Girls, we really need your opinion about our baby!

What did you see good in our baby when using it and what disadvantages did you meet

I ask you to speak on this topic

My vision of this multicooker for today.

Advantages of this multicooker model:

1) Volume. This is what she was actually bought for. Every time I cook, I get pleasure from contemplating a full saucepan, with a full understanding of the small amount of the finished dish.
2) The quality of plastic and workmanship. No flaws were found in my copy. The tactile sensations from communicating with the multicooker are pleasant.
3) Availability of spare pans.
4) The quality of the saucepan is completely satisfactory today. Although this point is worth talking about after at least half a year. Yes, and my thrifty nature immediately acquired two more spare pots (it was easier to order immediately, since the delivery was free, the later to pay for the delivery the cost of one more saucepan)
5) The modes correspond to the declared parameters (well, and the names).
6) Power. Although this figure is 350 watts, it is quite sufficient for such a volume. And the cake, set for an excessive amount of time during baking, has time to fry decently.
7) No smell from plastic, silicone, ceramics in the bowl and from other parts. At least my specimen had no odors at all. Although I have such a fine sense of smell that my husband calls me a detective dog. The multicooker got to me by a transport company and drove for 9 days. Before sending it, apparently, it was checked. because she arrived in a box not wrapped in cellophane. Perhaps the smells have disappeared during the dorga.
8) The ability to use in the car is pleasant as a fact, approved by my husband, but not yet tested. So this is still a dubious merit.

Disadvantages:

1) Weakly resistant to vegetable dyes silicone on a removable lid. I cooked a chicken in a creamy orange sauce with turmeric and a silicone spatula, left a little sauce (well, that's what happened). Washing did not help, the yellow spots remained. I was a little upset. Although after cooking the next dish, the stains apparently "steamed" and disappeared.
2) The settings buttons are a little tight. Perhaps it only seemed so for my fingers.
3) I would like to be able to buy a spare pot with a non-stick coating. What for? Who knows, you just want it.
Mar_k
I like MV very much! The pan has a good coating (with a blender I grinded soups and porridges in it and mixed it with an ordinary spoon, there is no damage), nothing burned, never boiled away.
Quote: Rick

Is it possible?
I interfered with a spoon - this is when I forget, but I use the blender, because I often pray to children, but the blender has protection on the sides. I try to do everything carefully.
Probably there is something not to like - this is the plastic from which the spoon is made, thin and bendable, and you are afraid that it will break - I rarely use it. And the timer is not convenient for setting less time. But all this is not important, at least for me!

In general, I am very pleased with the purchase - the ability to cook small volumes at low power ..baby size and design ... the ability to disassemble the lid for the sink ...

of the minuses - for a long time the foreign smell from the bowl was embarrassing - this is perhaps the only drop of tar

from the desired - I would like to be able to buy a spare for this particular model - but not ceramic, but stainless steel or Teflon
I don’t like the ceramic bowl and I’m not sure about its durability
I am very afraid of chips - and after all, I cook in it for very small children - suddenly a splinter will fall into the dish

Girls, tell me, I want to cook trout in a cartoon, how long to put on the baking mode (pieces 2 cm thick)

And another question, I read somewhere that he fries a cartoon well for a couple - I can't figure out how it is? If I want to fry potatoes, for example, do I have to put them in the bowl and turn on the steam? And pour water or just oil to the bottom? Or is it somehow done differently?
Quote: Irman

I would fry potatoes in baked goods with the addition of oil.
Quote: Rick

As far as I understand, you fry the potatoes as usual, with only the Steam program turned on. No need to pour water. At the bottom of the bowl, butter, then potatoes and fry as usual.
Quote: Solena

It was I who put out the carrots on "Steam" a little. But, most likely, you will not be able to fry potatoes on this program. The saucepan will probably overheat quickly and give an error. Better all the same to use the program "Baking".

Girls, we really need your opinion about our baby!

My opinion will not be entirely complete, because I use only two modes: milk porridge and baked goods. For which the baby was purchased. These programs suit me 100%.

Visually very pleasant, compact (takes up little space). Liked: non-marking color of the plastic rim, removable plate, bowl quality.

At first it was unusual to open the lid, but now everything is on the machine (and for all household members). The buttons ... I would not say that they are tight, I do not feel the difference with the Brand.

The same thing with the smell, it was practically absent. When they opened the box, I was even surprised, I got used to the fact that at the first meeting, the smell of plastic hits my nose, but this was not the case here.
The bowl, yes, smelled a little of paint, but after washing the smell disappeared. And this also made me happy, because my husband is such a sniffer.

