Disks, of course, will fit) I'm wondering if the nozzles fit into it .. I'll post the photos to make it clearer:

Wow, the bag will probably be very comfortable. As I understand it, the bottom compartment is for discs, and the upper compartment is for large parts.

And for me, my husband picked up a box with a square side for such details, into which a circle of such a diameter can be inscribed. And he made the partitions as follows: _P_P_ by the thickness of the parts. Only the eyelet from the citrus press that you have in the last photo does not fit into this box. It is stored in one of the middle partitions and a slot opposite the tab in the lid. And I store all the small parts inside the bowl, the harvester stands on the working surface, it is used several times a day. I especially do not dry the bowl and everything that is stored directly on the combine. And what I put in boxes has to be dried. But it's still convenient.

Girls, and 5529 have the main diseases at the moment disappeared (which were discussed in the topic)?
I am also interested in this question, but something tells me that I really shouldn't hope.
Girls-boys, tell me, do the remnants of vegetables, when rubbed, end up in the bowl with the processed product or remain on the disc?
Lisss's
Pogremushka, in this combine, the vegetable cutter is extremely well arranged, as such, there are almost no remnants ..

so I made a video about the leftover vegetables:

Pogremushka
Lyudochka, Thank you. I saw your video. I just didn't understand, there is a gap between the grater and the bowl. It is now clear. Is it true that you shouldn't bother with a combine for one carrot for soup?

So I sit and decide: buy - not buy. The blender lid and tricky blocking are not intimidating. If the silicone ring breaks on the cube cutter, I think I'll survive, people seem to use it without it. But now there are massive complaints that the drive shaft is crumbling. What to do with this?
Lisss's
for one carrot it is definitely not worth it .. I rub it with my hands, if one piece ... WHILE with my hands .. - I ordered a small mulinex grater with an electric drive

is the drive shaft the top of the center pin on which the bowl is placed? I decomposed into two parts. they replaced it in the SC, returned it a week later. works like new again

if for borscht, or Olivier-vinaigrette - definitely need to take! for 1 piece - by hand ..

[Is it true that you shouldn't bother with a food processor for one carrot per soup?
It may not be worth it for the sake of one carrot, but if for the sake of one carrot and one onion per soup, then I already turn on the combine. But if only these problems were solved, then again it may not be worth it ... I would buy only for the sake of a wiping sieve (so much has been said about the cube cutter). During the harvesting season, I make mashed tomatoes or apples and remember how a bad dream, how I could do it by hand before. And chop cabbage into sourdough, and Korean carrots? anyway, faster than with the help of Uncle Berner himself ... Shortbread dough in exactly 1 minute is ready I can list a lot more, but I just can't imagine what I would do without it

That seems to be a foreign Bosch, I'm just like ours, a good idea was ruined by a ...

Fluff, but you can be arrogant and ask for a photo of your magic box (I can't visually imagine), the bag from the photo is probably really convenient, but it's a big problem for me to get it (the "problem" is a small child). But at home it would be great to do something to store the attachments !!!

Girls, where can you buy a separate whisk for 5529?
I only found one

Good day!

Please tell me what is the difference between a mixer and a beater attachment? Can dough be made, for example, for pancakes in a mixer? or do you need to use a whisk attachment?
Pogremushka
Pancake dough is best done in a blender
Notikk
And what about the charlotte dough? What is the difference between the functions of a mixer and a whisk disc?
kosmar
Tell me please.
why my blender does not work separately, does not turn on. only if I put a large cup, then it is spinning at the same time? unclear(((((
and also noticed that she was whipping the blender cool, as if "up and down", interesting.
in my phillips, the body itself and the blender and the bowl are not placed at the same time, so I did not notice this.

Notikk, I make any dough in a large bowl with a knife attachment. And with a whisk disc, you can, for example, whisk the whites into a foam.

kosmar, indeed, the design of the combine is such that without a large bowl installed, the blender does not work, this is also written in the instructions

thanks, i didn't notice it means
I don’t know how the bowl is installed - until it clicks, it seems that it will break
but the very first time I held it with my hand, and that was the only way he worked (I thought it was such a marriage), I reread the instructions several times (it's just scary to push it to the end).
and now I have reached the blender (I just used it from Phillips, but today I made ice cream and decided to test the blender)
Lisss's
nothing will break, click all the way I have had it for almost two years, every day I click, everything is ok t t t, so as not to jinx it

I found that the blender bowl had burst at the point where the knife was attached. You can't twist it too much - the shelf expands and drips.
But they used it only once about three months ago. When it burst - it is unknown, it just stood there, did not bother anyone.
Who had this?
Is there a warranty case?
Lisss's
was not .. but you are unlikely to break into the guarantee - they consider it as consumables ..

my shaft, which had disintegrated from above, was taken as a guarantee of the current after I politely asked to write a refusal in writing and indicate the reason .. otherwise he poked me all at the point in the gar.a coupon, where it is written that some plastic parts that break easily .. I don't remember exactly the wording ..

