  • It seems, well, what's so hard about making an omelet in a slow cooker or a pressure cooker? I beat the eggs, turned on the "Pastry" and after 20 minutes you can serve the goth ready dish.
  • But most often we eat omelets in the morning. And before work / school there is little time, I want to make breakfast as quickly as possible.
  • I suggest you try to make an omelet in a pressure cooker not on the "Pastry" program. It turns out faster.
  • Cooking.
  • Cut the sausage (sausage) into slices.
  • Turn on Fry program, pressure - 2.
  • Pour oil into a saucepan, distribute it evenly. Put the sausages out 1-2 minutes after heating.

  • Use a hand whisk to whisk the eggs with milk and flour and season with salt.

  • As soon as the sausages are slightly fried on one side (this will happen after 2 minutes), turn off the program. Turn the circles over.
  • Fill them with scrambled eggs. Close the lid of the pressure cooker, set the valve to the "Pressure" position.

  • After the signal wait 4 minutes on "Warm Up". Open the lid.

I do not recommend changing the pressure upwards. This will cause the omelet to burn and stick. (It has been checked more than once!) The optimum pressure is 2.

Boil a little water with lemon or pour in detergent, add lemon and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Rub it with a sponge. It shouldn't stick anymore ...

Since the pressure does not build up, it will take longer for the cabbage to soften! To avoid burning, cook at 1 pressure.
