Ingredients

Ricotta 250 g
Egg 3 pcs
Sugar 2 tbsp. spoons
Corn starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
Salt pinch
Vanillin 1 tsp
Lemon zest optional

Cooking method

  • The famous Italian dessert tastes like omelet and cottage cheese casserole. Ricotta can be replaced with pasty cottage cheese or regular cottage cheese, rubbed through a sieve.
  • And so, let's start, beat the eggs and sugar white. We have a sweet tooth, so I added 3 tablespoons of sugar, but in vain, it turned out too sweet. Add starch, salt, vanilla and zest (optional). I added dried lemon zest. Beat everything well. Then add the ricotta and beat on a low speed for 1 minute. The dough turns out to be liquid, a little thicker than pancake. We line the form with baking paper (I used a Teflon mat), pour out the resulting mass and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes, at 180 degrees.

Now, an amazing time, ricotta "Every day" in Auchan is Cheaper than cottage cheese, so instead of casseroles I bake this dessert. I did not try the oven in a multicooker; in the oven, a delicious thin crust on top is obtained.
