Pork brisket baked in the airfryer

Ingredients

Pork brisket to fit into the bowl of the airfryer.
Or a few small pieces.
Spices, salt, lemon, garlic.

Cooking method

  • I rub the meat with salt and spices, cover with crushed garlic, lemon wedges.
  • I put the meat in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for a day. In between, I knead the meat in a bag a couple more times and turn it over.

  • Before baking, remove the lemon and garlic from the meat. The piece of meat was of different thickness.
  • We put the meat on the upper grill of the airfryer. For a golden brown crust, sprinkle the meat with a little olive oil spray.
  • I turn on for 40 minutes at a temperature of 180 * C. , and bring it to readiness.
  • I check the readiness with a knitting needle.

  • It turned out two such not very large pieces of baked pork belly.
  • They ate it hot, some were left to cool for sandwiches.

Time for preparing:

40 minutes

Cooking program:

180 * C

Note

I make such brisket very often, because it bakes quickly and turns out deliciously without much hassle.
I recommend cooking for you too! Such meat is always delicious!

Cook and eat to your health!
I agree - it's not at all troublesome, I do it quite often - a lifesaver for every day, instead of sausage And to eat at home, and to take on the road for butters - the recipe always works!
fronya40
But I did so yesterday - I put it in my sleeve - I poured grated garlic, spices, salt, jerked him, and in AG, yes, you can't compare with sausage!

Girls, I a little did not understand - bake the brisket right in the bag?

This option is more suitable for the oven, and the bag does not form a golden brown crust on top! Then you need to cut the bag and make a crust under the grill.

I cook such a brisket in an airfryer, it will be faster in time, based on 1-1.5 kg. meat. And then it is advisable to transfer the meat to a regular bag and cool in it so that the juice does not drip, and the meat is ripe for neat slicing!

I bake right in my sleeve. Everything turns out great. True, the piece was small - 700 grams

How much more? Better less, but more often - there will be fresh cuts, and it will not take long to make meat!

Bon Appetit!

I baked it in AG .... (I have it still new), only ... in my sleeve.

Very tasty and juicy !!!
Admin

But I didn’t think of that - in AG, and even up my sleeve! Thanks - I will definitely try!

Thanks for the recipe.
I took a small piece of brisket, 400 grams, smeared it with salt and pepper and left it in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning I took it out, smeared it with a mixture of different herbs and spices (basil, garlic, white pepper, chili pepper, thyme rubbed in a mortar) and in the AG for 40 minutes. After 20 minutes I turned it over.
It turned out very appetizing, aromatic and roasted. I did not sprinkle it with oil, there is already so much fat, it boils directly on the surface of the piece)))

Tan, I bought a grill lid and I want to cook brisket according to your recipe. There is a question - what is the distance between the fan grill and a piece of meat? I ask in order to pick up a baking dish.
Admin

Natasha, from meat to spiral about 3-5 cm. so that

Uh-huh ... Tomorrow I will run for brisket)) BoyusA I still have an airfryer entava ...
Admin

The first time is scary
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Yes, I have already tried to do something about it. Well, such still ridiculous attempts ... I made grilled peppers, grilled apple. I wanted to brown the sausages - it didn't work out - they didn't fried, they just warmed up well (set it for 10 minutes 175 * C + 5 minutes 200 *) Well, I don't know ... I don't understand how long and what temperature should be set. )))
Admin

Natasha, in any case, the product must first warm up well inside in order to start browning. The cold product will not brown the crust, this is not a hot frying pan, where you throw meat into hot oil and the contact between meat and frying pan is instant.
The airfryer bakes with hot air.

Here's how I change the temperature during the baking process

(Admin)

We first turn on the AG at 220-230 * C, so that the process goes on and the meat warms up quickly and begins to bake. I set the time to 60 minutes, which is quite enough.
After 20 minutes, I lower the temperature to 175 * C and bake for another 10-15 minutes. The meat will now be baked inside.
After 10 minutes, I lower the temperature to 150 * C and bake at this temperature until the end, about another 10-15 minutes

I would also recommend putting food in a preheated one, it tastes better. At a maximum of 10 minutes.
ANGELINA BLACKmore
Girls, does it mean that the product must be at least room temperature? The sausages I had from the fridge (probably that is why they did not turn red, but only warmed up)

Anastasia, and I will take this into account too.

ANGELINA BLACKmore, no, product of any temperature. It's just that you first need to heat the airfryer and get a crust on the meat. Otherwise it will dry like a hot hair dryer. Plus, the power at the lid is too small compared to an adult airfryer. In principle, he cooks poorly. I would put it on a multicooker, and even pick up the cartoon for baking at this time. Actually, I do it.

Although Admin will probably have some yummy food on the iron ...

So I will also learn to make goodies even on the iron ... It would be where to strive))

If you have an oven, you should not fool around with the lid. The result will be worse
ANGELINA BLACKmore
I don't want to do the brisket in the oven. I do it in a multicooker. And I would do it in the grill.
kisa205
I also do it in a multicooker on baked goods, plus an airfryer lid on top. It makes a good crust.

I am doing wrong. Mine is not baked.

Admin, Tanya! Thanks for the recipe. How I didn’t see it before! In general, we have a storehouse of old forgotten recipes here!

Now, definitely not! Two times in a row it came in handy: I made fermented tea from rose petals and, literally a week later, this wonderful brisket turned up!

Yeah! Sugar used to be sweeter! The water is wetter! Recipes are easier and tastier!

I went to look for something else from 2012-2015! The simplest and most delicious. And then we have a fever. Reluctant to cook!
