Now I put the apple charlotte. The recipe has been tested in Panasika many, many times. I still hope that THIS can do at least something. Time set 1h10min, adjusted for multi power.
It turned out not a charlotte - but a rubber henna, from which to sculpt balls of current and spit into a tube. More I pass.
This is not a cartoon - but a disgrace. It is not even worth 1 ruble.

Casserole "FOR BREAKFAST"

Recipe HERE

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01 Multicooker Redmond RMC-01

I cook porridge almost every day for 1-2 servings both in milk and in water - I am very pleased with the result!

I also repeated pastries and casseroles several times - happy!

The behavior of the saucepan is normal, the inside of the saucepan is also in perfect order, no chips or frying!
I'm happy with the purchase!
Vasilica
Stafa, I have a suspicion that you have a marriage. I can't say for the potato casserole, but the pastries of charlottes, muffins and curd casseroles are always great! I cooked rice once, nothing stuck, buckwheat too.
Girls, I bought a baby only for milk and pastries. And for these programs it suits me completely!
Stafa
Vasilica I'm afraid that this is what the baking is, I just would have had a worse cartoon before it and would bake it so-so - then I would not notice the difference, or it would be at its best. My trouble is that I got into the Zaporozhets from the gelding, and then it turned out that the pastry was not that, it is worse. So sticky rice (I have one bag, so I cooked the same rice) - this was an indicator, then a sticky biscuit, but I soaked it with all sorts of syrups and sour cream and didn't notice that it was rubbery. And today the tried and tested recipes have not passed the test - nothing was cooked normally. Because redmont he is redmont, with claims to elite and Chinese quality from a series of fake china to china. Previously, Tetris was put on a TV set in order to powder the poor quality, now butterflies blurt out to be admired, and the quality of cooking is not the most important function in the cartoon. Butterflies are FSE

Admin, if I show my pastries right now, it looks exactly like this. And there is no porosity at all. But it tastes like a tarpaulin, forgiven the Lord, it's easier to throw it away. Moreover, I specifically specified that this charlotte recipe has been tried many times in Panas and is always a charlotte without soda. So there is something to compare with.

Stafa, I have a suspicion that you have a marriage.
There is such a saying - the third grade is not a marriage, but a re-grading.

Well, I don’t know the pies either, in the sense of charlotte I really like stewed potatoes with chicken and potatoes with different fish and cooked rice milk porridge today - everything is delicious, everything flies out easily - I am very happy (and very glad that there is nothing to compare with, otherwise if I tried it even tastier somewhere - it would have been ugly - I wouldn't have crawled through the door)
Quote: Vasilica

Stafa, then this is not your slow cooker.
Probably it is necessary to write a warning on the first page: Attention, Panasonic owners, be careful when buying this multicooker - it may not meet your expectations. (joke)

Apparently, really, how many people, so many opinions
And you, Stafa, do not be discouraged, I am sure you will find your dish that will turn out better in our baby than in another multicooker
Quote: Moonlight

I have two Panasonic - 10 ka and 18 - I have been using them for a very long time - I'm happy
t now here's a little one

of course 10 ka makes the most delicious pastries
but the baby did not disappoint me either - when you need a small cupcake, a biscuit for the evening, a soufflé or tricky casserole, I use it even more often than 10 koi and it suits me
and an omelette for two

but to bake potatoes with fried as I do in Panas, I did not succeed ... thin slices of potatoes lay on the baking for an hour and a half and turned into some kind of creepy darkened mass
Quote: Moonlight

porridge in a baby is really better than in Panas
and you can make a small volume and not be afraid to spread the portion along the bottom and dry it

but I fry cutlets in Panas -18 and cook soup there and fry potatoes
Dear girls, thanks for your support. I probably wanted a lot from the little one. Written for baby food, after all, and I am with my delicacies. I will try further - as long as there is 13 days to check. I'll try another omelet - but that will be tomorrow.

I think that the baby simply does not have enough power for the potato, after all 350 watts. - little for hard, hard-to-boil potatoes, with a small amount of liquid. CONCLUSION: we do not bake potatoes!

And the casseroles are wonderful and very tender! Pay attention to how moist and tender they are, this apparently just the low power plays a role - do not overexpose! After all, the saucepan is designed for CHILDREN'S food
Stafa
About the potatoes - the casserole did not work out as it should be, but the potatoes were cooked, they were delicious, as if I had fried them, cooked them .. but for some reason they crumbled into round pieces. The dish did not look the same, but she cooked it, it turned out deliciously.

