Quick Pie Lemon

Ingredients

Dough
Margarine / Butter / Lard 250 g
Sugar 75 g
Eggs 1-2 pcs.
Salt pinch
Baking powder / Soda 2 tsp / 1 tsp
Flour 350-400 g
Sour cream / Cream / Milk / Whey / Water - if necessary about 50 ml, to a semi-liquid state of the dough
Filling
Lemons 1-2 pcs. (200 g)
Sugar 200 g
Starch 25 g (1 tbsp. L)
Cognac - optional 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Freeze the lemons, grate on a coarse grater, remove the seeds, add sugar, starch and cognac, mix until smooth.
  • Mix soft margarine with sugar, add eggs, salt, flour, baking powder or soda, quenched with vinegar or lemon juice, everything fast mix. If the dough is too steep, stir in what is liquid (but not cognac ...).
  • In principle, you can leave the cool one, but then you have to fiddle around, rolling it, and so on ... And so - we smear half in shape, arranging the sides of 2-3 cm, lay out the filling, spread the remaining dough on top - and for 30 or more minutes in the oven over medium heat.
  • Delicious, how delicious everything is with lemon.

Note

I baked in the oven, but the multicooker on the "Pastry" will do just fine, only she needs to arrange a device with "ears" to take out the pie, because it is very soft, moist and "alive".
I haven't tried it in Princess.

I thought that lemon could be replaced with orange and tangerine.
