I bake in the oven on an inverted tray and on this rug. Warming up 200 grams, then I put the cake down to 180, 20 minutes everything is ready. What is the advantage of silicone, that it is not necessary to lubricate and the cake can be easily removed when it cools, even such a large and juicy one)

Well, in general, I baked a pie, one big one. True, the fillings were different: cabbage with eggs and fried turkey with onions. But suddenly I became so lazy to fiddle with two pies that I mixed the fillings and poured them into one pie.
But that's not what I actually came for.
I decided to make a dough with a half dose of yeast - NOT GOOD!
Firstly, the dough has not risen at all, although usually, if it stands in the refrigerator for more than an hour, it always tries to escape from the bowl.
Secondly, due to the fact that it did not rise, its structure was simply terrifying - viscous like porridge (although initially the kneading was normal) and so sticky that I almost rolled it out on bare flour.
Further more: since the dough had to rise sharply in the oven, it all swelled, and even, damn it, unevenly. All the curly molding disappeared completely, and the roof of the pie was covered with cracks ... Well, as an apotheosis - a badly risen dough never turns red for a long time, and I had to keep the pie in the oven longer than usual, and therefore all its due tenderness vanished. I have never received such a result in my life! It tastes good, but if I tried it with my eyes closed, I would never have recognized my pie in this outrage.
So to summarize: a full portion of yeast must go into this dough, otherwise they simply cannot raise all this mass of margarine (the dough is heavy because of it).
But actually the "hero of the occasion" himself, with cracks and without beautiful modeling
