Ingredients

ground oat bran 50 grams
wheat gluten / gluten 10 grams
psyllium / phytomucil 1 teaspoon
fat-free soft cottage cheese 50 grams
eggs c-0 2 pieces
milk 0.5% 125 ml
salt pinch
any sweetener taste
baking powder 1/3 teaspoon

vanillin sachet

Cooking method

  • Mix bran, gluten, psyllium, salt, sweetener. Pour in hot milk and leave to swell.
  • Combine cottage cheese and eggs separately. Put in the swollen mixture, stir.
  • Add baking powder and vanillin and mix well again.
  • Heat the pizza.
  • Arrange the dough in the form cells.
