As far as I can see from the set, the whisk does not work for the 5529 cube. You can always buy in addition through the SC, I had 5530 in my, but I don’t whip them .. it’s weak, it will only pull cream or proteins, but it doesn’t pull butter in any way

This Boshik has a whipping device (like a simple mixer ... for creams or meringues, for example)
I want to cancel my Zelmer mixer, and buy not just a mixer, but a combine.
I look forward to hearing, like a nightingale of summer!

Moskvichk @, the disc perfectly whips the whites for the meringue. I made butter cream with the main knife, it turned out well. And then - who makes you throw out your Zelmer? In addition to the cube, I also have a mixer, and I will never throw it away until it breaks.

I am more and more satisfied with my purchase. I use it every day, I even stopped putting it in the closet, and it stands on the work surface.
And I still have doubts about whether or not to defrost the viburnum before rubbing in the combine?
By the way, thank you very much for the advice to chop the onion with a large grater - I tried it, I liked it
The thought just dawned on me that I had never used a grater for grating cheese, school and other things ..

I would not dare to wipe it unfrozen, after all, the wipe is plastic.
Silver
dopleta that's what confuses me. I remember grinding frozen currants in a blender, but there are still no plastic knives. And if you defrost it, I'm afraid the viburnum will turn into porridge. Although on the other hand, grind in mashed potatoes anyway

I will throw out Zelmer because I bought a defective one. but rather fake. terrible mixer! thunders like an airplane, whips disgustingly, gets ready to deal with obscene words, and even at the moment when he reaches the end to the left, his whisk rattles against the bowl. My husband just beats wysterics when I turn him on !!!
Therefore, I thought that I would make myself a present for NG - I would buy myself a combine at once. I chose the Bosch cube. But I already want the knocking function to be there. The bread maker makes me dough. but for cream, or mezenches, you need a mixer
Moskvichk @
I watched the video super, I liked it. well now I will actively want ...

And today I tried a fine grater. I liked it soooo! Such even long stripes at the exit, class!
Even at some point I was upset that I ordered a julienne grater. But then I decided that I would still rub the onion on julienne, otherwise I did not decide how I could chop it smaller in Boch. And then they kind of praised this grater as a cutter for onions.
Kara
proteins must be at least 3, otherwise the bottom will cling

Suddenly it spoils the cup.

You can even beat the protein from one egg, it won't spoil anything, with one condition. In this Temka, it was already written above that the groove on the bowl appears because of the protruding plastic rim around the middle hole. It is treated very quickly and easily: with an ordinary knife, or even better with a wallpaper knife, this ledge is cut off so that it becomes flush with the plate, that is, so that only the triangles-beaters protrude, like this
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
Kara
Beat cream, whites with this disc. And I even whip the cream (with butter) in a blender from Boshik, if not a very large volume, or with an ordinary knife in a large bowl for large-scale cooking

So today I wondered: do I need her. Only, unfortunately, I already have it. There was no need to try it, but today I finally got there. Disappointed: the sticks are completely different from what you should get for a Korean carrot. They are flat and rather wide. So if you have not yet had time to buy this "julienne" - do not waste your money.

Someone else wrote that Bulgarian pepper turns out beautifully on a julienne grater. On the small one, nothing came of the kit, it worked like a juicer. In general, I try to persuade myself that I ordered it for a reason

And how often are you going to cut the bell peppers so thin? I would refuse if I knew that the results of this grater would be very dubious. But it's the master's business. Good luck!

I also ordered this grater. But just right for julienne, casseroles. For flat cuts.
Maybe this disc is not intended for Korean carrots at all, but for some other Asian dishes?
azaza
Yes, probably. Because it looks like a Korean carrot the least. But I ordered it specifically for the Korean

Thanks to everyone who responded. now I will study what nozzles I need to order immediately with Boshik.
And by the way, the other day, out of the corner of my eye, I caught an advertisement about the Mulinex combine. There were also words about cutting into cubes .. or did it seem to me? .. no one else heard?

I didn't manage to cut the cabbage for the salad on a shredder (1mm, 3mm). Many large flat pieces fly into the bowl, looking like a thick piece of leaves.I had to get Berner's grater.
Can someone share some advice.