A month ago I became the owner of Bosch 5540. I chose this model so that my daughter could make fresh juice. (do not buy a juicer because of one glass). And I ordered the cube cutter separately (I haven’t arrived yet).
I already regretted not just buying a Cube. Because the juicer is just creepy. You will squeeze two pears or carrots and the harvester is already vibrating so that if it were not for the sucker legs, it would probably take off. I'm afraid that the axle will not survive.
Tell me so with a juicer, or is it just me?
Pogremushka
My Cube has arrived. So far I have tried only a citrus juicer to test the "working" of the combine. There are pros and cons over my citrus squeezer in old Kenwood. It's good that the rotating nozzle is equipped with paddles, with which the juice is immediately wiped through the grate. On the other hand, it seemed to me that on the kenwood I controlled faster and the juice did not splash to the sides, but in the boche it splashes a little. The plastic in the old Kenwood will be thicker and more durable, here Bosch saved money.
I will write my impressions as I use it, but for now, tell me, how the protective cover opens in the place where the blender is placed. Well, I can't figure it out, I'm afraid to break it. The instructions say "lift up from behind and fold back in front", I can't, there's nothing to catch in front of.
dopleta
Quote: Pogremushka

I can't, there is nothing to catch in the front.

Pogremushka, you need to cling not in front, but behind! Pull your fingers up, then everything will be clear. There is also a sticker with a picture on the lid - everything is clearly drawn!
Pogremushka
aha, we figured it out yesterday. I didn't pull hard enough, I was afraid to break.
Of course, they were smart with graters in the package. For the first time I see soooo huge holes in the grater, and where will I have to buy disks too.
The range of prices surprised us again. In no way in my head does not fit why we have a price tag for a bosh-cube in our stores 9000 r. , when in delivery from Moscow, he cost me 6500 rubles. The traders are good at barzet.

Girls, what in Boshik do you chop onions into frying?
Lisss's
I use my hands .. or multi-cut Moulinex
Kara
And I cut the onion with such a thing (a nozzle on which the knives are small in two rows)
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

The resulting slices are what you need and not large, and not small. Me and shredded cabbage for borscht and salads only with this grater.
Despite the Boshik, this slicer is still an irreplaceable thing for me.

I join the happy owners of the Cubix) This is my second harvester, and the second Bosch (the first was bought 10 years ago, served faithfully, but everything has an expiration date), so I was ready for the fact that the harvester makes life in the kitchen much easier ... But the cube is just mega-help) I have lovers of vinaigrette, fruit salads and other yummy at home, which takes a long time to cut. Therefore, I am extremely happy. After reading about the difficulties with snapping on the internet, I was a little scared. But everything snaps into place, effortlessly. Rather, I had to think a little about the cube attachment, it didn't work out in any way, but when you figure it out, you understand that everything was done well and thoughtfully. Basically, the harvester was bought for vegetables and fruits. Therefore, I did not use the attachments for the dough (I have a bread maker for bread, and a Boshevsky mixer for other baked goods) And everything related to vegetables and fruits has already been used, everyone is happy. Today I have another batch of salted cabbage, vegetables for borscht and vinaigrette, all in anticipation))
There were two questions for experienced users: 1) here somewhere it was said about viburnum puree. I have a lot of viburnum in the freezer. What is this puree suitable for (is it with sugar, that is, sweet?) And is it necessary to defrost the berry before rubbing?
2) If the mashed potatoes turned out to be a little putty for my taste (for some reason my husband liked it) is it a problem in the potatoes (I have not the best one) or is it all the same mashed potatoes from the combine?
Pogremushka I have not chopped onions for frying in this harvester yet, but in the past I cut Boche with a common knife (well, the one in the red protective trick) and I liked it, I don't think it will be any different.

I chop the onions into frying on a coarse grater, the one with large holes. Here they advised. Liked.
Pogremushka
Thank you girls for the answers. I, too, to this day on Berner, only cut onions into cubes, it comes out small. But I cry a lot from the bow and then my eyes hurt for a long time. I tried it with a universal knife, but it's not very neat and inconvenient if one small one needs to be chopped. I think about the julienne disc. The price bites, 800 p. But you probably have to buy. And on the big one you have to try. Thanks for the advice.

Nataly_rz, with the attachment I spoke about (the second from the top in the picture), the onion turns out to be a little smaller than on the "julienne", there are two rows of knives on it. When I cook a lot, and I need to chop several types of vegetables, of course I use a cube, and if, for example, I only need one onion for frying, it’s easier and faster for me to cut it on a slicer (well, washing it is also easier)

I, too, to this day on Berner, only cut onions into cubes, it comes out small.

