poglazowa2011, what are the successes in mastering? What did you cook, how did the pressure cooker show itself?
poglazowa2011
Something complete calmness in Temko, apparently few people use this pressure cooker. And I like O-O-VERY! Before that there was a Land Life pressure cooker, it served faithfully for three years. But as the ad says: "Feel the Difference!"
Why did you choose this one? Because Land Life has excellent bowls (non-stick and stainless steel) that are the same size as this multi bowl. I was bribed by the presence of many necessary functions, well, user reviews from the Multicooker. ru (although there were only two, user). In general, I bought it. And I never regretted it!
I liked very much that the silicone ring in the lid sits like a glove, does not fall out, does not move. At LL this was a small but problem. I liked the Master Chef Light function. The Vexation program is wonderful. And the Vacuum program, it turns out, can be used as a Multi-cook: set the temperature (30-170 g.) And time (5 minutes - 10 hours) BEFORE the program BEGIN and then start the program. This means that you can make sour cream, cottage cheese and much more. There is an Express sensor program, which is a rarity for pressure cookers. Frying is very delicate, but you can raise the temperature if needed. Well, here's a convenient pressure cooker and that's it.
I have already cooked a lot of things in it, mostly soups, stew something, porridge on the water, crumbly rice. It turns out EVERYTHING! Baked Chocolate with boiling water (from half the ingredients) - it turned out better than in Brand 37501, and WITHOUT the eternal condensation spot in the middle.
The only thing that I didn't cook was milk porridge, somehow I didn't have to. I'll cook - unsubscribe. And so - a great pressure cooker! Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion)
CHOCOLATE AT KIPYATKA.

poglazowa2011, thanks for the review.

and it is really sensory - that is,for complete evaporation of the liquid, or automatic - for the same time, regardless of the volume of the liquid? Sensory programs are rare for Redmond.
Lenat
For complete boil-off, even to a weak crust. Red-da 300 also has an express to boil.

poglazowa2011, thanks for the review. : rose: is it really sensory - that is, for the complete evaporation of the liquid, or automatic - for the same time, regardless of the volume of the liquid? Sensory programs are rare for Redmond.
Yes, it really works until the liquid is completely boiled away. I cooked rice on it - great, but I didn't guess with pasta - I poured a lot of water, boiled, however, the pasta was Makfa - they generally boil very much.
Manna
Then this is very good! This mode is very convenient, not only in pressure cookers.

And in time ... Did rice and pasta cook at different times?
poglazowa2011
The pasta took longer to cook because there was a lot of water. You need to pour much less. Yes, and by the way, on the Express the steam is pretty strong, I moved the pressure cooker from the tabletop to the window - it was flowing over the cabinets and the wall.
OlgaYUB
I am also looking for a pressure cooker, but I cannot choose which one, this one or the last 140th one. I will keep track of your temka so far to come to a final decision.
Lenat
If she is the first to take 380 (easy to operate, bowl 6 liters, many functions, you want to remove the lid, you want to put on the cartoon)
OlgaYUB
There is a multicooker, but as a pressure cooker, the first one. And how long does the soup cook in it?
poglazowa2011
If I cook vegetable soup, then this is about 20-25 minutes + 10 minutes. set of press. And if it is meat, I first set to cook the meat (beef for 1 hour, pork for 30 minutes) and at this time I cut vegetables. But everyone has different tastes - I love boiled soups, and you may need even less time to cook. But I can say that I don't cook soups on the stove AT ALL, it is tastier and more convenient in a pressure cooker.
And by the way, according to 140 reviews, the model takes up pressure much longer - there is some kind of tricky, complex valve. Read on the multicooker.
OlgaYUB
Thank you! I also love boiled soup and I haven’t cooked it on the stove for a long time, but only in a slow cooker, but I want to quickly so that everything is prepared, I come home late from work.
Please write everything you do, I want to know in more detail
poglazowa2011
Today I baked a curd casserole, the ingredients are as usual, everything - "by eye". It turned out super! Lush, soft, with a thin crispy crust. AND WITHOUT a wet condensation spot in the middle! In general, it turned out so light, not wet. I Put on Baking, 1 hour. But next time I will reduce the time to 45 minutes. I think that's enough.
poglazowa2011
What, everyone is silent ... And I finally cooked milk porridge, buckwheat. 1 m. St. cereals, 1.5 m. st. water (boiling water, soaked the cereal in it, so that later it would cook faster, literally for 5 minutes), 1.5 m. milk (fat. 3.2), Milk porridge mode, valve OPEN, time did not change - as it was by default 20 minutes. and left it. The porridge is perfect! Moderately thick, boiled. Nothing even tried to escape, the bowl is clean. I was most afraid for this program. Now I'm happy - no words!