Almost all of us have several pots and roles are assigned between them, I’ve looked at Redik for side dishes, but I don’t have a heart for him, purely outwardly. several times already twirling her in her hands, but I will not "fall in love".

That's right! Each dish has its own saucepan and volume!

I knew right away - I only take 1-2 servings of milk or water porridge! And so it happened - I practically cook porridge in the morning, for one serving.
I will, of course, try something else from the recipe book, in small quantities for a couple of servings - but without pretensions to frying and other large and fatty, dense dishes. For this, there are Orsyushas of 4 and 5 liters, much more powerful, in which you can cook serious dishes, such as meat rolls.
Moonlight
Most common after various tried and tested baked goods
I cook the following almost daily

1 fine soup for dinner
I take out a piece of meat or chicken from the broth for adults (almost cooked)
cut into small pieces
I also finely chop potatoes, carrots and then vegetables that are (fresh or frozen) according to my mood - broccoli .. cauliflower .. Bulgarian pepper ... green peas .. corn or pumpkin or zucchini ... not all at once of course. .. every day is different
pour a glass of water and soup for an hour
about 10 minutes before the end I pour a spoonful of oatmeal or buckwheat nordic flakes sometimes semolina
squeaked - poured it into a ladle - ground it in mashed potatoes with a blender - filled it with a piece of butter ...

every time the soup comes out different ... plus I turned it on and left - in this hour I can fully devote myself to classes with the baby or go out for a walk

2 vegetable puree - the basis of diced potatoes and carrots and any other vegetables according to my mood (broccoli or pumpkin or zucchini or cauliflower) - I pour milk so that all the vegetables are covered only .. add and on the soup mode for an hour (I still use soup a not baby food)
squeaked - whipped with a blender and filled with butter
3 omelettes - 2 eggs and 200 ml of milk - add salt
stir with a fork - DO NOT BEATING !!!!!!!!! the smoother the mixture - the fewer the bubbles - the softer the omelet
and for baking

4 meat soufflé
100 grams of boiled meat (chicken and fish are also suitable) yolk ..a tablespoon of semolina ... 20-50 g cl of butter (depending on the fat content of the meat) and half a glass of milk - we grind all this with a blender into the consistency of baby puree
whisk the remaining protein into a strong foam and gently evenly mix in the puree
I put it in a greased bowl and for baking

by the way, the adults present always try to steal the meat soufflé) since they get microscopic pieces, everyone wants to crush this thing in one person

5 and curd casserole - it is in the baby that it turns out to be a more tender and moist consistency than in Panas (I do it according to the usual recipe without baking powder - I soak semolina in sour cream and add whipped protein)
Moonlight
in my family, no one except me eats boiled rice and loose buckwheat as a side dish
now I can afford to boil one portion of rice and not boil a glass in Panas and then throw out most of it
cook one portion of pilaf

Svetlana, you don't want to pay attention to our phrases, why did we buy a baby

Just so that you can cook ONE serving! Something that another multicooker or pressure cooker (no matter what device) cannot cook, due to its large volume.

And if I had five more cartoon pressure cookers, I would still buy this baby, with the ability to cook EXACTLY ONE PORTION of porridge, omelet and so on for me in the morning ...

So I bought it for the same. I have a lot of Panasik. We have a lot of it for two, 2.5 liters. So I bought a baby for porridge in the morning, for baking a small cake, so that I wouldn't finish eating it later, for the same potato casserole. And I try to prepare all this the second day. So far, only steamed eggs are perfectly cooked. But I am preparing everything checked, new pancho cake yesterday.
She cooks the soup anyway. And now, according to the plan, omelet and milk porridge. I note that I cooked the omelet in Panas on a delay, poured it in the evening and was ready for breakfast in the morning. Omelet, only I have a lot of one of the 3 eggs, and my husband does not like omelet. And to feed the dog constantly with an omelet - his face will crack.
lemusik
Admin, that's right!
I tried to cook porridge in Panasika from half a multi-glass ... She ran away, the valve was already clogged! The first time we had such an embarrassment ...
And the casserole - so much so that my daughter and I ate on the hunt, at least for a couple of times, not a week, we choked on it - in Panasonic it will be like a thick pancake ...

By the way, someone here wrote that Redik is ahead of porridges ... Don't guess I cook them in Panasonic on "stewing" - I absolutely agreed!

50 minutes was enough for the desired portion - 200 grams of cottage cheese and 150 ml of yogurt.

