SMYRFIK
Hello, the other day I became the owner of the multicooker pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380. before that there was arc. cooked soup today. time on this program was reduced to 15 minutes. the pressure built up, the countdown began. But when there were 2 minutes left before the end of the program, the cartoon began to count down the time again. then went minutes, 3,4,5 ... and so on until 9. and I decided to turn it off. did anyone have it? What can be wrong. if I had not noticed, the soup began to be cooked in a second round
galina2016
Hello! This has not happened to me, but maybe you overlooked, the heating turned on, the time report went. I try to always turn off the heating, pay attention to this.
Igg
SMYRFIK, if, as you wrote, the cartoon began to count down the time ascending 1,2,3,4,5 ... - this turned on the heating mode. In this case, the "clock" icon is at the bottom right. And in cooking mode, it is on the left.
galina2016
You try it, just pour water and watch, it's hard to decide in absentia what the problem is.
Tatyna2016
Hello! For my birthday, my husband presented a multicooker remand 380! I was very happy, I liked the biscuit. Only porridge for some reason needs to be cooked for a long time, I thought it would be fast. My son loves corn, cooked in a slow cooker for 1.5 hours.
galina2016
April 16, 2016 wrote how I cook porridge. "I cooked milk rice porridge (1: 6) under pressure, STEALING mode - 35 min. Pressure level-3 (low), forced steam. It turned out to be a wonderful creamy porridge." You can set it up to less time, 25 - 30 minutes.
Tatyna2016
Thanks for the answer! And to set the level of pressure ourselves? And you can also ask how to cook jellied meat? The recipe says 1 hour, but it seems to me a little time?
galina2016
It is necessary to set the pressure level itself, I did not cook jellied meat.
SMYRFIK
I tried to cook potatoes on the soup program, everything was fine. probably the heating mode really turned on, but I missed it. thank you very much everyone for the advice

And yet, you can ask, is the bowl from the arc multicooker 6 l suitable for our multicooker? mine for 5 liters from arc does not fit. she is a little taller, at first she read somewhere that the bowls fit. I really liked to cook vegetables for vinaigrette in arc all at the same time, beets at the bottom, and on top of steamed potatoes with carrots
Lenat
SMYRFIK, from 6 liter is suitable (I have a stainless steel from the arch)
galina2016
My bowl from the ARC multicooker-pressure cooker for 6L. does not fit, for the Redmond PMC-PM380 multicooker-pressure cooker, the lid does not close.
Lenat
galina2016, strange. I have bronze from Land Life and stainless steel from Arc - all fit
galina2016
Yes, and I really wanted the cup to fit, but alas!
Lenat
galina2016, and it does not fit your height or diameter?
galina2016

I cook jellied meat on "Stew-Jellied". From chicken breasts 30 min., From rolls 1, 5 - 2 hours.

Thank you girls tomorrow I will cook!

Hello everyone. Please tell me how many ingredients and what mode you need to choose for cooking such dishes as pearl barley for a side dish and pea puree. Thank you in advance.
galina2016
Hello! I will write my proportions for boiling pearl barley - 1: 5, I never soak the cereals, "Stew" mode, 30 min. that's enough. First, I pour the peas with water, arbitrarily, put on gas and bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes - this is done so that the peas are not musical.I drain the water, put the peas in the bowl of the pressure cooker, pour in boiling water, do not add salt, the water is about 2 cm higher than the peas. Program "Stewing" - 30 minutes, salt after cooking, drain if there is water left.

Something complete calmness in Temko, apparently few people use this pressure cooker. And I like O-O-VERY! Before that there was a pressure cooker Land Life, it served faithfully for three years. But as the ad says, "Feel the Difference!"
Why did you choose this one? Because Land Life has excellent bowls (non-stick and stainless steel) that are the same size as this multi bowl. Bribed by the presence of many necessary functions, well, user reviews from the Multicooker. ru (although there were only two, user). In general, I bought it. And I never regretted it!
I really liked that the silicone ring in the lid sits like a glove, does not fall out, does not shift. In LL, this was a small but problem. I liked the Master Chef Light function. The Vexation program is wonderful. And the Vacuum program, it turns out, can be used as a Multi-cook: set the temperature (30-170 gr.) And time (5 minutes - 10 hours) BEFORE the program BEGIN and then start the program. This means that you can make sour cream, cottage cheese and much more. There is an Express sensor program, which is rare for pressure cookers. Frying is very delicate, but you can raise the temperature if needed. Well, here's a convenient pressure cooker and that's it.
I have already cooked a lot of things in it, mostly soups, stew something, porridge on the water, crumbly rice. It turns out EVERYTHING! Baked Chocolate with boiling water (from half the ingredients) - it turned out better than in Brand 37501, and WITHOUT the eternal condensation spot in the middle.
The only thing that I didn't cook was milk porridge, somehow I didn't have to. I'll cook - unsubscribe. And so - a great pressure cooker! Multicooker-pressure cooker Redmond PMC-PM380 (reviews and discussion)
CHOCOLATE AT KIPYATKA.
Girls, where can I get the recipe for chocolate on boiling water?