In general, I am very pleased with the baby! I used to think, well, when will the cartoon appear, the one in which all the ideal programs will be. And now I came to the conclusion that multi should have few modes, but ideal.

From apples, the more - the wetter, juicier the pie. When I baked in big, I rubbed so many apples - mine like it so much.

This is a miracle! The yogurt turned out! I put Evitalia at 5 o'clock - it came, does not stretch, it is tasty, and it became even denser in the refrigerator. I added 8 spoons to 800 ml of milk and 200 ml of 20% cream (milk and cream were at room temperature). I added canned pears and a little syrup and sugar - for 6 hours (4 was not enough, it was a little richer) but I did not take them out until morning, and in the morning in the refrigerator and now the "spoon is worth" - this is what I was trying to achieve !!! cooked a potato casserole today. I didn't rub the potatoes, but made them like chips - I cut them thinly. I put it in a bowl in the form of a basket, put raw chicken meat inside, sautéed vegetables, sauce + mayonnaise, covered it with potatoes on top and poured it with a beaten egg with mayonnaise. I put it on 1'20 - it didn't work, for another 1 hour - there is no crust that I wanted. the casserole was not baked, but stewed, and for baking, I think so for another 2 hours it would have to be left. In short, I could not resist transferred it to a large one (I just baked bread there) and closed it without including it. She got there, as they ate after 3 hours. Conclusion I will no longer do this kind of casserole in MV - wait a very long time, a lot of moisture, it turns out stewed, although I previously washed the cut potatoes. (I took 3 potatoes in total, about 400 gr).
can anyone make potato casserole - share the recipe!

Tell me, pliz, what a wonderful yogut it is your son "polishes" lunch .... Yes, no fiction. Yoghurt leaven from Lactin, Prostokvashino milk 2.5%, I fill the bowl almost to the brim. I make another 3-4 loads from the first starter culture, and 1 sachet of dry starter culture is enough for about 7 liters of yogurt. The taste is real yoghurt, without sourness, we liked it, even my husband said that he was good, and he doesn’t eat homemade bread, he tastes better at the store
Thank you! I'll try to make with this leaven, maybe it will change!
Quote: lifans

Girls, where do you buy the leaven

Quote: ikom

Lactin is sold on the Yogurt website. rf

So I finally use Lactin, out of "greed" I bought everything. I made yogurt - wonderful, it turned out right away, according to the time in our MV it is prepared at the maximum specified time. Today I made cottage cheese - soft, tender, without grains, not very sour, you can eat without sour cream and sugar. Now sour cream is next, I bought everything - I'll put it tomorrow. Thanks again for the tip!

Quote: Rick

And I have failed with yogurt again. I put Narine with leaven for 3 hours and went for a walk with the child. After 2 hours, the husband calls, the cartoon squeaks and the E2 error appears on the screen. Later I remembered that I had read about it, that the water should be poured heated. And I just warmed up the milk, that's all. My husband put it on again, the cartoon started working. As a result, when I got home, the program worked for another 2 hours, and the serum was already leaving the jar. It seems to have turned out thicker than last time, and the taste is different, but it seems to me that this is not yet what it should be. But it's already better than it was, which is encouraging. The leaven is still there, so I will continue to experiment.
The girls who made yogurt on Narine! Tell me, pliz, what density should the yogurt be? To make the spoon stand or thinner?
I, unfortunately, have a sad experience with her - I did not have an understanding with her! Now I'm doing it on Lactin - I like it very much. And I made yogurt with Narina, it turned out to be viscous. Good luck with your experiments!

Nothing gets spoiled. It is written just in case, like "you can't wash a cat in the washing machine", and it was written not at night, but generally on a postponement. She's there for 24 hours, during which time the milk will turn sour, of course.
If the milk is fresh, then nothing happens to it in a few hours - it has been tested by millions of multicooker.

And who cooks porridge on what program? Millet on "milk porridge" for 30 minutes and with two hours of heating I did not like ... In Panasonic (I cook porridge in it on "stewing", except for oatmeal) it turns out tastier. Incomparably tastier)))

How does "baby food" work? Maybe this mode is more like Panasik's quenching?

Did you cook porridge in milk? If yes, then on "milk porridge". min for 40 also excellent porridge turns out

For the first time I cooked "by default" 30 minutes on "milk porridge". I did not like it, although it seems to be a normal porridge.
It just finally doesn't roll after porridge from Panasonic - and in it porridge is simply magical (on "stewing", however) - tender, airy, some steamed grains, but not fallen apart, and do not float in milk (like on "milk porridge "in Panas it turns out), namely porridge turns out - I never ate such porridge until I bought Panas.
I want to achieve the same effect in Redik, or at least close, it seems there is hope ...
There is a danger that Panas will have to be given to my daughter, and I don’t want to buy the second one - all the same, it is inadequately expensive with such poor functionality ... despite really the luckiest modes.

