want to press and make baked goods
oriana
Yuliya, Congratulations on a wonderful purchase!
I also have Perfezza-56, I have been actively using it for a year and a half.
At one time, I actively used and tested the crispy rice (XP) mode. I tested a lot, here on the forum there are a lot of my recipes for baking in this cartoon with detailed comments. See if it comes in handy.
This is where I started, read everything carefully https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...30377.0 and then you will enjoy delicious pastries from our favorite cartoon!
And here is all the recipes for baking perfumes and, in particular, my research on Perfezza 56 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=103231.0
When you pour the dough into the pan, after starting the XP program, the cartoon turns off after 10 minutes, then you just restart it again. If the dough is rather thick, muffin, then the cartoon can be turned off twice in a row, as a rule, after the third restart, everything is baked flawlessly.
What to consider: this mode provides for active frying (crispy crust) in the last 20 minutes of the program, so that your pastry does not turn into a crispy crust, 20 minutes before the end of the program, forcibly turn off the multicooker with the stop button. Check the product, if it is not baked, turn it on again for the same program for 10-15 minutes. But, as a rule, the temperature inside the multi is quite enough to bake the baked goods to the end in 40-50 minutes.
Yulia
Marinochka, thank you, yesterday and today I have already re-read all your recipes and advice and I was even going to contact you for help, but you responded earlier
About baking, I kind of now understood everything and did it, and if I hadn't drifted, I would not have had to bake in the microscope. And further restart it means to press canceling and again XP for 50 minutes, or do you need to pull it out of the socket and turn it on again? Just don’t hit for idiotic questions

But why beat you, I was like that myself, poked my nose ...
Restart means just stop the program (cancel) and start it again in full. There is no need to unplug from the socket at all!