Sveta-Stafa, give me the recipe for your incomplete casserole, huh? I'm already even wondering
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=194130.0 this is a potato casserole, only I did it with minced meat. And a charlotte from a Panas book (an orange charlotte is a proportion of 10 Panas, a current with 1 small apple instead of a lipisin).By the way - a charlotte made of a given quantity of flour and eggs (flour 1 mst and 2 eggs) in Panas 3.5-4 cm high and 20 cm in diameter, and today it is the same in height, but the diameter is smaller - 16 cm, although in theory it should be about 5-6cm in height.
Quote: lemusik

Thank you, very appetizing
I will buy champignons, make potatoes with them. For the purity of the experiment - how many potatoes were there?
I have a Panasonic book, I will make a charlotte.)))
Len, I do in Panas always on the 10 Panas column. Or rather - 2 eggs, 1 cc flour and 1 cc sugar, vanillin to taste, 1 apple.
And in the casserole there were 600-700 grams of potatoes and cut them into circles on the example on the thinnest slices. Then I washed the potatoes in a vegetable dryer - otherwise the starch is already flowing on the grater. Minced meat I had 250 grams. And the cheese was grated on a pizza grater with a thin layer between all layers and on top.
Quote: lemusik

Light, I'm not asking about Panas, after all. You put the same amount of potatoes in the mask as in Panasik? Or less? In order to compare the result, you need to make the layers the same, it seems to me ...
No, today I put 200-300 grams less in a mask, but that kg would not fit into a radish. Last time Panas trampled about 1 kg.

Quote: lifans

It seems to me that the volume of potatoes is too large for a baby + also minced meat ... that's why there were dances with tambourines
2.5L in Panas, 2L in red. So the difference is small in volume, it's not like 5L and 2L to compare.

I sit right now and tell my husband - I will not bear to hand over the radish, I will polish it under the recipes. And he laughs - the woman had no worries - the woman bought a pig. I did not live calmly with the faithful Panas - I wanted exotic. Despite the fact that for 3 weeks I cook only stewed vegetables for myself, and my husband lives on scrambled eggs. And today I make him eat cooked all day.

Quote: lifans

I looked at the casserole recipe - gorgeous, but in the comments they note that for some it falls apart and no one sees any tragedy in this
Quote: Irman

My casserole fell apart only because it took it out of the multicooker early. The cheese has not yet had time to grab.
Duck, if it had collapsed in my Panas, I would not have done it anymore, since it fell apart from those who prepared it because of impatience. If a recipe doesn't fit, I delete it from the culinary notebook and forget about it. And if the recipe is normal, then it is prepared periodically. The casserole was among the first candidates to be cooked in a small dish. As well as omelettes with porridge.
Quote: lemusik

Svetul, it's not about volume, it's about diameter. Diameter 16 cm and 20 - the difference is rather big. The fact that Panas has a low saucepan is a fact. Moreover, in the new shallow, they generally show off - there is a saucepan in diameter as in 18 Panas. And the cartoon itself is like a five-liter ... Well, God will judge them. It's even cheaper ...

Well, now you can congratulate me too! Finally I bought it! My husband and I went to M-Video in the morning, getting ready to demand a discount. But no! Everything is cultural, the price tag has been changed, there is a bunch of such multicooker with a flag price tag separately, so our fighting spirit was not useful. I tell my husband: "Probably, they were preparing for our arrival." We took her in the morning, and she rolled in our car all day. My hands, of course, itched to get to her as soon as possible, but ... we went to my mother-in-law, and the mother-in-law is sacred. As a result, while that-behold, household chores still in the evening, I got to her closer to midnight. And now - Hurray !!! She finally took her rightful place.

I was surprised that there are more spoons from a baby than spoons from a 5-liter Brand. The larger ones are from the baby.
Now about the smell. When they were still opening in the store, the smell of plastic rushed into the nose ... well, I don't know what else. But not strong. I opened it at home, the smell, of course, didn't go anywhere. The bowl smelled and the cartoon itself inside. In general, everything is like everyone else: I washed it, set it to boil with lemon. But no one has photos of the first course - lemonade. Attention! Lemonade in the studio!
Multicooker Redmond RMC-01
When I opened it, there was very little condensation. The cartoon itself does not smell, the bowl will cool down, I will wash it, then I will smell it. While it smells like lemon.
It was unpleasantly surprised that the countdown began immediately, and not after boiling. So it's a boom to know and take into account. The amount of water under the steamer, almost to the top risk, boiled for about 20-25 minutes.
The lid opens immediately to the stop, you do not need to bring anything with your hands (Manna wrote that she had to work with her hands), so for me this is a plus.
The buttons on the lid and in general the control is convenient for me, only the opening button on the wall is still unusual, but I will not say that it is inconvenient.
As long as I like Putting on the morning already I will not, my head no longer understands. And then I will impose something wrong or not a drain, and then I will complain that it did not work out ...
I apologize for such a long post. Thank you to everyone who read to the end. Just emotions from meeting with the long-awaited are bursting, and with whom else to share, if not with you? And girls! Thanks to everyone who shares their experience (even the negative way), I am very interested with you!