Well, 30 minutes is certainly not enough.
And about the "poor" functions ... I have already written more than once that I am for fewer functions, but 100% fulfilling their "duties".

Yes, by good functionality I mean not a huge number of buttons (with the same modes in fact) (I can't understand the difference between "fry", "fry" and "roast" in Orson, especially when you consider that everything is fried on "baked goods" or "your choice"), namely such things as setting the time, the ability to turn off the heating in advance (thanks to Redmond!), a delay in starting ...
Automatic programs from Panasonic, by the way, are super! Especially "pilaf" and "rice".

While the rice stuck on two dishes and I was tired of washing the pan through soaking, I'm not used to this, for more than a year I have never washed the pan like that, it was tiring for me. With a biscuit - it didn't come out right away, and then it didn't come out - such punctures with flying out for the first time. It stuck too, pulled it out with a silicone spatula. That is, dancing with tambourines is not for me, I'm not used to this. I have such pans in the basement instantly go. This is understandable))) The quality of Panasonic's work. Many Panasonic owners cannot accept other models for a long time - I've seen it so many times ...
And my first cartoon was Redik M11, the second - Orson5005. And it was the development of Panasonic that was difficult, especially porridge))) But now I understand all the enthusiasm and worship of Panasovods)))

And I sold my Panasonic and I do not regret it, for a long time he cooks porridge very much .... I am quite satisfied with porridge from the stler and from the baby, and in Panasonic I really like only the baking and pilaf programs.

I have my first cartoon of the Panasonic-18 ball, why was it? I gave it to a good friend for a penny, since she works 14 hours a day, and the children will cope with this. I like the design and shape of the "Panasonic" better. Now I'm thinking of buying another one handy, so I often go to this topic. For 1500, I would buy it, but for almost 4000 for nothing. it is better to add a little and little Panasik. If suddenly my post is not in the subject then I'll rub it, just beacon. How many did not go to the store. but the hand does not rise to give such money for it.

Zhen, I have no preconceived attitude. It's just that if there were no jambs, I would cook and would not pay attention, it is a saucepan that is a saucepan. And it should boil well, separate quickly and wash quickly. I have no other requirements for them. And if some algorithm is violated and causes inconvenience, then you immediately notice it.

Yesterday I cooked this rice for a salad, I had guests. I cooked without heating. And I started spinning with my nephew and my rice stood at least 30 minutes in a saucepan without heating, I just stood there. Then she opened the lid - well, nothing so rice, almost (nearly ) but not perfectly crumbly (but it will go for a salad). And it does not fall off the bottom, but I cooked it for 0.5 multi-glasses - that is, it is practically not there. I broke off the rice from the top - and the bottom is all in rice, so I tried to peel off that rice so slightly with a silicone spatula - practically without success, spat and filled it with water. Then an hour later I remembered that pots, began to wash and again the dwelling of the Indians (ficwam) - that rice is not washed, it stuck so specifically to the honeycomb. And I spent an indecent amount of time on that pan to wash. And in Panas, the rice also stuck slightly, but not like that. But washing without soaking and such dances with tambourines. That is, without all these inconveniences.

And first there was a biscuit on the cake. It was baked well, there are no complaints about this. And then again shamanic dances with pulling out, the silicone spatula was a hit yesterday - without it, nothing wanted to fall off the pan. Moreover, in Panasik I constantly bake something - it jumps out from there at a time, I have to shake the current a little and then try to catch it so that I don't run away far. The phrase “like clockwork” fits this pot.
And besides, I am surprised - is it really impossible to make a normal pan on the coating? I have Ashanovsky pans for 100 rubles and nothing sticks to them. Now, in the age of all technologies, the savings on covering the pan at all cost are minuscule and they save on this. Whether that pan with a normal coating - and this cartoon would be almost ideal in volume, in terms of a set of programs for a small family.

I also want to note - since the power of the radish is small - the cake itself turned out to be the same as in Panasonic, airy and baked. Radik also has sparing pastries - this is his big plus.

I did not have dances with tambourines when removing the pastries (I greased the bowl with vegetable oil) from the redmond bowl, as well as the cereals did not stick to the bottom. There are no touch modes in this multicooker. Maybe what was wrong with the proportions / timing?

