the bowls are restored by the sybovar ... I already bought myself, a bowl from the sybovar, only for Panasonic ... and we have a topic about it here:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=103711.0..
Why did you rush for the cups right away? you just cultivate ... you still have to cook and cook! not less than a year ... and even a scratched bowl is quite exploitable ...

So, for the future, I had TEFAL pans - they all peeled off, but you can buy them everywhere. But I have not seen cups on sale. I think that some bakeware may be suitable, I saw similar ones on sale ...

I have a slow cooker for 1 month, and already there are several small cuts. I use carefully where these defects come from, I have no idea at all

Who will tell you on what mode to cook the omelet. The Pie program will probably be too long. Or will it automatically shrink?

Very often I make an omelet in a slow cooker:
Beat the eggs well with a whisk, add milk (for 3 eggs, about 4 tablespoons)
Salt, herbs, etc. to taste.
Pour a little butter and eggs on the bottom (I also put sausage, onion on the butter)
Baking mode about 15-20 minutes (you need to look)
Then take a plate to enter the saucepan, and, putting it on the omelette, calmly turn the saucepan.
That's all, you can add more cheese

+ a lot
the instructions say that even if the coating "peels off" a little, it is not scary and does not pose a health hazard

I’m probably quite a bastard, but I can’t set a timer or cooking time. When I set the cooking time, I only set the current time. And today I decided to set the timer, pressed the timer button, then set it when the end of cooking is 10-30. A green button was flashing on the timer. In the end, nothing boiled, she didn't even start.
mowgli
at the very beginning of the section there is how to set the timer, and in the instructions too

What mode did you use? The cooking time cannot be set in all modes. Is the current time set correctly? Usually I set the mode using the Menu button, then press the cooking time and use the Hours Minutes buttons to set the desired one, and then press the Timer and again using the Hours Minutes buttons set the desired time for which the dish should be ready. Then Start. Everything should work.
olechka1983
I read the instructions, it says to press the timer, then use the buttons to set the time. It seems that she did. Just did not sting at the start, perhaps this is a mistake? I thought that if I press start, she will immediately start cooking. Kasha mode.

Start had to be pressed. A red light on the button will blink, and the program will start when needed by the timer.

Yes, this is precisely the mistake. After setting the timer, you had to press Start. Figured out

Thanks, in principle, I understood so, I'll try again.

There is one drawback in setting porridge on the timer - you wake up from the aroma earlier than planned.

Hello dear owners of multicooker! Since August, I am with you. A new friend bragged about what kind of bread she would bake in a bread maker. I decided to find out what kind of animal the bread maker was and got stuck on the slow cooker. Since then, I practically don't use the stove. I am very satisfied with the principle of cooking in the cartoon, when I put everything down and left, especially with my difficulties with movement. I think I'm not bad at using almost all progs. I have a problem with "baking". Well, it doesn't work. I'm even afraid to touch the cakes. I tried to bake a pie, a manna, a casserole, a liver cake, in January twice a cupcake. Second time with corrections on the first cupcake. Everything turns out to be heavy, damp, low (no higher than a steamer basket). Yesterday I baked a cake for 2 and a half cycles and again raw. I'm thinking maybe I have a low temperature on this program. Do you think this is possible?
olechka1983
tala.21 I usually bake two cycles in baking. So far I have tried only manna and cottage cheese casserole. It doesn't rise very much, but in principle it is baked. I think if all other modes work for you, then everything should be fine with the temperature on baking. I don't even know what could be the matter.
sssveta
They brought such a beauty to me. I read the instructions. Found a recipe for pilaf. All products are thrown. press the MENU Select the NORMAL mode and press START I worked for 10 minutes and was silent. What did you do wrong?
avf
As an assumption: the water evaporated and the automatic shutdown worked. Try to add some water.
sssveta
thanks for the answer. Turned it off. I put the FAST mode. After 15 minutes, the cartoon switched to the Keep warm mode. Now I don't know what to do next. Wait 30 minutes and turn it off I'll see what happens

Girls, did you have so much that the window with numbers fogged up? I cooked kharcho for 1.5 hours, maybe water got between the bowl and the heating element? It dries up by itself, but somehow dumb ...

