Hello, members of the forum!
Yesterday I bought such a slow cooker, I'm very happy.
Made pea porridge, 50 minutes, boiled in mashed potatoes! And the chicken noodle soup turned out great.
Now there is a question about additional bowls, I am at a loss, on the bowl itself I have an upper mark of 5 liters, on the box 6 is written.
How are the marks written on your bowl?
And if possible, please give a reference where you can order bowls in Russia.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion)
NNM
Good day! Replacement bowl RB-A673 with non-stick coating for REDMOND RMC-PM380 multicooker-pressure cooker can be ordered from multivarka. * Pro
olia789
NNM, Thank you! Only a little expensive 2 295 (((And I would like another stainless steel.
Lenat
olia789, I have from a pressure cooker arch for 6 liters. More from land life and from shteba (also 6 liters)
olia789
Lenat, Thank you! And also tell me arch is it ARC?
Lenat
olia789, Yes.
olia789
Lenat, thank you very much! It's easiest for me to buy ARC, I have already ordered it.
Lenat
olia789, Ark differs from Land Life by a rim for a double boiler (it is not very convenient to wash the foam from the broth).
olia789
Lenat, yes, I saw this rim in the middle, well, I will wash nothing, the main thing will be a spare bowl.
I wonder if our steamer bowl will fit on this rim?
And also tell me, from time to time from the programs you can do it in the negative, I learned how to add, I have not figured it out further.

Added on Monday 24 Oct 2016 02:22 PM

I figured it out with time.
olia789
I am to you again for help. Can you please tell me, are ARC rings suitable?
Lenat
olia789, should.
olia789
Lenat, I also thought so, since the cup fits, I'll try to take it, then I'll unsubscribe.
I'm now torturing everyone here with my questions, but without the advice of the experienced, it's somehow scary for now))
I want to cook corn porridge, if anyone did, please give me a proven recipe.
I somehow cooked on the stove for a long time, but it didn't work out for a long time.

Lenat
olia789, in this I will not help you ... I have it for large volumes
Super Tanya
Girls ... help! On which program you can quickly cook meat. I eat beef ... very beefy.
Lenat
Super Tanya, well, it won't work faster than 30 minutes ...
galina2016
PROGRAM = EXTINGUISHING = 30-40 min.
Super Tanya
Girls, thanks! Cooked! True, I set the time ... hour. So surely! This program ... EXTINGUISHING ... I get the most popular one. In theory, the meat on the program .. SOUP .. should boil well .. but no ... I was tortured to cook.
Lenat
Super Tanya, in pressure cookers, the modes are no different except for time ....... What is soup, what is stewing, it does not matter
Super Tanya
I will not argue, because at first I cooked this bite in the SOUP mode for half an hour, and it was impossible to pierce it even with a fork. Then on the EXTINGUISHING ... only then he gave up ... boiled down!
Lenat
Well, it's just that you got such a "" "bite" ".

I cook ordinary pieces of meat with bone (for soup) in soup for 15-20 minutes. The meat leaves the bones ...
galina2016
Hello! on page 11 Alex_Fil explained to us about the temperature and pressure of the pressure cooker. According to Lenat, "in pressure cookers, the modes are no different except for time ....... It's all the same whether it's soup or stewing." I was then interested in the following question: "On the STEALING program, does the temperature also not differ from other programs?" Then why is it called STUNNING?

Added Saturday 05 Nov 2016 12:30 PM

Lenat
Just like that ..... To increase functions
galina2016
Can anyone have a different version? I have a multicooker Redmond - 4502, so everything boils on the soup, and on the stew it is slow cooking.
Lenat
So she's just a slow cooker
olia789
galina2016, I will reprint it from the instructions:
Stewing / Jellied meat program... The program is intended for stewing meat, vegetables, seafood, poultry and multi-component dishes, as well as for cooking jellied meat and
jellied.
The default cooking time for a program is 20 minutes. You can manually set the cooking time in the range from 5 minutes to 4 hours in 1 minute increments. The default setting is high bowl pressure.

