I haven’t used this disc yet (to be honest, I'm afraid). it is in the very center you need to cut down, right? with what?
... for some reason the combine does not turn on if I do not insert the blender, or I do not hold the lid (which closes the blender hole) with my hand.
If you have the same curved shape for making a whisk disc that I have, then cutting off the central ring will hardly help. I'm thinking about it ... There is some solution with a ring cut out of a plastic cover, but the photo is gone. And I read about the problem with not including it somewhere on the forum, I can't find the page right now (I didn't have time to read the whole topic).

I saw a couple of sites, but the prices are there. They say that you can order at the service center.

Or this option:
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
In the first case, banal pharmacy rubber bands are tightly pulled onto the plastic protrusions of the blender lid, in the second, the same protrusions are captured with a clamp. I remember there was another option of putting on them a ring made of a plastic cover of a suitable diameter from a devil, or something, but I don't have a photo

I found many answers by following the links from the first page of this topic. Thank you for taking them there! Here is a photo with a ring: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=22259.0

I mean, I won't pull it out? It is impossible that the main shaft and the blender shaft rotate at the same time. It is not worth the risk, there will be an increased load on the motor, and accordingly its life will be greatly reduced. It's easier to attach a few rubber bands to the lid.

I understood.
and why then the blender (if it is necessary) then does not turn on without the bowl of the combine? is there a load (albeit for the same rotation)?
azaza
So there are two big differences - to turn an empty shaft, or with a load.

Hello everyone!
Last night my husband bought me a Bosch Cube! There were trial tests today. I crumbled potatoes, onions and carrots (I just didn't change the attachment for the first time) with soup cubes. Cuts dashingly! I like it. I just think it would be nice to make a larger grid for the cubes.
Then I crumbled eggplants, onions, tomatoes and peppers for salad.
And in the late afternoon I chopped cabbage for stewing.

And I want to say a BIG THANKS to everyone who shared their experience on this topic. I read it from beginning to end.

They are spinning at the same time! therefore kosmar right, you can use the main bowl with the blender not removed. Another thing is that they must be used alternately, but this is understandable. I always do this, my blender always stands in its place, and although I have one of the oldest "cubes" on the forum, the blender lid is alive and well.
azaza
Doplet, I meant - under load. For some reason, the manufacturer writes in the passport that the blender should not stand in its nest while the main bowl is in operation.

Yes, this is written so that there is no temptation to use it at the same time as the cup. And when it is empty, it performs the same function as its blanking cover.

Girls, help out !!! Who made the cream with a whisk disc ?! I really like how to whip the whites, but I just can't get used to whipping the cream! It seems that I turn it on not for long, but I still miss the moment ((I made Dr. Oetker vanilla cream. At first everything was fine, but apparently I missed it and it became liquid ((Maybe there is some kind of trick? How long does it take for the cream to turn out the desired consistency ??? I'm just learning how to bake cakes)) So I don't want to buy a mixer (it's quite old)!
kosmar
in general, I did it as in the photo with rubber bands, everything worked as it should.
I told my husband in the evening - he changed it and now the lid closes as before (usually)
his way: he removed the blender cap (it does not unscrew, but it is removed, he somehow pushed it out with a match), poured very hot water from the tap (we have a gas column for water and he chose the maximum temperature, almost boiling water) about minutes, wiped dry and replaced the lid. everything is working.
phaedra
I read Temko, thank you very much for the advice with the lid for the blender. For two years I suffered with her (pressure by hand), and today, thanks to your advice, I fixed everything

By the way, I also ordered additional discs from neckermann.de through the OTTO center. so it turns out cheaper than through a service center (at least here in Almaty)
Tusya
I thought for a long time what to buy. I read the whole Temko and finally the girl is ripe. I bought it, I have been using it for a week. Indeed, everything is fast and waste-free. So far I have tried only a cube and graters. I came running from work. I turned on the little Marusechka for frying. While it was warming up - onions, peppers, tomatoes on a thin shredder, carrots on a large grater. All in a saucepan. After 20 minutes, the lecho is ready. Head of cabbage on a cube in 2 minutes. I didn't even have time to understand anything. One question - how much does an average disc of a shredder cost? The store offered to bring for 1000 rubles. It seems a little expensive to me.