That’s zhezh, current approvals are perceived, and I have a lot of unforgettable sensations from this pan (I’m like a marriageable bride in confusion, all such a mess) and a lot of food in the fridge. This saucepan knocked the whole steam out of my rhythm. Moreover, I know how to make friends and love them with all devices, and they feed me tasty and relaxed.
Well, okay, better in the morning about the good !!!!

In the evening I put corn porridge for 0.5 mst of cereals, 1.5 mst of milk and 1.5 mst of water. ( In fact proportions are not ice - liquid porridge - reduce liquids by 1 glass somewhere ). I put it on a delay for 6h30min. All night long I had a beam of light from the multi - like a lighthouse (this is so unusual).
I got up and immediately went to the saucepan - the green button was on - it was already on the heating for 25 minutes. I opened the lid - a lot of condensation poured onto the side, but the lid is clean, the bowl too - the porridge did not run and there was no hint of escape. (In the photo - I was already shaking her - checked for lice). It cooked perfectly, did not stick to the bottom - she moved the porridge with a spatula. But still not of the consistency that I need, but I cooked according to the recipe from this topic - Schaub for sure. I will leave it on heating for another 2-3 hours.

And such a thought came to me - maybe the ceramic coating should burn, as it were, or I don't even know how to say it, like to work in? I didn't have anything with a ceramic coating - no pans, no bowls. Maybe this is like a normal ceramic reaction? Because I just looked at the porridge - the bottom is clean - and in fact, with all the signs of sticking on the previous recipes, the porridge should have gotten stuck. And this did not happen. During the first preparations and then washing the bowl, there was a kind of slimy tactile sensation from the cover of the pan. And in the evening before the porridge when the soap was already there was no such thing, it was smooth to the touch (we can what washed off, so it stank and gave a sticking effect, such as a protective coating for the transport).

Svetlana, well, have you forgotten to wash a new bowl "with passion", and then boil a lemon in an entoy stinker?

I can't say that the smell from my little baby was strong. The smell was, but sensitive. And the bowl smelled really especially - some slightly sour smell, not plastic.

Well, actually, you have to adjust to EVERY new saucepan. After RedmondM11, Orson 5005, Panasonic10 and Brand 6060, I'm not surprised at all)))
The modes work in different ways, heating at different temperatures, different coating of pots, their proportions too ... And everything affects the result.

Today I cooked milk rolled oats for a pier.porridge "30 minutes, the heating turned out about two hours. It's thick for me (the proportions are like in Panisonka, the porridge is softer there). It means that there are either less flakes, or more liquid.
And heating here is stronger than in P10, it is noticeable.

And in all, there should be a difference in time, plus or minus, with correction for power and cooking characteristics. In Panasika I cooked mainly according to the recipe book the proportions of biscuits and porridge - pilaf. And there were no punctures. Good morning everyone! : bye: I, too, today already at 8-00 o'clock brought a multicooker! : o It smells like everyone else. (the bowl itself is paint, and, accordingly, a silicone ring). : - \ Boiled with lemon, now stands by the window, ventilates. I wonder if you can keep it on the windowsill? Or is the sun contraindicated for her? There is no place for her yet, poor thing.

Quote: gala10

I also have a slow cooker and a microwave oven on the window, on the sooooo sunny side. Of course, this is not at all useful for electronic components. I made sunscreens. I took half-window pieces of cardboard, pasted it over with foil on one side (to the street), and pasted it over with white foil on the other side (facing the kitchen). And she attached it to the frame with pieces of double-sided tape. And everything is great!

Stafa, Light, well, that's what we wrote about - she cooks porridge wonderfully.

I just tried boiled and steamed corn porridge - the little one cannot cook this porridge. I have never eaten such a tasteless porridge, if Panas cooked it like that, I would have thrown out this cereal and would never have cooked it again. Moreover, I had such a proportion in Panas - I write sclerosis on the refrigerator by the proportions of water and cereals. The groats are not boiled, they are not tasty. Throw your slippers now - but there is also a puncture. And nifiga is not a defective pots from me - it's just unfinished.