Soup program... The program is designed for various meat, fish, vegetable and other types of soups.
The default cooking time for a program is 20 minutes. You can manually set the cooking time in the range from 5 minutes to 4 hours in 1 minute increments. The default setting is high bowl pressure.

The same description, but still it seems that the soup should boil, and the jellied meat should be stewed, should be written to the office. site question is also interesting.
galina2016
I have been using the Redmond PMC-PM380 multicooker-pressure cooker for a year and I have carefully read the instructions. I have an old model ARC multicooker-pressure cooker, where I think the modes are no different except for time, everything boils and rages, that's why I bought the Redmond PMC-PM380 multicooker-pressure cooker, even having an electric oven at the moment, I constantly use the Multicooker - pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380, here you can change the pressure level - which means the temperature will also drop. On this issue I wrote on page 11 Alex_Fil.
irina74
Good day to all) turned out to be very useful in terms of information forum, learned a lot of useful things. but tell me pzhl, how can you adjust the cooking temperature? I learned to change time, but with the temperature something does not add up. in advance ATP for help
innesss-ka
And the temperature is also changed with the Hour and Min buttons. Just don't press Time, just press Hour to decrease or Min to increase after starting the program with the Start button. But it works on the programs Vacuum and Baking. You can also change the temperature on these programs and on some others in the process, but after the countdown has begun. Right during the program, hold these buttons for a couple of seconds until the temperature flashes on the display.
I hope I haven't messed up anything, because I either change it on the machine myself, or if I forget it, I use the poke method.

Hello colleagues!)
He also won the 380th.
Before that, I used (and continue) the RM-4507 for a couple of years - the simplest pressure cooker with a mechanical timer ...
Here I compare with her.
Today in the new 380 I cooked oatmeal porridge, according to the attached book recipe.
So, in comparison with how the oatmeal was obtained in the previous 4507, here I was very good. surprised by the result .... In general, it is not bad, but:

- it turned out to be thick, almost all the liquid evaporated (where - with the valve closed?) on the verge of burning ...
- the recipe says: for 100 g of oatmeal - 500 ml of milk and 20 minutes. in the "milk porridge"(MODE - UNDER PRESSURE, below you will understand why it is highlighted!). I, for the 1st time, reduced to 14 minutes, while 15 minutes - gaining pressure ...
- for comparison - in the recipe for 4507, it is indicated: for 100 g - 750 mg of milk and 12 min. - on a timer, but I did a little more time - up to -15-20 minutes, and it turned out much more liquid (than in 380), although - sometimes it burned a little ... this despite the fact that there was no time for a preliminary set pressure, and 12-15 minutes - for everything about everything ...

- BUT! ... my biggest surprise is that when, after the end of the program, immediately turning off the device, I, as usual in 4507, very carefully opened the valve - to let off steam, and ... that I see! more precisely -: nea: I don't see! Couple no, from the word - in general! This is for me: facepalm: well, I don't understand at all ... while cooking, I watched - everything was quiet, nothing was floating through the valve at all. But the result looks like an express program - with an open valve and evaporation ...
In general, I did not understand the logic of this recipe / program at all, can someone explain?
Thank you!
Lenat
Very strange. This model is very adequate ... And the program is milk porridge without pressure.
Stillrebel
IggApparently, at 380 Milk porridge is made according to the multicooker principle - bringing milk to a boil and slowly boiling at ~ 90 degrees.
If there is almost no boiling, then there is no steam, which could block the valve and allow pressure to build up.
Lenat
StillrebelWorking in multicooker mode:
- VACUUM
- BREAD
- BAKERY PRODUCTS
- FRYING / FRYING
- MILK Porridge
- YOGHURT / DOUGH
- CHILDREN FOOD
- EXPRESS
"MASTERCHEF LITE" (temperature and time change during cooking

Lenat, thanks a lot!)
That is, in the book it is a mistake: "... close the valve ..." and then, at the end: "... open the valve and let off steam ..."