The price of such a grater on a German website is 14.99 euros, so make a conclusion whether it's expensive or not

Hello everyone!
I am still on page 12 of the topic, but I already know for sure that sooner or later I will have such a combine. By the way, I don't have any harvester yet (I live like cavemen)
A long time ago, when there was no trace of harvesters with cubes - I wanted this ... somehow lazily cut it all with handles (that's why I make salads very rarely, even vegetable / summer ones), fresh vegetables (cucumbers / tomatoes) It's easier for me to put it whole on a plate, well, I can sprinkle it with salt ...
In short .. why am I all this ...
I like to wash dishes even less than to chop everything ...
Which of the lucky owners of the cube also has PMM ??? What parts do you wash in a typewriter, and what parts are not allowed ???
I need to mentally prepare for this process
Thank you
Moskvichk @
Gerda1 I wash all parts of the combine in the PM. But I try to do it as little as possible. When laziness is quite direct.
belaya
I've got the cube since yesterday.
The instructions say that you can wash everything in the PMM, except for the cube cutter, blender knives and a utility knife. I would not even wash the graters there (to keep their sharpness longer). In general, all plastic parts can be washed there, just not tamped into the machine, since plastic can theoretically deform from pressure and high temperature.
Yesterday I only washed it by hand, but I will definitely have it washed regularly in the dishwasher.
Gerda1
Moskvichk @, belaya, thanks, we reassured that you don't need to wash everything with your hands straight

And the second question is ripe. He is more likely to those who recently bought a cube.
The topic began in 2010 and jambs with a blender lid and a whisk too ...
The question is .. have the manufacturers fixed these jambs over the past 2-2.5 years ???
Or are the caps and whisk still behaving badly?

Hurrah! Now I have a bol 5540. They brought carrots from the dacha, rubbed them on all the relatives in a few minutes (for freezing for the winter). Super! Now I want to try to make mashed potatoes, my son asks. Just thinking how best to boil in cubes or in a uniform? Can you share how you do it, hot or cold, how do you add milk and butter? If possible in detail for the teapot. And I ordered a nozzle with cubes for a long time, I should come soon. And then we will often cook other salads as well.
PetroI
Hello and welcome the next Cubix owner into your ranks.
I read the topic carefully, while on page 29. But here's the trouble: since some of the photos were posted back in 2009, they often do not open, and I really want to see the magic pad for the whipping plate, without it I'm afraid to turn on the whisk. It seems to me that it will scratch, since the protrusion is quite large.

If possible, please show a photo of the gasket or, if possible, a link in the topic where it was photographed. The link on the first page leads to a post with a description of the gasket, but I didn't really understand what it should be, and my photo does not open.

To be honest, I have not yet tested the harvester in action, although I bought it 3 days ago, but the work does not work yet. I plan to test the maximum number of functions on Sunday.
azaza
PetroI, welcome to the forum
Check out post # 1283 on the previous page. The first photo is just for your question.
PetroI
yesterday I finished reading the whole topic, and today I tested my Boshik. Delight, like everyone else. I had a mini-harvester before, but I didn't like it, but here !!!! We all liked the size of the cubes, we liked the cooking time of the Olivier. It turned out to be a huge bowl, so I don't know when we will eat it, because now is not the holidays. And we try not to eat too much

Until I used a whisk and a rub. I used a juicer to press the juice from grapefruits, some of them were not juicy, but we liked the juice itself, and the husband finished the squeeze.

The cocktail was whipped, but there wasn't as much foam as I expected. I took 1 banana, 0.5 liters of milk and half a pack of a large briquette of ice cream sundae without vegetable cream. Maybe it was not necessary to go there all at once? And first, grind the banana ice cream? The foam was, but not very large.

Conclusion - I'm glad I bought this wonderful cube cutter.
PetroI
One more question, I did not find any silicone gasket in the cube cutter (someone already wrote about this here) And where should it be? Maybe I didn't see? Or have they slightly changed the design?