There is also a Mulinex meat grinder with such a nozzle.
azaza
Polga, this comes from the fact that the cabbage is not straight. On a straight line, it is cut perfectly, and as the roundness begins, the cabbage leaf approaches the knife not standing, but lying down. And in this position, he has a direct path into the slot of the shredder, bypassing the knife. I adapted like this: I insert the cabbage sideways to the knife, that is, so that the leaf is perpendicular. So much less marriage. But it still happens that uncut leaves slip through. But all this, I repeat, is due to the rounded shape of the cabbage.
azaza
Quote: Polga

azaza, thanks for the advice.
It's my pleasure. I knew about troubles with cabbage even before I decided to buy Boshik. I knew from the same thread, somewhere earlier this was unobtrusively mentioned. I drew attention to this, because, among other things, I needed Bosch for the cabbage - well, I don't have a Berner, I don't! And it's good that there isn't. If there were Berner, I would probably think that I don't need Bosch. And only later, after the purchase, I realized that he is far from only able to cut cabbage))) He perfectly whips mayonnaise and creams, wonderfully rubs all other vegetables, chops meat and nuts, I now have cocktails every day. And, of course, I am not afraid of any holidays now, because with Boshik, cooking becomes not a problem, but a continuous game. I really hope that you will not regret buying for so little as a few cabbage leaves.
Speaking of cabbage. Uncutting can also be avoided in the following way: when cutting cabbage, separate the rounded part and push it into the harvester bleached. Or remove a few top sheets, fold them in half - then they turn out practically without roundness and cut well. But in general, you can very much live with this, and much more comfortable than with Berner, but without Boshik. And cabbage ... In addition to shredding, you can also cut it into cubes or graters. Imagine - it is superbly rubbed with a beet grater, or a large one. I rub it on a grater for lazy cabbage rolls.

Well, in cabbage soup, in salads. But you never know, even in the freeze. I don't like coarsely chopped peppers.

And my cabbage was cut perfectly on a 1 mm shredder. There are no whole leaves at all. I just put pieces of cabbage with leaves perpendicular to the shredder, on top of the pusher, and only then turn it on. If you cut yourself, turn it off, put the cabbage back on, the pusher, turn it on, etc. I don't like shredding cabbage on Berner, the leaves fall off, the parts that are not cut remain, it is not very comfortable to hold in the hand, and it does not work out too quickly. And I really liked the bosha.

Of course, each housewife has her own favorite way of cutting. I can't say that the julienne grater makes the perfect Korean carrot, but it suits me perfectly. And for beginners and doubters, I want to show slicing carrots on two graters, so that there would be something to compare
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
As for my taste, on a fine grater, it is still very small carrots, it is probably good to add it somewhere to fruit salads
dopleta
I also love the julienne grater. And I will also show for comparison the slicing on the Julienne Cube - radish, Korean Bernere - carrots and Bernere-1.6mm - carrots + beets

You can do it, but not everyone likes the end result. A little gummy mass comes out. I tried, I won't.

Did fit. They wrote about this in the topic. The cube cutter is ordered through the service in parts, it comes out not cheap.
In the search bar, specify "cube cutters" - you will find the corresponding parts.

First, I pass the boiled potatoes through a rub, then put a knife in a container with mashed potatoes and beat for a minute.
It turns out very tasty without any sticky mass

That's what I planned to do. But for the money it turns out that 1 t. P. it will be more expensive to buy both combines. Moreover, some part of the cutter was not available for a month.

Is this the main knife? Which sharp? It seems to me that from such manipulations it should turn out even more sticky.
My husband said on mashed potatoes after rubbing that it looks like a dining room.

And when you received it, did you not open it? When I receive a parcel from any online store, I immediately check it for defects or documents.Directly at the office of the carrier! If the marriage, then you have every right not to receive and return them! I haven’t had this yet, but the current in November took my son's phone, and the company (another) forgot to put a guarantee. I called them right there, they offered to leave the goods in Novaya Poshta, and upon the arrival of the guarantee, take everything away or trust them in private. [color = pink] I want to share my impressions: I have been working with the combine for 2 weeks. very happy. he cuts salads just fine, today for the first time she chopped cabbage, everything is thin. The only unpleasant moment was when I was whipping up the biscuit dough, the disc flew away from its place and roared, slightly scratched the holder. but I was not upset, I just decided not to use it anymore. I will make the dough in the mixer as before. I ordered a julienne disc and a medium grater because I definitely don't have enough of them for complete happiness! thanks for your advice, very practical and useful [/ color]

Do not give up the whisk disc! Modify it a little, and use it for health - it mixes light dough very well. How to improve - find advice a couple of pages above. You need to cut off the ring protruding from the bottom with a knife, and your problems will end there.
And the machine is really wonderful, you understand this especially on the days before the holidays.

Aphelia, there is no universal juicer in the Cubix, it only has a citrus juicer. In order to get an answer to your question, you need to ask it in the right place. Here, in this Temka, there are not so many users of the 5540th model, the owners of the 5529s are mainly gathered here.