Personally, I'm waiting for all the photos ... and soups, and casseroles, and cereals ...
poglazowa2011
Yes, I do not have time to take a picture - you cook and immediately eat it, a family of 6 people ... Well, I'll try somehow somehow.
poglazowa2011
Here !!! Little porridge left! Admire Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion)
True, the milk was almost completely absorbed - I cooked it in the morning.
Manna
I will wait for the photos right in the bowl in the pressure cookers, nothing is clear on the plate

I became the owner of the REDMOND RMC PM380 multicooker a week ago, I am mastering it .... then I will write reviews .... while everything is fine!

And I'll spy on you in Temko. I also have a multicooker-pressure cooker. True, the model is different, but all the same it will be useful to me and here I can spy on something interesting for myself.

poglazowa2011, but can you share a recipe for chocolate with boiling water? Maybe he is here on the forum? I just haven't met.

Hello. Also recently became the owner of this devatsa. Here is a question. Poglazowa2011 you can’t tell me about the milk porridge: I also cooked it with an open valve, but for some reason everything was running out for me. And there are also inconsistencies in the recipe book and instructions: according to the instructions, the milk porridge mode is prepared without pressure, and in the recipe book it is written to close the lid and valve. I don’t know what to do and how to proceed? What to believe?
poglazowa2011
I cook with the valve open, nothing escapes ...
poglazowa2011
The recipe is taken from the site

Boiled chocolate

This biscuit is easy to make.

2 cups of flour
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1.5 tsp. soda
1.5 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. spoons with a slide of cocoa
1 glass of milk
1 tsp vanilla sugar (I put it according to my mood, most often it's a whole bag)
1/3 to 1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup boiling water

Beat eggs with sugar, then add butter and milk. When all this is mixed I add flour, soda, baking powder, cocoa powder. At the very end, I add 1 cup of boiling water directly from the stove. I stir it. The dough turns out to be very liquid, but don't let that scare you.
Immediately pour the multi into a saucepan and put it on baking for 60 minutes, then let it stand in a closed multi for 20 minutes and only then remove it from the saucepan.
I bake it very often, since it has taken root well in our house.
The weight of this biscuit was weighed once, the scales showed 1107 grams. The cake base is moist, which I really like.

When the biscuit has cooled down, then I cut it, as a rule, into 4 parts. I soak it in sugar syrup with cognac.
Any cream goes to it: sour cream or custard. I really love butter + condensed milk.

If this biscuit is too much for you, then you can immediately halve all the ingredients, leaving only 2 eggs unchanged. Then the biscuit you get is a little smaller, I cut the reduced one into three parts.