PetroI
I have 5529. I made grapefruit juice with a "citrus juicer" attachment.

I will write my thoughts. I also wondered how to make mashed potatoes in Boshik, but my stomach said "do it somehow, just as soon as possible!" She peeled the potatoes, boiled them for steam in a slow cooker in the upper double boiler, while the porridge was being prepared below. Then she put a nozzle for rubbing berries in Bosch, the one with the propeller, and began to throw a whole boiled (still hot) potato into the combine. Flies by with a whistle! Funny worms crawled out from the bottom of the nozzle. After the last potato, I transferred the contents of the bowl to a new bowl, and what stuck to the propeller and on the walls I collected with a silicone spatula. I returned the bowl to the harvester, put the utility knife, covered it with potatoes, salted it, added some warm milk there, closed the lid, chose the 1st speed. Gradually added milk until the puree became liquid in appearance - a funnel began to form at the center of the bowl. I don’t put butter, the puree seems too greasy with it. It is curious that the cooked puree did not chill in the refrigerator, but retained its softly whipped consistency for 4 days, while it did not stratify into starch and water
sapuch
And the poor French (elderly) ladies twirl all this (puree, in the sense) by hand. I am glad that Boshik also works for me with a "propeller" puree. Well, it turns out very tenderly!
Lyudmila G
And without waiting for your advice, I have mashed potatoes twice already. I boiled potatoes whole, cut butter into pieces into a Boshik bowl, then inserted a nozzle and a lid. I didn't have time to order potatoes. The hot potato melted the butter. Then I opened the lid, removed the nozzle, poured milk and mixed with a silicone spatula. Super easy. Always hated the potato machine. Now, no worries.

And add 1 raw egg to the puree (at the mixing stage) - the puree immediately becomes even more airy and due to this it increases well in volume. And how delicious it is!

Girls, good morning!
just ordered a cube))
in Moscow I looked in online stores, prices are very different, from 4900 to 6800 and even for 8100, of course I ordered at the cheapest price, but there are doubts whether there will be a complete set, how many nozzles should there be?
maybe the country of origin will not be the main one, or this does not happen?
or fake?
Or am I worrying in vain?
delivery tomorrow, thanks in advance for your answers

It seems to me that the equipment differs only in Russia and Ukraine. In Ukraine, there is some kind of additional grater. And in Moscow, all the same ones))) \

Red circle for Russia, gray for Europe. This does not affect the quality in any way. Also distinctive is the inscription on the red sticker on the neck for loading products. For Russia the inscription is in Russian, for Europe in English.

I have all the attachments listed on the official website + "prickly" grater as a gift. I also ordered the cheapest one: I did not have time for 4600r, I took it for 4900r. Write down the names of all attachments in the kit on a piece of paper and carefully count them when you receive your order. Congratulations in advance on a wonderful purchase!

Girls, I ordered additional graters at the service center. Today they came, but the French fries grater (the most expected one) was kind of with a dent (someone else wrote about this before). And I refused to take it, now I don’t know how it will end, because in the service center they say that they come from the factory all like that (it really was in a sealed Bosch package) and they will not re-order, since the same will come that I can not take it, but they will return the money for it, since it should be that way, but I refuse because of a whim.

Who has some kind of grater, is there a kind of dent, like a kind of behavior, if you look from the end. Or a perfectly flat grater?

Girls, tell me, when do you beat the whites, when you put the powdered sugar? All at once together with proteins or gradually add? I just got used to whipping with a mixer and adding a little powder, but it didn't work out well with a combine - the proteins warmed up great while I poured the powder with a tablespoon and there were no persistent peaks. How to achieve strong whites?

Yes, I immediately found a gasket for the whipping disc, took a ready-made one from the "set of sanitary gaskets". She came up like a dear, holds inside tightly and does not fall out when washing. The bottom is not scratched at all.
Moskvichk @
: this: I also do not get strong proteins in a cube ... sorry .. I beat with a mixer.
