Hello everyone! I registered on this site when I bought a bread maker - you help a lot with your advice :-)
And now, yesterday my husband and I bought a Bosch Cubix ... I still have a delight, mmm .... Today in the morning I made cucumber salad cubes just delight-pepper, etc., I'm very happy and please tell me if there is a branch where described recipes, well, interesting salads using a cube, or other dishes?

julysky , congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum! As for the recipes - after all, it would never occur to anyone to look for a branch with recipes for an ordinary kitchen knife? Boshik is just an assistant in our difficult cook's business of cutting, chopping and chopping.
julysky
By the way! And I also have a question-question ... I read BEFORE buying. that the switch disk should be red, they brought it yesterday. but I have it gray. does it matter? Or somewhere maybe already this Temko was raised? Thank you in advance ..

let's just say - I mix in small portions, up to a kilogram - it can't cope with such a volume. puts on hooks and wears proudly on the bowl .. I don’t like that, I think if there is more dough, he will behave better ..

utility knife - kneads very well, but you need to adapt to it. it heats the dough a lot. while I was learning to knead with it, I threw out the finished product a couple of times - the knife overheated the dough and the yeast died, the product was flat like a pancake .. secondly, if the dough is watery, it tends to climb under the knife, along the trunk of the combine, and then it stops kneading .. the knife kneads sooo quickly, literally in 2 minutes, it is difficult to keep track. that is, you can knead them, but there are many nuances, and personally I only interfere with them a few rolled recipes. more often I use a hook in another bosha, although, of course, the knife gives a gorgeous gluten, you can't get such gluten with a hook ..

here, in Japanese bread - it is just absolutely downy. my beloved, I don't know how far it can be seen from the photo, but take my word for it - swan fluff:

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!
sister kneads dough in HP. I have no HP

And now on the topic!
I enjoyed cutting vegetables for vegetable stew! The eggplants were cut into neat cubes in 3 minutes! Also, carrots, onions, zucchini, etc. Previously, the process of cutting vegetables for this dish took a sufficient amount of time - now that I have my cube - it took 5-6 minutes!
And such beauty turned out!
Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

Bosch food processor - cuts into cubes!

I thought that the eggplants would crumple when cutting - they are as dense as, for example, carrots - but it turned out that they are great to cut!
julysky
Oh.how great, thanks for the photos! And I was worried about how boiled potatoes would be chopped - many wrote earlier that it was falling apart. Nothing of the kind, I cooked it in the refrigerator, and then barefoot in a minute. Another thing I like about him is that he is made of transparent plastic. to traces of carrots (in the sense of coloring in orange color) is absent, washed and that's it.
julysky
but tell us how you make mashed potatoes in Bosch cube (I haven’t even tried it yet). They say it’s just like a manual crush. Because I don't like potatoes in a mixer, as if they were plastic.

Look through this topic - I posted pictures there how to make mashed potatoes. Yellow propeller sieve attachment

And I do not use a rub for puree, but do it with a universal knife. Immediately put the hot pot in a bowl, add butter, milk and grind. Delicious and fast.
julysky
Good day! ) That is, it does not turn out like in a mixer - the taste is a little unnatural, namely, as if pounding with a crush with your hand?

Pogremushka
julysky, not everyone likes potatoes through rubbing. Me and my family do not like this at all, it is sticky.
Moskvichk @
Pogremushka Try another variety - sometimes you come across such a disgusting one - one starch - then the puree from it is tasteless. It can be clearly seen - it looks like a slimy, transparent ...
And the mashed potatoes from the mixer from Boshik are different - from the mixer it is just sticky, viscous and from Boshik it is straight silk

Phillips HR 7772 \ 50
there is a large bowl, there is a double-sided grater (for potato pancakes and a large one), a universal knife, a hook for kneading dough, a citrus juicer, a nozzle that changes the size of sliced circles, a nozzle for proteins (like whisk in a mixer), a glass blender (also large) , like I remembered everything.
the grater for potato pancakes is more for me in the boshe because the pieces that are not rubbed do not fall into the bowl (there is no gap), but in the phillips in the bowl in the center there is no "hole" like in boshe (they do not pour out when you work with liquid)
kosmar, I'm just thinking about which harvester to buy. I want a dice function. I would buy a Bosch Cube without hesitation ... but I live far away ... if something goes wrong, I'm not sure that I will find the parts. And for all occasions I will not save enough details at once. So I was just advised Phillips, however, the 7775 series (this is not a blender with a dicing function, but a combine). They said that he also cuts into cubes ... I was looking for a characteristic nozzle for a long time, but did not find it. But! I saw this nozzle there, changing the size of the cut circles. It is somehow different in its appearance from other graters. So this is my question. Is it possible to put this attachment directly on the grater (for fries)? Since in this case, just the cubes will turn out ... The fries grater will cut vertically, and the adjustable shredder will cut horizontally ... Or is it completely technically impossible?
Thank you
katusa
Girls, I still have a question about compatibility and interchangeability ... I read the whole Temka from cover to cover, but I still did not find the answer to the question (it already sounded somewhere closer to the beginning): if you buy a MUM 4 or 5 combine, to it - a multi-mixer attachment ... will the cube cutter attachment go to it or not? Can someone have information? I went to the site to see what else you can buy for the MUM 5 series ... and immediately the first position is the disk-mount for the cube cutter ... was it accidentally shoved here? Or can you add it?
Thanks to all those who respond