Here, I posted pictures of the bowl after cereals and baking

I think it was from the original damage to the bowl cover. It is necessary to change the cup under warranty

mannapoints dear. I have been cooking everything in a cartoon for a long time, I don't use gas at all. Therefore, already with rice and pastries in the cartoon for a long time. And the proportions of rice I cook 1: 2 always - less dry, more water - gagged. Of course, you can compromise and cook 1: 1.5, but this will no longer be the rice that I really need. And why do I make baked goods in a cartoon - because the taste is different, cannot be compared either with the oven, or with the AG, or with the AF. She is in Panasonic and now Redmond is different, more airy and weightless. Tastier, in short. Maybe, according to the technology, you have to wait for such bowls, cool it completely in the bowl or sing a song over it - I'm used to taking out the pastries right away and not waiting for her to decide that she needs to crawl out. And in Panasika, baked goods were always pulled out.
But for the sake of truth, I’m baking Irina’s potato casserole in it right now, then I’ll bake a curd casserole, and then I’ll make a verdict on baking with my own cartoon.

Svetlana, I started to stick to the Redmond ceramic bowl and then the whole coating peeled off. But the bowls come with a 12-month warranty and you can change it under warranty.

Well, the girls have made you doubts about the radish ... I don't even know if I need this ...
And Panasonic, though the 18th, is in a box under the table, I only bake biscuits in it. This he does best. A friend gave it to me, she didn't like it at all. Although a good cartoon, although I don't like the design at all, the main thing is not in the design ... I just don't think Panas is perfect. He does everything he has to do without complaints, but he is not able to do everything. But in baking, I have not met the best, it's true!
and than porridge from it is better? What cereals are we talking about, dairy or side dishes, maybe we are talking about different things
Liza, and what does he not know how? The only thing I found was his inability - he didn't know how to fry like in a frying pan. But I kind of didn't expect that from him. I fry into the soup - the sales with my maiden memory for 40 minutes on baking have not burned out - and this is only a plus for him.

And we are talking about dairy porridges.

This is my first bowl with a ceramic coating (frying pans do not count), before all were non-stick. I do not expect anything in it - as it was cooked / baked, I take it out right away. So far (TTT) nothing stuck. Even in Cromax (), baked goods popped up when I baked in it.

Veechka, wait, you have 02. Is the bowl not "ceramic" there?
Quote: vernisag

The cover of the bowl at 02 is very good, the same as in the staler. I really like the bowl in my baby. I thought, I thought, what for me 01 ... I'll glue a couple of butterflies to my 02 and love her unnecessarily ...
Quote: Vei

In the 02nd, the teflon bowl was one of the advantages when choosing.
Quote: manna

Yes, "ceramics" begins to stick much faster, and more thorough care is needed. I would also prefer Teflon. It is a pity that there are no bowls for 01 with non-stick coating. Maybe then they will appear
Maybe they'll release it? Or we will give this one when it is torn off to cover it with a Teflon coating, in Moscow I found the addresses of such industries. And it seems inexpensive, up to 700 rubles spraying, depending on the coverage area.
Stafa
I usually don't pay attention to such things, but this bowl smelled so bad, some kind of PPC.I almost smelled all the bowls in the store, even a cheap Maxwell doesn't smell like a Teflon bowl. But this is the record holder for smell.
Quote: manna

It is not the multicooker itself that stinks, but its wrapper, or rather the packages, and the silicone and "ceramics" strongly absorb odors, so they themselves began to stink until the multicooker reached the buyer from the factory.
Her, the package stinks precisely from the cup, her smell is so saturated in everything. The booklets stink differently, and the bowl stank of paint.
Quote: Song *

I would say like parquet varnish ... because I have never met anything smelly ...
But ... with time it passes ...
Quote: manna

Maybe paint. Right now, I remembered how the instructions from the airfryer smelled, everything that was in the package was saturated with this smell. Then it turned out that this smell was from printing ink. What do they add there?

Girls, let it really upset itself ... Let's wash, ventilate ... and go ahead ...

The casserole came out, or rather did not come out. and all fell apart into parts, here is her vidocq after 1 hour 40 minutes and 20 minutes on standing. How could I collect it back and put it on steam for 25 minutes - if it does not bake even on this mode -. I'm still waiting.

Shl. After 40 minutes of all the ordeals, I pulled out the same thing, only it spread even more. The casserole clearly failed, it turned out to be a large cutlet separately, and the potatoes all went into circles. Yeah . What then the rest of the multi are, if this Chinese miracle has so many admirers. But for the sake of truth - the potatoes are fried (baked or boiled - I don’t know how to say more precisely).
Here is the same casserole in Panasonic from the same potatoes and the same minced meat, more precisely all ingredients are the same. .
