Elenka I cook pilaf on a fast one, that is, first I fry it on a Pie, and then put it on a Fast one. By the way, I took the recipe on the Multicooker, it was given for Panasonic, I did everything as it was written only for my progs.
Elenka
Button, thanks! I'll try on a fast one.
But the potatoes on the fast, so as in "Panasonic on Plov" it will turn out? Nobody tried it? I wanted to try brown ...

I set the liver to cook in sour cream sauce, and for some reason the multicooker began to turn off after every 5 minutes of work. Opened to look - boils strongly, ash spits. Used the Soup mode. Five times it turned off, I turned it on again. We have now managed to start brewing in Normal mode. But actually I had to stew, I used to do it on soup.
Can you tell me what the reason could be? The content in the bowl is about 1/4 of it.
The steam outlet is not blocked.

PS: Normal mode turned off after 20 minutes. Interfered and started again in Fast mode. It takes another 20 minutes to cook according to the recipe, it will turn off, I will turn it on again - you need to cook it somehow ...
The multicooker chtoli broke down?

My husband made a sly bedside table for me, so to speak. True, there is a TV over it, but the tabletop of this nightstand, on which there are a multicooker and a bread maker, slides forward on the guides during cooking, and everything is very cool: I cooked it, pushed it back into place.
But I would also like to see a photo of this wonderful bedside table - if possible, of course, well, please

Kroshkaenot Try to stew in Porridge, such things as liver in sour cream also boil quite strongly on this program. Moreover, the liver needs a purely symbolic boil over time.

I always stew on porridge for 40-60 minutes, if initially there is not enough liquid, then first on baking, then I switch to porridge when the vegetables start to juice. I have been living with mv for a year in perfect harmony and you will master, success !!

Yesterday I faced exactly the same problem. Cooked boiled pork. According to the recipe, it was necessary to simmer for 3 hours. I put it on Soup - it turned off after 15 minutes. I switched to Porridge for 2 and a half hours - the program worked fine. And in the saucepan, the juice from the meat was gathered. I turned on the Soup for another half hour - everything worked out. Can be seen with too little liquid. Soup for stewing program too powerful.Porridge in this regard is more acceptable.

And did anyone understand the automatic switch to Keep Warm mode. Why, after some programs, the indicator blinks, after others it is constantly on. What's the Difference?

yuryd, You are right, if there is not enough liquid, the saucepan stops working.

blinking, it means the program does not work, does not support heat. that's all

it's just that at this moment the temperature is still high enough for the heating to turn on ... as soon as it drops to a certain level, the mode turns on ..

Thank you, Yana! I probably wouldn't have thought of it myself.

It is strange that manufacturers or suppliers could not clearly describe this in the instructions.

Somewhere, perhaps even on this forum, I read that you need to put in the Kasha mode for 4 hours.

IMHO the Steamer mode will be hotter than the cake, so nothing should happen to the bowl. To test, you can try to boil water on a pie. It seems to me that it won't boil so quickly. But these are only assumptions.

I tried: potatoes were fried on the pie, the steamer bowl was present for 40 minutes out of 50, nothing melted

Hello! Yesterday I bought a multicooker, but I don't know how to cook, at all.
Can anyone suggest how to steam frozen manti in our MV? On what setting, how much water should you pour into the pan, and most importantly - how many minutes to cook?
Thanks in advance to everyone who responds

In general, I'll tell you how I cook them. In a slow cooker. I pour cold water, put down the basket, grease it with oil, spread the frozen manti and put on "Steam cooking" for an hour. That is, the time when the water heats up, my manti is already there.

Thank you, as I buy manti, I'll try it right away.
The multicooker was brought yesterday, the color is cream, the double boiler was included, apparently it still remained from the old supplies. So lucky. Immediately I cooked buckwheat porridge with mushrooms and onions - everything worked out. True, I didn’t salt enough, well, I have it all the time. So far, I somehow didn’t really understand the algorithms of operation of different modes, but I’ll figure it out over time ...

this is ours, in the right way!
Really undersalted, well, I have it all the time
undersalted on the table, and oversalted on the back. in the cartoon it is actually better to undercut a little .. and especially seasonings .. under a closed lid everything turns out so rich .. sometimes it's too straight ...
So far, somehow I have not really penetrated into the algorithms of operation of different modes, but over time I will figure it out ...

Yes, I have a Supra MCS-4511, and I've already read it all. But reading is one thing, and quite another is to comprehend what you read so that you can put it into practice.
Something I don’t understand in any way - how to add it in the profile in the list “My Technics”? It is proposed to choose the type of product, and the choice consists of one type - Bread Maker. Further, even if you agree with this, SUPRA is not selected. Some kind of insanity, was it really impossible to provide for the choice of a product and its fixation in personal data manually in the engine of the forum, especially since not only bread makers, and not only Panasonic are discussed here?

do it differently .... open in your profile not "my technique", but "profile settings" ... there is a line "name" above the map. there and write your technique, name and whatever you want to appear under your avatar all the time ..
"my technique" seems to be still in development .. I haven't even seen it before ..

By the way, I came across such information on the sale of inexpensive bowls for multicooker, maybe someone will come in handy:
I wonder if everything is arranged here - I wanted to give a link to a forum where bowls for multicooker are sold, and instead of my link, a link to this resource appears in the message. Stupid, in my opinion ...

: flowers: And today my first biscuit turned out to be "Chocolate on boiling water". Baked for 90 minutes - the shape is ideal, height 8 cm. Unfortunately, today without a photo. I was very worried, it was too many failures with this recipe acc. topic. I walked around in circles, after 80 minutes I opened the lid, and the top is damp and gurgles in the center. I was upset, everything was kaput ... I closed it, after 10 minutes. I decided to get it out ... and there ... such beauty !!!

I made chocolate on boiling water 4 times already, everything is successful. By time I set the Pie mode 2 times in a row. The whole cake is baked well.
And yet, an important detail, the height of the cake is very dependent on the quality of the flour. So if the cake doesn't rise as it should, you need to change the flour.
mff21
I cooked 6 manti today. Poured water for approx. 0.5 l, it turned out to be not enough. After about half an hour, she (MV) turned off and switched to heating mode - the water ran out. I poured another glass and continued. Since I really wanted to eat, I did not wait until the expiration of 1 hour and ate them after 45 minutes. cooking. Everything was well prepared, I mean that 1 hour will probably be too much ...

Good afternoon, I am in a hurry to join you too
They wrote a lot about baking - many do not succeed, and perhaps the matter is in flour. Tell me what brands of flour do you use? I understand that we are all in different cities and countries, but nevertheless, maybe this will help to avoid bad experiences.

I have had a slow cooker for two months, I have already baked biscuits and muffins, I put everything on two cycles on the program-pie, it bakes very well. with baking powder, a white dough is obtained, and with soda, brown. the porridge turns out to be crumbly, and the milk is rich, but the oatmeal is not tame - it runs through the valve. advise how to cook it.

They offer services there to restore the original bowls.
