Cottage cheese bagels with jam and dried fruits

Ingredients

soft cottage cheese 200 gr.
butter 200 gr.
wheat flour 300 gr.
salt pinch
For filling
jam, jam (sour) 3-4 tbsp. l.
raisins 100 g
dates 100 g
prunes (dried apricots) 50 gr.
nuts, seeds (I have peanuts) 70-100 gr.

Cooking method

  • Cooking the dough Grind the flour with chilled butter, add cottage cheese, salt, collect it in a bun and send it to the refrigerator for at least an hour (sometimes I have a day).
  • Cooking the filling Rinse the raisins, prunes and dates and soak them in boiling water, if necessary, then squeeze them out of moisture and finely chop the dates and prunes. Fry the nuts.
  • Preparation
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll it into a circle (sprinkle the surface with flour), divide into segments. Lubricate each segment with a very thin layer of jam, sprinkle with raisins, dates and prunes, nuts or seeds, roll into bagels and put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. We bake in an oven preheated to 180C for about 20 minutes.