Vasilica I have been a maniac for more than 25 years on porridge, first I cooked in a milk cooker, then I tried to cook in Panas and the milk cooker went to the basement. I have a huge pastry experience and I can taste the joint in the porridge right away. ... And she seemed straightforwardly decent.

Shl. Thanks to everyone who helped sort out this pan. I will not spoil the idyll and delight anymore. I won't talk about this pot anymore, for me it no longer exists.

Svetlana, you should have bought the 02 model, it is more powerful and excellent cereals come out, and I also have a Panasonic, they have something to compare with))
Admin
Sveta, my mother still goes to the store to buy bread, to bring in fresh bread, buys a loaf, presses, and praises "how soft !!!!" And no matter what it is made of and is very cheap
It is a habit and a ritual since Soviet times - to buy "fresh bread" every day - and nothing can eradicate this habit at her age, NOTHING !!!
And she has a lot of such "habits"! This is already a warehouse of character, its essence, if you are used to one thing - this is already tight!

So it is with you! The habit of Panasonic remains, which means that everything that is prepared in it will be better and tastier!

And if you remove the Panasonic far, far away and put yourself in the condition that it is not there - there is only a baby!

Wash it again, sit down, drink some tea, and tell the baby "let's live together and be friends, you are my only one!"
And start life with her together, and not remember where, what, as it was before! Our devices that surround us are very sensitive to our attitude towards them !! It is a fact!

"I have a baby, period!"

Otherwise, you will disperse our whole company and the topic will close by itself, since there is no longer any desire to read your "pan screams", either do not go into the topic, or ignore it

We cook in the baby and share our experience, and we never scold the devices that help us in life - this is our motto!
lemusik
Anyut, well, you must agree that Sveta is also wrong.
The proportions for Panasonic are one, for Redmond - perhaps others. Cooking time, heating time.
In general, it is almost unreasonable to expect that multicooker of different models will cook in exactly the same way - each mode has its own algorithm, not only power. And of course, they differ for different multicooker.
I liked the porridge on the "baby food" more. And next time I will try to cook the rolled oats on this mode, and not on "mol. Porridge" It seems to me that it will be tastier, although and it was delicious today... I just know what could be EVEN better))). And I don't have the desire to "spank" the baby - I still remember very well how I "brought up" PanaSonka - by trial and error and careful analysis - what and how she does and how I can turn it in my direction.
In general, here you need to understand - what is the main task? Prove that the device is worthless or master it to such an extent that the result always meets expectations?

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01 - good cartoon!

Yes, Light, such a question: what time did you set? I mean, cooking time? Here in Panas I have such cereals as corn, wheat and yak boiled for TWO HOURS (stewed)
For a low-powered little one, I think it should be about the same. An hour and a half is a minimum.

Can I write my experience on corn porridge

my husband is a lover of corn porridge
and every time a bag of cereals drags
I used to cook it in Panas

and then somehow my husband bought a bag of cereals not the same as usual in large grains
but small

when trying to cook it in Panas using the usual method, it was all brewed in lumps
threw everything away
and then a baby appeared and I welded this forgotten grain of silt in it - the result is excellent
only my husband still likes corn from large cereals and me and my daughter from small
but the baby did not cope with barley - I laid everything on the Panas and forgot - I’ll go to the ready
but in the baby everything turned out to be not easy, but I didn’t grow old if my Panas specializes in barley

I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was to smell the cartoon. The bowl did not smell of anything, the cartoon itself smelled like that, but so quietly. I put it to cook in it, there was no smell when heated. Although yesterday, when the lemonade was brewing, the first 10-15 minutes the smell in the kitchen was, then it disappeared.
So, our first breakfast in the new cartoon.
Omelet... Fried onions, sausages and wild garlic on the "Steam" program.Filled with egg, beaten with milk, salt and spices. I put it on the "Baking" program. By default, the time was 1 hour and 20 minutes. I left it as it is. I decided that I would just drop by (because in the recipe book it is written to keep on "Pastry" for 1 hour, and this time confused me). After 15 minutes I looked in, it was not ready yet. After 25 minutes, the omelet rose, I sprinkled it with grated cheese and left it for another 5 minutes (though I overexposed it for another 5 minutes, the "ass" was slightly fried). It turned out delicious, it went up twice, but on the plate, of course, opal.

I thought that in the recipe book the time 1 hour is written taking into account that the baby is warming up for a long time, probably.