Hello! Take in the ranks of the owners of this cartoon. We bought a Redmond 4502 yesterday instead of which, after four years of work, the button for opening / closing the lid broke. At the same time, the cartoon is fully working. We were very sorry for her. It was great to cook in it. Well, apparently her term. Here I am testing a new assistant. Yesterday we did steamed fish. Fine! Now pea soup is cooked with smoked ribs. I hope it will be delicious. And I have a question for the owners. Nobody knows what is the temperature in the multo on the yogurt mode? I searched everything I can't find.
Darian
And tell me more: as far as I understood from the instructions, condensate accumulates in the cavity around the bowl, but in my cartoon there is some kind of small hole and from it water sometimes gets on the table and under the cartoon ... I can't understand some kind of plug. should have stood or was it specially thought out? How are other owners of this device, too? And if it's not difficult, tell me who is where the holder for the scoop is attached? I was looking for looking but never found a place for him? Thank you in advance
poglazowa2011
Have you installed a container for collecting condensate? Such a small transparent container. It is attached just under this small hole, and nothing flows out of it, unless, of course, this container is overfilled. It must be periodically removed and rinsed - about once every two or three weeks.
And I personally did not install the holder for the scoop on any of my cartoons, it is inconvenient for me - it flows from the scoop to the cartoon, and to the table, you will be tortured to wipe it.
Darian
Thank you. So I thought that there must be something ... It's just that I only have one transparent piece in my kit, I thought it was a holder. And this apparently is the container for condensate. Thank you. I'll try to install
Darian
Oh, this pressure cooker ... That is not a day, then I have a new question: well, I can't figure it out.Poglazowa 2011 so you said that you cooked pasta on the express mode: if possible, a little more detail for the completely "stupid". Is the cover open or closed? And then I not only poured steam but also sprayed water ... And on top of that, the additional valve rose like in a pressure cooker mode ... Something I'm definitely doing wrong
Lenat
You must have poured a lot of water (valve open). Try pressure cooking pasta. The pasta should be slightly covered with water and the rice program for 5 minutes.
Olga3107
I am mastering my new assistant. I cooked pea soup (I didn't pre-soak peas). It turned out just wonderful. She made milk porridge in the morning. In 4502, milk was constantly running through the valve. Here even the walls of the bowl remain clean (I cooked oatmeal and corn porridge). What a miracle! Now I put a chocolate cake in the oven according to the recipe given by poglazowa2011. Oh yes. Made yogurt yet. I did not wait for an answer about the temperature and decided to experiment. The yoghurt came out in three hours. My thermometer read about 37 degrees in a slow cooker while making yogurt. Super! So you can make real live yogurt !!! In general, I am very pleased with this device and very happy with my purchase!
Olga3107
finished my cake. It turned out to be very low. (((But very tasty! Why I don't understand such a low one. (((Soda might not report?
poglazowa2011
As for the cake, I make a biscuit about 5 cm high from half the ingredients. Sometimes a little higher. I noticed that it very much depends on the baking powder - once it did not rise at all when I bought the first baking powder I came across from some unknown manufacturer. Now I buy only Oetker and two more, I don’t remember the name, then I’ll write. And also - after pouring the boiling water into the mass, in no case beat with a mixer! Just stir gently with a spoon and that's it. Otherwise, there will be a sole, and not a cake layer.
But about pasta ... On the express train, the boil is very violent. And the valve will rise, yes ... You need to pour in just a little water, so that not just cover it, but reach about half of the pasta and even less. But all the same, our ordinary pasta is very soft. So far, only Italian pasta has been successful for me in this mode (I bought it for a special offer at Pyaterochka, there were big discounts). And our usual ones I cook under pressure, two or three minutes. But I think over time I will adapt somehow.
Olga3107
poglazowa2011, thanks for the answer. Probably the truth is that I interfered with boiling water with a blender. I'll know. But even so small, the cake is still sooooo tasty.
Julia I.
Hello everyone! The other day I bought such a slow cooker (I have it for the first time), while I haven’t tried to cook anything yet. But a couple of questions arose, I asked them to the manager of Redmond, maybe someone will also be useful. And please write your recipes or comments, otherwise it is difficult for a beginner to figure it out on the fly.
Questions:
1. The instructions say that when cooking under pressure, you need at least 1/5 of water, but many recipes say to add 80 ml of water, 120 ml, etc. What to do?
2. In my model, according to the instructions, the "milk porridge" mode refers to those without pressure, and in the recipe book it is written to close the valve, how is it correct?
3. According to the instructions, in the "soup" mode, before reaching the operating parameters, the device beeps to remove the foam. And how can I open the lid at this time, because the pressure has already been collected?

Answers:
1. This is possible if the recipe contains juicy vegetables.
2. This program is prepared in the multicooker mode, the recommendation to close the valve is given so that the porridge does not spill out (the multicooker will not gain pressure).
3. Opening the lid with this program will not work, as it will be blocked under pressure. Unfortunately, this is a typo, we will correct it on the site and in the next printed editions.
Irina1180
Hello! And I bought this slow cooker the other day and also the first one))) I just wanted a pressure cooker, but in the recipe book I mainly look at recipes for a multicooker. Please share, can anyone cook pilaf in pressure cooker mode and how? And milk porridge too.
Julia I.
Irina1180, there is just pilaf in pressure cooker mode (with pork, recipe 44), it turns out great, the meat is very soft. And many other recipes are also designed for a pressure cooker. But porridge there is made in the multicooker mode.