today I decided to boil milk in a cartoon, decided to try a double boiler, which I greatly regretted, then I washed it for half an hour. the first time I did it on porridge, the result, in principle, pleased, but I decided to try other programs, I think I read somewhere. who boiled, on what mode, share your experience.
ksuxa198721
Today I made oatmeal for the first time in a slow cooker, but for some reason it began to boil over from me. I don't understand why this happened. I made 1 multi-glass of oatmeal for 3 multi-glasses of milk + 2 multi-glasses of water.
avf
I cook oatmeal often, I do it mainly on water in a ratio of 1: 4. It always works out fine. Prepares as a standard 1 hour.
ksuxa198721
I'll try to add more water next time.
tana77
my oatmeal also runs away, now when the milk starts to boil I open the lid and wait for the intense boiling to pass, then I close the lid. It is also advised to put a para-cooker from multi, so that the porridge does not run away, but I have not tried it yet.
Shamurla

it's strange how many times I cooked oatmeal - nothing ran away
I put in the evening on a delayed start on the "porridge" mode, in the morning you can see from the bowl that the milk did not rise above half the bowl

I am interested in making yogurt - for this, the temperature should be no more than 40 degrees. It is very interesting how much the "Heating" mode gives the temperature. And in general, how to check this? can pour water and then measure with a thermometer?

yes, I was wrong - keeping warm ...
only in 2 hours yoghurt is made from activia and similar yoghurts, and I want to make from sourdough - this is at least 8 hours.
Apparently you will have to sit from the thermometers at the multi to determine the minimum temperature regime.

And if you open the Multiu all the time to measure the temperature, the water will cool down ...

Any dish prepared with water in a multicooker has a boiling point, so to speak. This is the moment when steam starts to come out of the valve with a snort. I did not notice this, because I cooked porridge at a delayed start, and the steam came out when everyone was fast asleep. I cook soups during the day, when the children put the house on their ears. Can't hear it either. Mom noticed this when we came to visit them with a multicooker.
In general, the thing is very cool. Cakes and biscuits, however, I did not really like. But pea soup, mushroom, borscht, beans, lazy cabbage rolls, stewed potatoes and porridge - all with a bang! And most importantly, there is no need to stand nearby, interfere and follow. And the consumption of cereals is much less than that cooked on the stove.
It is very convenient that the cover is removed - you can wash it without any problems. Evaporation appeared on the display, but then disappeared. Water got inside once. I was very upset - the steamer did not want to turn on. But a day later, when all the sensors dried out, it worked again.
Comparing with the Remington neighbor's steamer (so it seems), bought with her at the same time, I will say that mine is much superior in design, functionality and price to the first. A distinctive feature is: the ability to set the time from 30 minutes, a removable lid, a large display, a sound signal at the end of cooking, and the price .......
In general, I'm happy! I have a lot of free time. We eat porridge with the whole family, and it was a torment for me to cook porridge either late at night or early in the morning. And how many all sorts of devices and pans I tried so that the porridge does not burn, was without film and does not boil away, horror !!!! And then, once and all are fed !!!!!!! I love my multicooker !!!