That red thing in the photo is not quite a berner, at first glance there seems to be no difference, but in fact there are more types of attachments in the slicer, which means more possibilities And it is also solid metal, not plastic, it will not crack and can be washed in a dishwasher
I bought it (grater) about 5 years ago in a TV store at a ridiculous price, something about 1 thousand rubles, it still serves me faithfully
Pogremushka
The Berner also has a knife attachment in 2 rows. But I don't have it and somehow I didn't need it, so I didn't buy it. By the way, I sometimes wash it too. But mostly under running water, it's faster. Serves 3 years, until nothing happened to him.
But since I cry a lot from onions, I want to adapt the combine for these purposes. Besides, I almost never cut onions alone.
I tried to cut the onion on the insert with the largest holes. Did not like. Large. I ordered a julienne grater, a medium double-sided shredder and a hook. Only priceaa! For all 2000r + delivery I don't know how much will come out yet. Maybe someone knows where there are cheaper accessories for the cube with delivery to the regions?

First, no more, more with Berner. Secondly - have you used both Berner and the slicer? I used. The Slicer cannot be compared with any of Berner's sets, and my very first Classic is about 30 years old. And thirdly, the slicer is made in China ...

First, the basic burner set contains only three attachments
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
and the basic set of the slicer consists of 6 attachments (for the same money)
Secondly, I used both of them. I have a slicer, I gave my mother-in-law a burner, and the very nozzle mentioned above
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
I bought it separately.Frankly speaking, they cut the same way. I didn’t enjoy using 30-year-old devices, because I’m younger
And thirdly, my slicer, you won't believe it, is still made in Germany. I agree that now they are produced by China under license, but there is no difference. And what's the difference who the manufacturer is, if only the thing is reliable and easy to use.
dopleta
Kara, you and I completely unjustifiably occupied the wrong topic, because initially the question was asked about slicing onions in a Boche cube. And yet. For the Classic (this is one of my different Berner sets) I have 10 attachments. Yes, most are purchased. Can you buy additional ones for your slicer? "6 attachments for the same money", as you understand, is not an argument, because it just means that you have to pay for good quality. Well, but for the quality of cutting, sorry, neither I nor my two friends, who also used both, will agree (one of them broke the slicer after a year).
Kara
Can you buy additional ones for your slicer?
And they do not need those 6 pieces that come in the kit, they satisfy even the most sophisticated requirements. And if there is also a Boshik in the house, then in general some of them are not used.
one of them broke the slicer after a year
I really don't know how you can break cast steel. Mine, as I said, is six years old, and with a small child, the vegetable cutter was used several times a day! Eh, where was my Boshik then
Although you can skillfully condemn a cast-iron bowler hat Well, okay, let's no longer argue, as they say, to each his own
azaza
I cut onions on Boshik in every way: with a cube (if you need to chop a lot of things into a cube, otherwise it is not very interesting to wash the nozzle-cube for the sake of one onion), a beet grater, a 3-mm shredder - you get beautiful half rings. If the half of the onion is not pre-cut to the end into several strips from the bottom to the tail (without cutting a few mm to the tail part), the same shredder will produce blocks of the corresponding width. I don't use a large onion knife, it turns out more interesting on graters.
But the coarse grater, which everyone scolds, I adapted for slicing fresh cucumbers into salads and daikon. The pieces are amazing! So I'm very happy with it. Actually, these are my most popular nozzles: large, beet and shredder. I am silent about the cube - my favorite toy. In general, Boshik is my main assistant in the kitchen. The rest of the bells and whistles lined up behind him, but he is the favorite among them.
Moskvichk @
Girls! Help me please! no strength to shovel this topic again ....))))
This Boshik has a whipping device (like a simple mixer ... for creams or meringues, for example)
I want to cancel my Zelmer mixer, and buy not just a mixer, but a combine.
I look forward to hearing, like a nightingale of summer!

Moskvichk @ Here's what's in the box
dicing attachment
Stainless steel utility knife become
Disc beater
Disc holder and blades made of high quality stainless steel become:
double-sided disc grater (large / small);
double-sided disc shredder (3 mm and 1 mm);
disc grater for cheese, chocolate, nuts, etc .;
Blender with knives made of high quality stainless steel steel 1.5 l max.
Universal press for berries and boiled vegetables
Citrus press
2-piece pusher (adapted for thin, elongated fruits)
There seems to be no whisk, just a disc beater.
We will wait for the answer of the guru
Moskvichk @
Exactly. I don't see the corolla. but maybe he whips in a different way? Ouch ???? PEOPLE??? Respond ...
I want to cut and beat into cubes here. Now I have correctly expressed my idea.
Nataly_rz
Luda will come Lisss'swill answer more precisely. She also has a whisk, which she bought separately. How much he whips the creams I can't say. But the processor really has a disc for beating, you can beat the whites with it. Butter cream or yolks seem to me to be whipped better with a nozzle with knives. I have a hand mixer, I usually whip cream with it, I haven't tried it in a food processor, but it seems to me that it should work on a disc.
