Girls! Did anyone unauthorized turn off the multicooker? just for no reason, out of nowhere? I once had it on baking and today on a pair and now it does not turn on, dog... And already cooled down. (only I have Liberton - your complete namesake in Ukraine)
I had it once. I did overcooking on Brown, turned off after a couple of minutes, although it did not seem to have time to overheat (
Then she poured water - all day I tried all the programs in a row, everyone turned off after a minute. She got upset, turned it off. The next day passed. Now works as before

I read it, I didn’t understand anything. I’m going now to cook porridge from rolled oats in water, only earlier in the pan the ratio of cereal / water was always 1: 2, but here everyone does 1: 4 or to 5. Maybe I'm thinking wrong, but in the MV, the water boils away less than in the pan, so why pour so much liquid? Will there be some kind of smear, or not?
P.S. Now I am making a stew with mushrooms in sour cream, for the second time, it turns out very tasty.
The recipe was taken from the multisupra.blogspot blog. catfish

Thank you for your moral support!
I will even try to make 1: 1.5 because I like thin, crumbly porridge. And since I will eat it with the aforementioned chicken with sauce (I made a lot of sauce there), then it is not needed liquid. Damn, for me all this cooking is such a hassle, it's easier to clean the apartment ...

mff21!!!! Help, wait !!!!! Hand hoh!

I did not understand you, 1 to 5 is milk. That is, liquid porridge with milk. And so everything is correct 1 to 2.
Shamurla
IMHO 1: 1.5 is very small
There is a standard ratio for cereals in a multicooker cereals: liquid (it is not indicated what kind of liquid it is !!!) = 1: 5, for rolled oats probably 1: 4 is also possible, but not 1: 1.5 - it will just burn you! Especially if you stick to the standard 1 hour cooking program.
I cook 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of water - the porridge is always viscous, but not liquid (NOT instant cereals).

as far as I understood from the second reading, mff21 going to cook porridge for a side dish. Not milk.

"I like porridge thin, crumbly" -
I don't see any reason to cook such porridge in MV
easier on the stove in the old fashioned way, all the relish of MV is that the porridge is boiled down as much as possible, and the crumbly porridge is no longer porridge IMHO

cook porridge on the stove, having a noncomilfo multicooker. She is a rice cooker in the first place - this pan, that is, for cereals and cereals. And crumbly. In China and Japan, others are not eaten. Especially not eaten with milk. Therefore, troubles with milk in almost every multicooker. And no one canceled the automatic process - some other help, especially for men.

how is this crumbly porridge not porridge? ??? many believe that it is crumbly that is porridge, everything else is not ---

mff21
They answered in time - I already went to wash the rolled oats and was going to do 1: 1.5, I will do 1: 2 and 30 minutes in time. The flakes are ordinary, not instant, I think that in 30 minutes. shouldn't burn ...
And my stove is electric, it's no easier to cook on it than on the electric chair: if I add one division, everything boils, runs away; decreased by division - nothing boils, really does not run away

Hello! I, too, have just brought a multicooker, there are no words how beautiful! But I don’t know where to start - will she stand up to warm up, and then? The instructions somehow do not say what to do next, I will probably wash the saucepan, and you can cook? I just read that the water is boiled first, is it necessary, if so, how long, in what mode? you should probably check it, maybe it has already been written about it somewhere - poke me there Thank you!
azaza
They usually boil to get rid of the foreign smell - while the saucepan was in the warehouse (in the store), all this time in the box, with the lid closed, an unpleasant smell could appear like a switched off refrigerator. If there are no odors, you do not need to boil, it is enough to rinse thoroughly with dish detergent and dry (especially make sure that the outside of the saucepan is dry, otherwise stubborn stains will appear on the heating disc). But you can boil it - it won't get any worse.
And when everything dries up, start mastering.
With new clothes!
Alilenchik
Thank you! What mode? on any?
azaza
Boil? Yes, even a couple, even brown. But you can set the time for a couple, and on a brown one you will need to manually turn it off after 30 minutes.

Found a way to cheat our sudochka! I often turn off the pie mode before the end of the cooking time. found a pattern that if you press the "timer" button before turning on this mode, it bakes the set 50 minutes

listen, what an interesting description - according to 3 different links, different displacement capacities, powers and even programs range from 7 to 8. God bless them, who writes these wonderful descriptions

marishka, I looked at the modes - they are quite good, but IMHO on our forum there is no such MV yet.

I wanted to start with a small multi for the dacha, and if we sing with her, then already a thought for the house ..

That's right ... the first dish can only be prepared for three liters, no more. And the real volume of the bowl corresponds to the written 4.5, the products can be simply laid before the risks.

I got such a problem here. When you lift the lid, there is such a rubber rim, and some kind of black liquid flows from under it. The first time it leaked out from a tablespoon somewhere, then it leaks out in a few drops. Before that, I cooked milk rice porridge and thought that the milk under the lid was numb and baked, and the next time I cook it, it all steamed and flowed out. But now I'm cooking for the third time, and everything is leaking. How did it bother me, no one knows what it could be?

So it's not just black water when it flows - I understand that, but why black?

Yes, 4511. I don't know if this can be removed, there is a kind of iron circle and a rubber rim inside. I don’t know if this construction can be understood.

Exactly, thanks. I somehow did not get to this section of the instruction. I disassembled it, cleaned it, something incomprehensible boiled there. I hope everything will be okay now.

Good day, girls! Tell me, has anyone tried to make baked milk on our Supra? Excuse me, if it was already somewhere, I honestly admit, I shoveled only a third of this branch ... She does not have extinguishing as such, she tortured milk to maintain the temperature for 11 hours, but not an option, it acquired a certain smell of baking, but even color has not changed. And so I would like to end up filling the fermented baked milk ...

For a man who does not know how to cook at all and who has just lost his wife, with your help, I learned how to make the simplest dishes and, it seems, began to understand the cooking algorithm (well, at least I think so). I am very pleased with my mullet 4511 and wanted to buy it for the kids. But they ended with us. Now 4512 is on sale, but in the online store, there is no way to see it live, you need to make an application. For some reason, there is disagreement over the size of the saucepan. On the Internet they write that there are no declared 4.5, but only 3. Maybe someone saw and touched her personally? According to the instructions, it turns out that all programs are automatic. There is no time button. This is probably inconvenient. Please express your opinions. Thank you in advance.

Do you use delayed start? if not, then do nothing, unless you use the multicooker as an alarm clock. And so - you need to change the battery. Read the instructions.