Orange charlotte. I would even call it "Solar", it is so light and bright inside.

The recipe took the same amount of sugar and the same amount of flour for 2 eggs, according to this advice:
Quote: Vasilica

If you are afraid for the first time, then there is such a good way. Take 3 identical glasses (glasses), break the eggs in the first one, and next to the other two glasses pour sugar and flour so that they are on the same level with the eggs.
2 slices of oranges and 1 orange zest. You could put 1-1.5 oranges, it tastes. I liked it so much, and my husband said that I had to put 1 orange (but asked for an additive) I put it in a greased bowl, the Baking program 1 hour 20 minutes.

One thing is bad, I haven't tried baby food today. I did not calculate the time with the pie, the child had to cook dinner on the stove.
And the pie turned out delicious.

I cooked wheat today on "baby food" for 2 hours, then it stood on heating for another 2 hours. Everything is well boiled (large wheat).

And I got to the porridge. For starters, I decided to do the same as in Brand did, for comparison. 1/4 mst rice + 1/8 mst millet + 1/8 mst corn grits, 2.5 mst milk. Milk porridge mode 50 min. Set the time as it was in Brand. As a result, the porridge stood a little, but not critical. One hundred thousand pizzas from millions of times already convinced that you must first read how the girls did, but no, first I do, then I read But I'm still happy. The first pancake turned out lumpy

Now I finally got to baby food. I put a piece of beef 70-80 g from the freezer. In 35 minutes, the meat was boiled, but, of course, still tough.

For baby food, you would need to take veal, the kidney part - it will be much softer.
And the time is very short 35 minutes, this is not a pressure cooker, and the power is low.
Try to change the meat and I would set the time as an hour - then it should turn out

Cook for health
Rick
Yes, that's right. I put the beef on for an hour, I just cut it in the process and wrote. And so she stood for an hour, plus I put vegetables there and for another hour. I cut the potatoes coarsely, as I did before, so it took a long time. I looked at the recipes, they cook potatoes for half an hour. Then I chopped everything with a blender. So there is enough for the child.

Happy Easter! Yesterday I made Easter cake in a multicooker. On the program, the yoghurt stood in the proofer, rose well, then kneaded it and again for an hour in the proofer, then immediately turned on the baking program and went shopping, arrived already three hours later, it was already heated for about an hour and a half. A little browned but the texture and taste are great! I can't paste a photo from my iPad, I don't copy the link

Hello again everyone! I haven't been there for a week and have already written so much! So I want (who will be interested) to tell how my baby moved the road from 1200 to one and 1200 back! True, I did not take pictures, since it was cold, the children did not freeze! The photo will be when we go to 3200 - everything will be different there!
The equipment is as follows: the battery in the car is 65, the converter is 1200. The multicookut was connected through an extension cord, the voltage during the head in motion was 13.6.The only thing that turned off when stopped or drove in a traffic jam, as the voltage dropped to 12.4. She did not cook delights, but just buckwheat with sausage or with cutlets (I cooked and freezed at home), warmed up various children's food, just water for washing and tea! I kept it on my knees - not hot, comfortable to hold. Easy to wash! There was nothing in the car, nothing sparked! The machine and the multicooker endured the journey with dignity! Variety has become a tourist menu for children and us! We didn’t stop by the dining room on the way - everyone ate only from what was with them!

---
And also, about the bowl - in nature I did not stand on ceremony with it, and in the car the same, I need to warm it up, then I put it right in the bowl of the jar - no scratches, no chips!

Mar_k, I would like to know in more detail about how the cartoon works in the car: the make of the car, the brand of the converter, since we are going to go with the child.

Car brand Great Wall Safe; photo converter on 25 pages (already shown) it is not cheap about 4 thousand, like another MV. About children: there are three of them (1 g, 3 g and 11 years old and husband.), Big children ate everything. I cooked buckwheat (I immediately took a clean portioned one, it was not necessary to wash it, it was enough for everything to eat 3 bags of times). I also took the same rice, but did not have to cook it. While we were driving, buckwheat was being prepared. MV was on my knees, did not float during the head, cooked on the Milk porridge mode for 30 minutes, and when I was ready, I put the sausages in a double boiler and they reached (took frozen cutlets on the way back) So the head process was continuous from driving. And I warmed up the food for the crumbs so much that yogurt, curd, that just burn water for porridge. Everything was prepared quickly. Especially when we were driving into the night, by the morning we needed porridge - they turned on a jar of porridge on Steam and it warmed up (by the way, it warms up faster than an auto warmer for children's food) and keeps the very thing warm. I took with me an impromptu refrigerator for dairy products.
It was an experiment, the main test with three one-time preparation will be in June, when we go to Altai, as much as 3000 km, there will be a photo.
And also, we decided that we would buy a new battery for 75 (now at 65), since it is possible to cook normally with it in traffic jams, the voltage will not drop.
Mar_k
I tried to make fermented baked milk in it, as I wrote in the recipe on the first page, but only 5% milk. So, I put it on stewing and it started to boil very much and jump out of the valve, I put it on Baby food, but whatever I wanted, it didn't work, only baked milk.
And dairy products based on Lactin sourdoughs are just - they turned out wonderful, only milk this time 3.2