Got it. And the fact that everything has evaporated, on the verge of burning, is, I think, because in the "book" there is a recipe for "grind No. 1" flakes, and I cooked instant cereals, on the packaging of which they write: pour boiling water, leave for 5 minutes. ..
Lenat
Igg, cook with pleasure.
Tatiyanno
Good afternoon everyone! The question is, I decided to stew meat with vegetables, stewing mode, the valve is open .. but she makes a lot of noise, she chose low pressure. Am I doing something wrong?
galina2016

The quenching program works in pressure cooker mode, here the valve is closed. See operating manual 21 page.
Tatiyanno
Yeah thanks!

Yesterday, I tried # 2 - Oatmeal.
Considering not very good. successful first attempt:
- instead of 500 ml of milk, poured 750 (as in the recipe for PM-4507) half with water
- the program Mol. porridge, time 17 minutes (in the recipe 20).
- in 10 minutes. until the end of the program, I decided to open the lid to look: how are things there? And I saw that everything was already ok.
In general, empirically found the formula for "my" oatmeal, it turned out - very good. well!
I liked the multicooker mode, especially because you can spy on the process and interfere with it!)
Lenat
Igg, it's good that you liked it. You can also cook it in pressure cooker mode in any pressure cooker program.

Good day! We got this miracle. The second time I cook porridge, it doesn't work. It feels like cereal lies in hot milk for all 20 minutes. Before this multi was Ars, there cooking porridge was under pressure and it took about 7 minutes, but now 20 minutes is not enough, this is not counting heating. I do everything as in the recipe. Maybe I got married? So until 2 weeks have passed, you can take it.

And what kind of porridge do you cook, and on what mode?

Quote: Namanian
I do everything as in the recipe.

Take your time, believe. There are many mistakes ...

My oatmeal also failed the first time (I described it in this thread) ... I had to correct it, and - everything worked out)

The first time I cooked corn recipe from the book. In 30 minutes, the cereal was soaked in hot milk. Put it under pressure, burned. Hercules put milk porridge on the mode for 20 minutes, at the end I had to put it on for another 20 minutes so that at least it looks like porridge Now I put buckwheat under pressure, we'll see. Maybe I haven't adjusted yet. Before that, there was a simple ARS. I have used it for 7 years. I just read the reviews, people do it as it is written in the recipe and they are delighted, but I can't. Now I am addressing people who have already researched this device

according to the recipe from the book.

In the book, according to the recipe, they write that in the mode of milk porridge - close the valve. This is wrong. In fact, the DAIRY Porridge program is a multi-cooker, that is, it works without pressure = with an open valve.

Buckwheat, if without milk, on the pressure cooker (under pressure) RICE / CEREALS program, as in the recipe, turns out well ...
Namanian
Yes, buckwheat turned out. But if you open the valve in the mode of milk porridge, I think it will not help. Will not cook. I will try more modes. Thanks a lot for the answers!

Milk porridge program - only with open valve! Try, it is fundamentally importantand the result is completely different. Good luck!)

April 16, 2016 wrote how I cook porridge. "Prepared milk rice porridge (1: 6) under pressure, STEALING mode - 35 min.pressure level-3 (low), steam is forced out. It turned out to be a wonderful creamy porridge. "You can put it in less time, 25 - 30 minutes.

I tried to cook oatmeal (from cereals, not flakes) on the "pressure cooker" program THROWING, time 25 min. It turned out very well!
galina2016
I found this information "Bowl for multicooker Redmond RB-A673, 6 l, non-stick coating, for RMC-PM380". Do you think the bowl fits?
Lenat
galina2016, even on the website of the multicooker it is written that this bowl is for this multi