Tatiana 72700, 2st. flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 eggs, 1.5 tsp. soda, 1.5 hours. l. loosens., 6 tbsp. l. with a slide of cocoa, 1 tbsp. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla. sugar, 1/3 tbsp. grows up. butter, 1 tbsp. boiling water. Beat eggs with sugar for at least 7, add milk and butter, mix gently with a spoon, add dry ingredients, also mix, at the end add a glass of boiling water, stir (the dough will be liquid) and immediately pour into a greased bowl. She baked in her pressure cooker for 60 minutes + 20 minutes. heated

I would like to know if I cooked potatoes and chicken thighs in the Baking program. By the end of cooking, the steam release valve hissed very strongly, and that metal pin (to the right of the valve) went up, as in the Pressure Cooker mode, although I was cooking in the Multicooker mode. This is normal?
galina2016
It may not be normal, but it also happens that the steam lifts the valve up. The metal pin is a valve, when pressure is raised, it rises to the top and locks the lid.

My valve also rises, for example, in the milk porridge mode, I do not pay attention to this, in my opinion it's okay
Olga ______
I don't know ... I'm starting to think that something is wrong with the multicooker ...
I decided to cook ordinary buckwheat.
Rice / cereal program 20 minutes. Multicooker mode.
Start ... I understand that the countdown will not start immediately. I'm waiting. 5 minutes, 10, 15 ..... Time does not start. But at the same time, there is already frantic pressure in the bowl, hissing all over the kitchen. I got scared and pressed cancel. The lid was not opened immediately, as it was blocked. And when I opened it, I saw that the water had already boiled away and the buckwheat was ready.
How shoud I understand this? After all, the program never started counting !!! Is it normal?
And another question - in the multicooker mode, does it always hiss and whistle loudly?
galina2016

Olga_
= Rice / cereal program 20 minutes. Multicooker mode This program works under pressure, pressure cooker.
Olga ______
That is, it does not work in the multicooker mode? Only in pressure cooker mode?
I thought if the valve is open, it means a multicooker, and if it is closed, it means a pressure cooker.
galina2016
Hello! Look in the instruction manual, there all the programs are described for which, what can be cooked. On page 21 - programs for pressure cooker mode. On page 23 - programs operating in the multicooker mode.
Super Tanya
Tell me .. the silicone ring on the lid .. is it different for all multicooker? I started to soar ... I decided to replace the seal. I call the service, and there they say to say the diameter. I measured it, said ... they say, come, eat something like this ... 450 rubles worth.
Andrey Petin
Good day!

