Ingredients

Potatoes (net) 1400 g
Chicken breast 300 g
Champignon 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Seasoning for chicken 0.5 tsp
Fine salt 0.5 + 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2-3 st. l.
To fill:
Sour cream 200 ml
Water 100 ml
Fine salt 1 tsp
Savory 0.5-1 tsp
Wheat flour 1 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • To prepare this dish, I used sour cream filling. The result is delicious! I will cook more than once.
  • I recommend giving it a try.
  • Cooking.
  • 1. Cut the chicken fillet into 2x2 cm cubes. Sprinkle with salt (0.5 teaspoon) and chicken seasoning. Leave it on for a while (30 minutes to several hours).
  • 2. Cut the onion into quarters.

  • 3. Peel the champignons, without separating the stem from the cap, cut: small - into 4 parts, large - into 6 parts.

  • 4. Cut the peeled potatoes into slices. Leave it in the water in a suitable sized saucepan.(There is a teaspoon in the photo to understand the size. If you are used to cutting smaller, do as you like.)

  • 5. In the pressure cooker, select Fry program, pressure - 3. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.
  • 6. Fry the onion until golden brown. Then mushrooms - until lightly browned. Remove the onions and mushrooms. Put fillet pieces in their place. Fry it quickly on all sides. Disable the program.
  • 7. Drain the water from the potatoes. Sprinkle the slices with salt (0.5 tsp) and stir well.
  • 8. Put mushrooms, onions and potatoes in a saucepan of a pressure cooker for chicken. Stir.
  • Prepare the fill.
  • Pour the sour cream into a deep container, add water. Season with salt, sprinkle with savory. Add flour. Stir (or beat) with a metal whisk. Finally add vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) and stir again.
  • 9. Pour the filling over the contents of the pot so that it is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the potatoes.
  • 10. Close the cover.
  • Cook on the "Manual" program for 10 minutes at a pressure of 2.
  • 11. After the ready signal keep the dish on "Heating" for 5 minutes and then in unplugged pressure cooker for another 10 minutes.
  • (The more the dish is infused, the tastier it becomes.)
  • 12. Open the instrument cover. Stir the contents of the saucepan well and place on plates.

This is very tasty: potatoes with mushrooms in sour cream - a classic combination - plus fried chicken, and also in sour cream! I put the potatoes 6 times less, "for beauty" I rubbed half a carrot on a coarse grater; however, in the finished dish, it is not at all visible, it could have been dispensed with. My chicken, probably, led a sedentary lifestyle, because it turned out to be obscenely fat, despite the breast, so I added a minimum of oil. Instead of savory, I chopped a tooth of garlic (I put it everywhere, except coffee ...), I poured frozen dill.