Who made the supra sushi rice? What mode did you do it in? What is the ratio of rice to water?
Klimola
ksuxa198721, I cooked rice for sushi. On the packaging "japonica" there is a clear instruction: for 150g of rice 300ml of water and a "difficult" course of cooking That was such a torment on the stove !!! It will burn, it will be damp ... And in the CF for 1 multi-glass of rice 2 multi-glasses of cold water, a little salt, the "fast" mode. This is 10-15 minutes, watch, the signal does not emit at the end. A letter or number appears on the display, I don't remember.I immediately take out the pan, otherwise the rice will fry from below, cover it with a lid and let it stand for 10-15 minutes, fill it with vinegar, salt and sugar. Very good at it !!! Once the Japanese food was over, I tried the Krasnodar round grain. Nothing too, but special for sushi, in my opinion, is better !!!
ksuxa198721
I also cooked rice on the stove. It was a terrible torment, most often it was boiled and pestered. I cooked ordinary round grain rice in a fast ratio of 1 multi-cup rice to 1 1/4 cups of water. It turned out to be some kind of very sticky. Do you not boil much in a 2: 1 ratio?
Klimola
No, it didn't boil too much, the special japanese turned out well, Krasnodar, in my opinion, is harsh.
nevernever
please tell me if you have cooked brown rice in the supra, how to cook it and what to put in there when you hear a signal
Manysun
I don't understand a little while cooking, for example, I am carcassing potatoes, before that I fry onions and vegetables with stewed meat on a pie, then I put slightly boiled potatoes and I want to turn on the porridge mode (by default, an hour), after 10 minutes the porridge turns off itself and goes into maintenance mode heat, the same if I put on soup. I tried to forcibly set the time on the soup for 2 hours - it still turns into keeping warm, tell me what is wrong? Maybe I have some kind of defect? At the same time, the water was slightly less than to the top of the potatoes.
If everything is as it should be, then in what mode is it possible forcibly to simply extinguish for half an hour, knowing exactly what will not turn off and will not go into heating mode?
Katish
Not a defect. She reacts when something burns and turns off the program. Prevent when disconnected.
tana77
When I was making lazy stuffed cabbage, I laid it out in layers: minced meat, rice, cabbage and tomato frying on top, poured water on the rice levels and put it on the porridge, so how it came to a boil, she turned off and switched to heating and so on several times, already and I set other modes, the same thing. then I remembered that I had read that if there is not enough water, the cartoon turns off. I added water and finished the cabbage rolls, the rice is really boiled now I will immediately pour water according to the recipe. so it's not a defect, it's just a smart cartoon and turns off so that nothing burns out.
Ksatom
Hi there! take to your ranks! became the owner of the assistant a week ago. I was lucky that the kit included an "informative instruction" book with recipes and a container of a double boiler, I managed to cook a bunch of soups, chicken, and stew and a wonderful curd casserole, so far I have used the current modes of pie and soup.
so my first impressions of the device:
1) without a forum, you really can't figure out how and what, I had to find time (and I have two small children) and read all 43 pages
2) at first there was a terrible plastic smell from multi during cooking - fixed it - removed the blue film from the steam valve))))))))
3) let's make an express description of the modes !!!! I haven’t fully figured it out yet, so if you correct or add something, for those who do not have time to read all the pages, this can significantly help. so important criteria for me: the name of the mode, what can be done on it, the operating time, the features.

so let's start, as I am a beginner, I will add comments and questions from myself

Regular - I haven't used it yet, so I can't say anything

Fast - also never used anywhere

The pie - fries, bakes, bakes - it works for 50 minutes, if I haven't finished the previous 50th circle, will it continue it, between turning on the pie I turned on another program will it start from 50 minutes or will it continue the remaining time?

Porridge - cooks porridge, can be used for stewing, we set the time ourselves

soup - makes soup, you can also stew, but more intensely than in the "porridge" mode

Brown - I did not use it, but from the forum I realized that it seems to be fried on it ???

heating - heats ready meals

double boiler - steamed - everything seems to be clear here

Yesterday I made a casserole and whipped proteins imposed the idea of meringue, who tried to make a thread in a cartoon ??? and even if the oven is in silicone molds, how?
Zenna
Ksatom,
Normal and Fast modes operate until the liquid has evaporated.Normal about 50 minutes, Fast about 40 minutes (it is used for cooking less volume than Normal). I use them to cook buckwheat and cook pilaf.
tana77
on brown it really fries well, I used to fry on a pie now only on this program, because if the pie was interrupted, even after setting a different mode, the unfinished time is not reset, but remains when this mode is turned on another time, which is of course a minus in our supra. at the expense of silicone molds I read somewhere here on the site, which is not recommended, since not all the bottom is involved, which harms the saucepan, food should cover the entire bottom. on normal and fast I cook rice, on fast 1-2 m. Art., and 3-4 m. Art. on normal. I usually put baked goods for two cycles in a row, so it’s baked for sure.

I keep my fists the shop has normalized.
About the full namesake (or rather the twin brother). It’s something yes, and with a face, and a set of genes, it seems like twins, but the power is different: 670 versus our 800. This means that the characters should be different. Our comrade is more temperamental, although he is also not a rowdy.
Successful resurrection to the unit!