If she is the first to take e 380 (easy to operate, bowl 6 liters, many functions, you want to remove the lid, you want to put on a cartoon)
Good day! Happy owners, there are several questions.
What do you mean "bet on cartoon"? There is some kind of special. groove? Side or back? Is it easy to insert? I just don't want to look for a place under the lid, all my multis are with hinged lids.
Is the bottom of the bowl smooth, without honeycombs? And how do you like the overall bowl (covering)?
Many functions are good, but are they convenient to use? The description is not very clear, is it so easy to change the temperature and time parameters in the process? And how quickly does it change the temperature during cooking?
Thank you.
Irina1180
Julia I., Yes, thank you, I have already cooked pilaf several times, it is very tasty and the pressure is immediately set there, but if you select the "milk porridge" mode, then the pressure, as I understand it, does not allow to set it, so it is prepared in the "pressure cooker" mode. porridge can't
innesss-ka
Irina1180, I suspect that milk porridge with the same success, but under pressure will cook on "Soup". And I, on the contrary, plan to cook soups on "Mol. Porridge", so that without pressure and with the ability to gradually add ingredients. But this is in case I allow myself to get hold of it.
Lenat
innesss-ka, it has grooves on the sides in the handles - a lid is put there, a bowl without honeycombs, I really like it, and in terms of functions, since you have multicooker, you can easily figure it out.
innesss-ka
Lenat, thanks for the answer. On the first two points, I understand. Pleases! By functions, when I asked, I meant: 1) how easy is the control there? precisely because I have several of them and would like to be as simple as possible (you have something to compare with) and 2) does it work well with the programs? (without jambs). Well, there was a question about how she quickly reacts to a decrease in temperature during cooking. I understand that this is not induction, but still.
Let me explain. About the fact that the control is relatively easy, I suppose, if only because the modes are on separate buttons (I like that). But judging by the instructions, the adjustment of the parameters seemed somehow confusingly arranged. Or not? Well, the programs. According to the description, as usual, some duplicate each other. But I wonder how correctly she fulfills them. Because Redmond. Seen in jambs more than once. (But at the same time, I have a strange love for him - well, they know how to guess my (user) desires, but it is not always sensible to fulfill them).
Lenat
I will not say anything about the change in t, it is only as smart as a pressure cooker (I have broth in it, and in another I have fried and potatoes are ready)
Julia I.
Irina1180, yes, there is milk porridge only without pressure. It turns out well.
Lenat, and I didn’t know that there the lid could be installed somewhere, although I had already cooked a lot, I had to try. I also really liked the bowl.
innesss-ka, I have nothing to compare with, it is my first, but, in my opinion, the control is absolutely simple, and I and my husband got their bearings right the first time. I cook every day, until the jambs were not, however, I have it recently. Although I may not quite understand what you mean. Recipes both from the book and from the Internet were prepared well, no glitches in programs, burning, undercooking, etc. Or are you talking about something else? As for the temperature, I don't know if it was fast, but the result is good, I changed it in pies and when I made cottage cheese.
Lenat
It is very convenient for me that the lid is put on (both on the right and on the left). And then in the staff, figure out where to put it.
innesss-ka
Girls, thanks. Yes, that's what I mean, does it burn? does it not boil over? and so on. Until we sold it, I was not very interested in her. And then they announce its sale and I thought. But, as usual, you need strong arguments for maturation, and there are so few reviews in the topic. You write, write what and how you cook, please.
Lenat
Today on the office site for the code word internet 30% discount (with other promotions is not possible)
Julia I.
For the time being, I had a lot of baked goods making manna, cottage cheese casserole, different biscuits, a pie with crab sticks and cheese, etc. Everything worked out great. Soup, side dishes, milk porridge - everything is fine too. Any meat is very soft, beef disintegrates directly by itself. The cabbage rolls and peppers were delicious. I haven't tried it for a couple yet.
Lenat, and what interesting things have you prepared?