Hello, (I'm not afraid of this word) Like-minded people!
My desire to acquire a manunu finally got stronger, and yesterday it happened!
My first "toy", Fields 517, was too big for some dishes, so I decided to take a little helper!
But (!) I already got used to the handles on Paul's bowl.
Today I cooked pilaf in manyun according to the recipe book ... By the way, I pre-fried onions and carrots in the "steam" mode for 30 minutes. It turned out great, the rice is in the right condition, crumbly and stubborn!

Here is my pilaf

What about the recipe?

Taki from the recipe book !!! (which was attached to the manune p. 152) did not add kari, kumin (zira) was obligatory! otherwise it's not pilaf !!!

Most importantly, if the rice is not steamed, rinse it thoroughly!

PS: I forgot to say that I didn't turn it off right away, I was busy. Pilaf stood on heating for 30 minutes! So 1 hour, IMHO, will not be enough! Next time I will put 1:20.

Quote: lifans

Girls, what kind of rice did you take for pilaf, so that rice to rice?

This time I took steamed rice, didn't wash it!
And when I cooked for the first time in the Field, I took a long-grain one, rinsed it a couple of times, but the result was not very ...
It turned out gummy.
Then, having worked on different forums, I realized the truth - to get PLOV from long-grain rice (and even polished, and people cook from this !!!), you need to "wash it 20 times, until absolutely clear water!" (from)

------------------------

So - I had difficulty picking out a bowl from a manuni. She twisted in front of her with a towel until she miraculously picked it up ...
Tell me plz how you do it?

Quote: lifans

NikSV I have no problems getting the bowl out - I take out the bowl with a towel (it has high sides, it's easy to pick up)

Quote: lifans

Girls, tell me how you fry in steam mode - without water, just grease the bottom with oil and fry it and that a golden color is obtained

Yes! without water, in vegetable oil! I tried it on baked goods, but it seemed to me longer for that volume of onions and carrots, which is in the recipe
Natalishka
I cooked pilaf today, well, I liked it very much (rice to rice). The recipe is such - chopped one chicken leg. I scolded a carrot and one onion. She poured sunflower oil into the bowl and put the ham, carrots and onions there. Salted, put spices (cumin, paprika) and mixed everything. I turned on the baking mode for 30 minutes. In the middle of the mode, I opened the lid and mixed. After turning off the mode, I added 1.5 mst of rice to the bowl and poured 3 mst of hot water. I added a few cloves of garlic. Mixed again. Turned on the rice-cereal mode for 45 minutes. It turned out to be four normal portions. I'm happy with the little mule. True, the double boiler is very shallow in depth, you need to think of something. I wanted to boil the testicles, but the lid doesn’t close, and we don’t sell the smaller testicles. And in steel, everything is fine. Recommend!

I took long-grain rice from PASSIM. I took it from the MAGNET store. Production Russia.

I will complain a little ... I cooked manti in a double boiler, in parallel with Panas (in small 3, in large 5). I'll make a reservation right away - I made the dough in a bread maker and it was soft, although I then mixed flour with my hands.
So that's it. In the baby's steamer, the holes are large, and my mantochka in these places "leaked" (but not all!), And in the big Panas the holes are smaller (or rather, they are like oblong cracks), everything remained intact there. Lubricated equally.
And, as already noted, in Redik, the countdown went immediately, and not after boiling, I did not take this into account right away, I had to add more time (I poured it hot, but it still took 10 minutes for the water to boil in the cartoons).
In general, it is better to make the dough more abruptly, and the mantle bottom is thicker.

Quote: lifans

LudMila or mantas to make big ones, so that they lie between the holes, cartoon then baby
Quote: valushka-s

the main thing is that the baby cooks well, and you can put a small piece of foil in the double boiler, often pierced with a toothpick, so that the steam can freely penetrate!
Quote: Mar_k

I would not say that she is small, 5 full of valuable homemade cutlets are included! And the dumplings did not jump through the holes and nothing fell out of them (from the dumplings). So that suits me.
Quote: Marusya

I also cook in a steam basket on foil, pierce with a fork.

