Omelochka , again without eggs !!! Super! I will definitely try. Cottage cheese is no longer translated in the refrigerator (because of your wonderful recipes!)
Questions.
one). Even you are so meticulous about everything in grams? and in glasses, spoons? I'm somehow more used to ...
2). Is it necessary to keep so much on heating, or is it enough for 30 minutes? And be sure to get it cold?

Wobble to bookmarks!

Enough.

And be sure to get it cold?
If you want "presentation", then cooled down !! And if you just get drunk, then you can immediately.

Cooking class , weighted out store. Not dry in consistency, but like a soft "plasticine".
Rapunzel
Mistletochka, and everything is correct in the recipe, isn't enough semolina? I put your casserole in Panas - after 65 minutes of baking and half an hour on heating, an absolutely liquid mass. I put it on to bother, but outwardly I'm not sure what will help ...
Omela
Rapunzel , everything is correct with semolina. I did it more than once. And what kind of curd do you have? After kneading, my mass was like very thick sour cream. I even leveled the top with a spatula.
shl. next time I will take pictures of cottage cheese and dough.
Rapunzel
Rustic cottage cheese, dry, not very fatty. The mass was very thick - it was leveled with a spatula.
Omela
I don't know why it didn't work out. I did exactly as I described. And the photo shows that the casserole is not liquid. Try to wait until it cools completely.
Sweetheart
Great casserole! I did this before my son appeared
Omela
Tanya,
Rapunzel
Mistletochka, I have never had punctures with your recipes before, but something just didn't work out. Somehow I was afraid to leave it like that, the liquid was just like kefir. I added two tablespoons of flour and baked for another 60 minutes. Now it is cooling down.
Omela
Chot I don’t understand .. where is the kefirchik, if the dough was thick. In general, cottage cheese baking is such a thing ... risky ... 90% depends on cottage cheese.
Rapunzel
But somehow I myself did not quite understand. I applied it in "piles", smoothed it out, and then suddenly it turned out a chatterbox. We bit what happened - delicious, but the consistency is like that of curd mass.We christened it with curd cheese and eat it at breakfast.
Omela
As promised, I took pictures. Cottage cheese:

I dumped the dough from the combine into the pan, it is clear that it does not spread and keeps its shape. Then she leveled it with a spatula:

After 65min. baking + 1 hour on heating. I put the spoon down to show that the dough in the middle is not runny.

Mistletoe, thanks. I read it and immediately ran to do it, though in a pressure cooker, in the morning, there is no time to bake in the cartoon, it's late, I'll unsubscribe tomorrow :-)

Omela
Tanya, good luck!
shl. I'm trying to upload the rest of the photos .. Village Internet today does not pull at all.

Good morning! In general, it turned out that Rapunzel also, I really baked in a pressure cooker, the cottage cheese was dry, homemade, became liquid when baking, turned it off, did not take it out, took it out in the morning. well, so-so, with eggs I like it much more ..
Although I am a master in casseroles ... I don't even understand what to sin on ... really because of the eggs?
Omela
Tanya, if there is an opportunity to eat eggs, then do with them. Of course the eggs keep their shape. It's a shame of course that it didn't work out, but here everything depends on cottage cheese.
fronya40
: girl_cleanglasses: yes there is a possibility, you just have such a beautiful casserole .... for sure it depends on cottage cheese, of course. In general, in the morning I had breakfast with this casserole with sour cream, but it is tough, but tasty.
Well, it also happens when you want to bake, but here, damn it, there are no eggs in the withers ...
Omela

but she is harsh
Tanya, well, it never turns out tough. On the contrary, like a pudding. It's still cottage cheese. Mine is not dry, but soft like plasticine.

Here's a piece from the fridge, left over from yesterday. Broke:

That's for sure. An excellent casserole is obtained more often, but it also happens as a sole and as a jelly. I now add a tablespoon of cornstarch as a safety net.
fronya40
means cottage cheese ... because he also allocated water for me, as rapapunzel wrote. Well, yes, you have beautiful ... and baking powder, right 1/2 tsp?
yes, it can be seen well - that he is gentle with you ...

I have never received it yet, probably due to the fact that eggs.

Yes.

Of course, with eggs, the result is more predictable. but I have no choice.

Yes, you can add instead of an egg.
Omela
By the way, about the cottage cheese. My mother goes to visit my sister in Omsk. So there, he says, all the cottage cheese is grains ... both farm and store. And the baked goods made from it are dry and not tasty. And there is simply no other.
Natawok
Girls, does anyone know if it is possible to bake a casserole of buckwheat and cottage cheese without eggs ??
Omela
Natawok, welcome to the forum! In theory, everything is possible, but the proportions can only be found in practice.
Asitas
And I have been eating a lot of eggs lately, so we need to reduce consumption. It’s harmful enough (Now I’ll try to do without eggs in baking. I used to always get a little dry casserole, now I have mastered Ready for sky in my slow cooker, well, I saved my recipe.

And with cottage cheese I generally have trouble, I always confuse which one and why I need it ((
Omela
Pauline, curd pastries are always a lottery .. 90% depends on the quality of the curd.
dolcemira
Mistletoe, but how to do without baking powder?
My Superman (1 year and 2 months) gave up normal food for his age. For a couple of days I managed to feed it with cottage cheese, rolling balls from it. We spit everything out with a spoon. Except grated apple :-)
Today I was frying fish cakes, then I ate the crust myself, I diminished the rest (6 cutlets) with delight and demands!
Now I dry my head, like milk to turn into "solid" and feed the child. Tomorrow I'll bake your wonderful casserole, but without baking powder?
Omela
dolcemira, Miroslava, do you need a casserole? I have adapted to fry cheesecakes (without eggs), the child likes it.

Everything is very simple: 200 g of cottage cheese, 1st. l. flour, 1 tbsp. l. Sahara. Stir everything with your hands, shape the cheese pancakes, roll in flour and fry in oil.

Also look at the "children's" recipes, it may come in handy.

Curd potato. (Omela)

Cutlets with vegetables. (Omela)

Cutlets with potatoes and oatmeal. (Omela)

Instead of an ordinary egg, you can use "flaxseed". i.e. 1 st. l. grind flax seeds in a coffee grinder, pour 3 tbsp. l. water. stir and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Use as usual.

And what about baking powder, what's in it? The presence itself ??? What about soda?
dolcemira
MistletoeThanks for the tips and recipes. We have been here in Yalta for a week with almost no light, only now I was able to read your message. Baked casserole without baking soda and baking powder. Instead of sugar, I gave a ripe banana. He baked in the oven (it's good that there is still gas :-)) The cub ate with pleasure and said "AM!" To every bite. !!!!!
And why exactly casserole - and so he eats almost everything fried, fish and meat cutlets (with a lot of cereals, in order to somehow cheat :))))) I'm afraid to ruin my stomach, I myself go through life with gastritis and other matters
Omela
Miroslava, I'm glad that everything worked out. And although the stomach does not spoil from this, it is certainly better for the child to be given baked goods.
katrin18
And I changed your recipe a little, I have corn semolina due to gluten allergy, plus half a banana instead of eggs and frozen currants! It turned out very tasty in hp! I did it for the first time, I will experiment more