This topic was touched upon a little here, but it is still not clear.
Let's say I want to make a soup with chicken broth and want to control the appearance of scale when only chicken is cooked.
The Soup program runs under pressure, you cannot open the lid.
What can you do in this situation in order to remove scale in a timely manner?
galina2016
Hello! As you boil the chicken, open the lid and strain the broth.
Andrey Petin
And what program and how long do you need to set in order to boil the chicken first?
galina2016
Soup program; "Stewing" - I cook chicken thighs for 20 minutes.
Andrey Petin
Also tell me, please, how to make pilaf more crumbly, less sticky.
I tried to cook pilaf with seafood according to the instructions, the rice is too sticky.
Maybe you need to reduce the pressure (if possible) or use some of the modes for an open valve?
Verena
Hello everyone, I'm a newbie here, but I've already made a little friend with the 380. Most of all we love soups and potatoes in simmering mode. Only an hour of time, but as if from the oven ... With homemade bread, it came to a curiosity: I got used to doing baking in the old cartoon in the old cartoon, turning it over so that there was a crust on both sides. And yesterday "suddenly" I saw the inscription "bread". I tried - you can be stunned, nothing had to be done additionally. True, she baked Borodinsky. Today I will try rye with dried fruits (already suitable for the "test") and pilaf according to a new recipe. Usually I never succeed in pilaf)))))
Milk porridge - I throw it all in the evening, close the valve, delay the start - and in the morning delicious ...
I make a vinaigrette for a couple (both beets, and carrots and potatoes - if I plan a small volume). Well, very tasty and fast. In fact, my husband hated him since childhood, but now I don't have time to cook - he sweeps it clean))))
Yes, more about the languishing mode - all the pieces (it doesn't matter whether meat or potatoes) retain their shape, but acquire a pleasant color and taste of the Russian oven ...
galina2016
Well done Verena... I tried all the programs, but I didn't get to bread. I have an electric oven, they love homemade buns, so I bake them more in the oven. But sticky rice turns out, can you share how you do pilaf, all the more so earlier, they were interested in it too.
Verena
If you get pilaf, I will definitely share it. Now I have a cheese soup there, and then there will be charlotte for evening tea. And then I will put pilaf (this is the order - after work, my husband first drives tea, and then eats)))).
Super Tanya
Quote: Andrey Petin
Also tell me, please, how to make pilaf more crumbly, less sticky.
Try to reduce the amount of water.
I inform you ... the Redmond multicooker pressure cookers have a silicone ring with an inner size of 22 cm, and an outer one 24. They are sold not by model, but by size.
Verena
Hurrah! My first more than decent pilaf in my life turned out)))) My husband is sitting in the kitchen, eating. I'm afraid there will be nothing left until morning ...
I report: the recipe for slamzing on some site, adapted to my lazy inclinations.
First, I poured about 4-5 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a bowl, immediately turned on the Frying mode and began to peel and cut large onions - 2 pieces of medium size. Without waiting for the signal, she threw it in and took up the meat. I had chicken thighs fillet - 300 or 400 gr. I cut it, threw it over the onion, mixed it.I took a carrot (3 medium), peeled it on a coarse grater, and then - ATTENTION - threw in only half. The second is still on the cutting board. Mixed everything again, added seasoning and salt, mixed again and left to fry. She boiled water in a teapot, added 1 faceted glass of boiling water to the bowl and switched to Stewing mode. I did not close the lid (but you can probably close it). In the meantime, I took up rice. I had polished parboiled. I measured out 2 faceted glasses and rinsed for a long time, until the water was completely transparent. And where to rush - the meat is stewing ... After 10 minutes, I turned off the cartoon, laid out the rest of the grated carrots neatly on top, washed rice on it (also very neatly), leveled it, stuck a washed but unpeeled head of garlic on top, poured it quietly along the edge (so that do not blab) 2 more cups of boiling water. I closed the lid, the valve, put it on Pilaf for 20 minutes. After graduation, she forcibly let off steam and her husband is now enjoying the kitchen area ...
The pilaf turned out to be beautiful and did not stick together (for once). Usually I get rice porridge with meat))))
galina2016
Thank you Super Tanya, I will try to reduce the water for the rice.
Thank you too Verena for a detailed description and good mood.
galina2016
Hello! Maybe someone will respond. I usually bake bread, rolls in an (electric) oven or in the GFB-1500 Multi-Oven. Today I decided to bake bread in the Redmond PMC-PM380 Multicooker-pressure cooker. Since there is no information about the "BREAD / YOGURT" program, at what temperature the baking is going on, I decided to make baked goods on the "VACUUM" program, where you can adjust the baking temperatures. On the recommendation from other sites, I made baked goods at t - 118 * С. I took out the steam valve (metal pin), inserted a needle thermometer into the hole and into the dough in order to know the temperature of baking and bread. Time for baking took 70 minutes., T - 96 * С. finished baked goods. I turned off the multicooker-pressure cooker, removed the lid and put the lid on the Aerogrill, set t - 150 * С. for about 15 minutes. The bread is ready, everything is baked, moderately rosy. I am more interested in the question about the "BREAD / YOGURT" program. I also make yoghurt on the VACUUM program, I set it to 37 *, in 4 hours the yoghurt is ready, I ferment it with sour cream.
Natusichka
I would like to know your opinion about this model, considering the period of its use. Should I take it? What are the pros and what are the cons?
galina2016
Hello! I will write my opinion. I bought at a discount, and was guided by a bowl of 6 liters, so that cans could be placed when cooking stew or what I cook in them. The Redmond PMC-PM380 multicooker-pressure cooker itself has recommended only from the good side. I use all the programs and really like that you can set the temperature, there are no minuses for me, the more sophisticated ones, I think, differ only in price.
Natusichka
galina2016, Galina, Thank you!

I was looking for a stainless steel bowl for this pressure cooker, they said that ARS is suitable, but I did not find it here, in Ukraine ...
Girls from Ukraine, if you have a stainless steel bowl that fits, tell us which one to look for and where.
poglazowa2011
A stainless steel bowl from the Land Life pressure cooker is ideal for this model. They also have VERY good metal quality.

Good day. I noticed that there are O-rings on 5 or 6 liters pressure cookers. What did you take.
Girls, I found O-rings on aliexpress. Has anyone tried using them?
I bought a cartoon 380 from my hands through Avito. I sit, study.