no, the lid will not close, because this nozzle that changes the thickness of the slices is one-piece, it is simply put on the pin, tightly.

I would like to share my impressions of Bose - cube after 6 months. merciless (3-4-5 times a day) operation. It's just a super car! It seems that they added not one, but several pairs of hands! I started by carefully reading the entire thread - girls, you! After that, Boshik urgently ordered and the very first thing she did was cut the ring on the whisk disc so as not to scratch the bowl. After that, naturally. Olivier - this is how Bosik's life began in my kitchen. What can I say about him - the delight still hasn't subsided. The blender lid does not come off, I bought an additional grater - a medium shredder - this is simply necessary. For potatoes - I didn't buy fries - there is Nayser, for julienne too - Berner has to work sometimes. Moreover, we rarely make French fries, and on the Berner's attachment for Julien I rub only carrots for pilaf. So it's not really important to have these graters. I didn't order hooks for the dough either - a universal knife perfectly copes with kneading (well, you can mix raisins or candied fruits with your hands). The knife also perfectly copes with chopping cottage cheese into a cheese mass, with the preparation of minced minced meat (twisted at our house they simply do not recognize it) of varying degrees of grinding - from coarse to very fine, with chopping garlic and lard into lard for adding to lean mince , I also chopped them apples and tangerines with a peel for jam (and cooked in an airfryer, but this should be written in a different topic). The puree rub is just a song! Mashed potatoes - only with her! And I also used it to rub the ingredients on zucchini caviar (Andreyevna's recipe for a multicooker, where I described in great detail all the actions with Boshik in the topic - I used a cube cutter, a grater, and a rub in the recipe). The citrus press is very good, often in recipes you need lemon juice - the press quickly crushes. Grater for potato pancakes (it came as a gift) - of course pancakes, God, how I didn't like to grate them on a hand grater before! Large Hole Grater - Thanks Lisss's! - of course cabbage for stewing and a salad of cucumbers, radishes, eggs. 1 and 3 mm shredder - 1 mm superfood onion rings for meat (pickled), fresh for decorating dishes. 3 mm - salad cucumbers-tomatoes, vegetables of small diameter - for a large one there is a slicer on the farm. About the medium grater - which I bought in addition - I think everything is clear - the rub-cutting of everything-everything-everything (the most popular). I use a disc for whipping to make mayonnaise - it's just wonderful, but I didn't work out very well with proteins to solid peaks - while I start pouring sugar in small portions - the protein heats up and no peaks come out. But I suspect. that here I am to blame myself - I do it too slowly. Well, the mixer also needs to work - don't throw it away. Cheese grater like Parmesan - haven't used it yet, but I already know how to use it - horseradish will be on sale soon! Here she will be in her place. The cube cutter is a dream come true! olivier, vinaigrette, okroshka, crab salad, ingredients for pizza, zucchini-onions for squash caviar, potatoes for soups-borscht-roast, eggplant for sauté - caviar, very cool salad of cucumbers-tomato (but you need to take the cream of tomatoes - they are fleshy , cubes of them are super) and everything, everything, that we cut into cubes. Blender - very good, but I only use it for cocktails Like. that capacity is 1.5 liters and perfectly grinds frozen cherries and strawberries. Well. like and reported. Thank you, dear girls - I am especially grateful to Anastasia - for this topic. Otherwise, not only me. but many others would not have known about such a Miracle - Bose Profikubix.

Hello everyone, as far as I understood from the last post, with cutting into cubes on mam5 they did not find out anything... But on the Internet I came across such an interesting video about a cube attachment for mothers 5
Has anyone heard something about this?

Judging by its appearance, there should also be a press puree for boiled vegetables.

This is easy to understand if you take the trouble to compare the attachments for them.
If there are common nozzles (the same article) on the upper shaft, respectively, this will speak of compatibility and it will fit.
If there are none, then alas!
Go for it!

