Polish gooseberry pie

Ingredients

premium wheat flour 300 grams
sugar 160 grams
eggs c-0 3 pieces
natural yoghurt 230 gram
odorless vegetable oil 125 ml
vanillin 1 gram
baking powder 2 level teaspoons
soda 1/2 teaspoon
gooseberry 200 grams
round or square shape 25 cm

Cooking method

  • Put baking soda in yogurt, stir and leave for 5 minutes. Add butter and eggs. Stir with a fork, a little, without fanaticism.
  • Put sugar, vanillin and baking powder in flour, mix. Pour into yoghurt mixture, stir gently with a spatula
  • Pour the dough into a mold, spread the gooseberries on top
  • Polish gooseberry pie
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 50-60 minutes. Willingness to test with a stick.
  • Remove from oven. Cool slightly. Get out of the mold. I pulled it up onto a plate. Cool completely on a wire rack or towel so that the bottom does not get damp.

Sorry, Lenusik, but I could not do without replacements.
Instead of premium flour, I took 1 s and CZ (mixed approximately 70/30)
Instead of ordinary yogurt, I put drinking, sweet, with raspberries, but overstrained (I regretted throwing it away.)
Instead of sugar: erythritol 40 g and Fitparad 10 - 2 packs.
Eggs - 3 pcs, but C1.
Butter put 100 gr.
I forgot the baking powder altogether!

But everything worked out and is awesomely delicious!