Girls! And who does how? The display is on all the time, is it on all the time, or are you pulling it out of the socket? Or is there some kind of magic button that I didn't find? Personally, this constant burning is annoying.
By the way, my screen is light gray.

Quote: Mar_k

I push it out of the socket all the time, otherwise it shines so brightly - at night and the light does not need to be turned on - annoying

I have a pilot for multicooker, HP and AF (which is used regularly) with buttons at each outlet. Here I also press this button.

Oh, I've already made very, very good friends with her! She already cooks for me more often than the big one. Very convenient size for one serving. And for the children's portion too. Now I put on the orange charlotte again, we really liked it. Very convenient size for a cake for two. And then, sometimes, you bake a big one, but it is already with difficulty that you eat it up.In general, I am very, very happy! By lunchtime, I will probably master the porridge in it.

The girls will die, my casserole was sucked into the steam valve, and after turning off the multi. I turned it off and left it to cool with the lid closed, I come and think to pull it out, but the lid does not open, I got scared, and so I opened it with force, and there it is !!! And then my casserole fell, damn it. It was necessary to open the lid and keep it open ((and it turned red perfectly, it turned out to be tanned))
Well, nothing, the first pancake is lumpy)) Yes, nothing stuck to the bowl.

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01
In general, and not so much and fell)) well, tanned came out !!!

That kind of when the program ended, then it was up to the last mark, and then standing turned off, it was sucked into the valve, it was sucked))
I almost died laughing))
And the casserole itself came out yummy))

Large-volume millet milk porridge, usually cooked in Panasonic, also turned out well, only it is better not to keep it heated for a long time, it is more active than in Panas. I have proportions for millet, corn, wheat 1 MS + a glass up to the 40 mark for 600 ml of milk + 400 ml of water, or in half. The porridge is thick.
We should try to bake honey biscuit. In Panasonic it is perfect, let's see how the baby will turn out

And here is my lunch. As I was going to, I cooked herculean porridge. 0.5 mst. hercules, 1.5 mst. milk. Milk porridge mode 40 min. At first I set it for 30 minutes, when I squeaked, it seemed that the consistency was watery for my taste and the oatmeal was not even a bit ready. Added another 10 minutes. Here's the result:

Good evening everyone!

I would like to recommend the oatmeal cake with dried apricots. (the meaning / principle of the pie is like Vasilika from April 11, 2013, 17:39 "Oatmeal muffins with cinnamon").
I took the recipe on the Zelmer website, where you can download the entire recipe book - I recommend it. The recipes are not complicated, but very good. delicious, only for our babies you need to halve them !!! (satsivi there - lick your fingers)
I cooked this oat cake several times in the Field, although after the first time I modified it "for myself". It seemed to me that there is somehow a lot of sourness on kefir and the smell of kefir is intrusive (I honestly don't like it).

So, I give a recipe for manunecs (half dosage from the original).

- Oatmeal - 0.5 cups (I have "Extra");
- Milk - 0.5 cups;
- Eggs - 1 piece;
- Oat flakes (not soaked, or wheat bran) - 2 tbsp. l .;
- Sugar 1/4 cup;
- Flour - 0.5 cups;
- Salt - 1/4 tsp;
- Baking powder - 0.5 sachet (photo below);
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 tbsp. l .;
- Dried apricots - 100 gr.;
- Walnuts - 100 gr.

The process itself:
(pictures "Preview - click-to-enlarge")
Pour the oatmeal with milk and leave to swell while we do the rest of the preparations.

Meanwhile, I cut the washed dried apricots and put them in a small amount of flour and then roll the chopped dried apricots in flour.
Ge on the forums read such a recommendation (though about raisins). This is done so that the "berries" in the batter do not settle to the bottom, but are distributed evenly!

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01

This time I decided to add some dried kiwi

Now kneading:

Egg, sugar, salt, baking powder (you can add vanilla sugar) and beat with a mixer until "fluffy" mass.

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01

Add soaked cereals, beat, add flour, beat, add dry cereals, beat, add butter, stir well.
Add dried fruits, stir evenly.

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01

Multicooker Redmond RMC-01

I put it on "Baking" at 1:30 (preliminary), upon readiness (if I add time) - unsubscribe!

No need to add time !!!

It turned out so glorious and does not settle