On the 40th model with a new bowl (with ribs), the cube cutter rises, read above.
Success!
Write if you get lost.
It is useful to pay attention to the presence of a metal whisk, a press for boiled vegetables (puree), metal hooks for dough.
It is cheaper to take a 40 model in a complete set and a cube cutter for it.
Previously, it was equipped with two blenders, but now only one.
Of the extra equipment, for me there was only one - a juicer, not to be confused with citrus fruits.
The rest will work all the time, a very successful model.

Good day everyone !!! I have a Bosch mcm 5540 cube cutter working on it 100% !!! Davolna them very much !!! though it was more profitable to take another harvester, since I paid about 920 hryvnia for the attachment, for rubles it is about 3.5 thousand !!! I gave it to my daughter, I want to take mum86 for myself, since I often bake, but I'm also very used to the cube cutter !!! Without her I CANNOT imagine how they will cope !!! That's why I want to know if it fits on mum 86, if it fits on mum5. Who knows, answer me !!!

Hello everybody!!! Question: if you buy two Bosch 5529 and 5540, will there be all the nozzles or some will not be there anyway?
Alenky
The attachments will be all except for the julienne !!! It is more profitable to take two harvesters than a cube cutter separately, in any case in our Crimea, a cube cutter costs about 920 hryvnia through the service center, this is 3.5 thousand rubles, and a complete combine can be found for 1,200 hryvnia, about 5000 rubles, for a bunch of spare parts !!! !
Alenky
Vanya is 28 !!! Strange as it may seem, but we do not have these combines, mum5 and mum8 on sale !!! mcm 5529-please, and then at an exorbitant price, compared to the online store !!! Therefore, you will not try on the nozzle !!! This is if only one of the users will respond !!!

Good day, Dear forum users.
As they say, I haven't picked up checkers for a long time.
About the whisk disc. I often use it, beat the whites, for the biscuit, mayonnaise.
I also want to share how I whisk butter. I used to try whipping using the cake method https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...com_smf&topic=9458.0.html
I decided to try it with a combine using the same technology. The truth is not sour cream, but cream.
Maybe it would not have worked out of sour cream, or vice versa, the oil yield would have been greater. Need to try.

🔗

Cold water (poured ice from the freezer into the water) - 3 liters, 1 liter of cream collected from milk, from the refrigerator. (We took homemade milk 2 three-liter jars, here on top, after the sludge was collected)

🔗
Pour into the bowl of the combine
🔗
Whisk
🔗
After 3-5 minutes - whipped cream
🔗
But we need to whip up the butter, let's move on. And at some point, a trick occurs. Bam !!! And in our harvester
buttermilk with grains of butter is spinning. The grains begin to stick together. The mixture starts spinning very strongly, I turn off the combine.
🔗
And here's the result.
🔗
I drain the buttermilk, it turned out, a little more than half of the can.
Once I stopped there, collected the oil with a silicone spatula, and that's it.
But we will rinse
🔗
The principle is simple, poured, twisted with water, drained. Poured the next portion of water.
🔗
The last time I'm spinning without water.
🔗
The bottom line. I put it in a mold with a silicone spatula. Hands, in general, do not come into contact with oil.
Then in the refrigerator, and as it hardens in an oil can.

The question is, how much percentage of oil did you get?

I just came to the "electric power" I found a disc from dr Bosch, but the box says that it fits the cube. measured right in the store on the combine, does not match.
therefore, it's already scary to buy on the Internet right away.

Rinsing water. Although I once tried unwashed butter, made from cream, they are not sour, like sour cream.
Therefore, the taste was not particularly affected. I didn't time it, but it felt like 5-10 minutes.

The idea with butter is just super! I try to use only natural products, and although oil is sold by "DSTU", there is clearly no smell of quality. But homemade butter is what you need.

Thanks to this forum, I bought many kitchen gadgets, none of which went to collect dust on the shelf.
The price bites, but you have to ... I still want Boshik. Girls and boys, please explain in a nutshell what the letters and numbers after the word Bosch mean? For example, MUM 4xxx and MCM 5xxx, how are they different? I dig in messages, but there is little sense, but I want to choose until the end of next week and place an order (you still need to have time to sort out the stores).

Tell us about the attachments, how many of them generally fit the 5529, what are they called? I have already contacted one store, trying to place an order ... hopefully it will work out on Monday. Can I buy additional discs (hooks, shredders, etc.) only in the SC? Please help me figure it out as soon as possible, while there is an opportunity to "load" my acquaintance with my purchases. I am considering Moscow and Petersburg, I need to come, pay, take away.

There is 4MUM, but there are also 5 and 8. 8 is expensive, and 5, in my opinion, is optimal. Power - 900, which is better for a meat grinder. Fries and julienne graters are not included, but I do without them.

Mash, I have a cube. Satisfied above the roof. She kneads the dough for cupcake cakes at once, I don't see any problems with creams either. At the same time, I did not buy any additional test attachments, that is, not too thick dough mixes well with a commercial set.
