okay, just boasting:
Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909
Multicooker Stadler Form Chef One SFC.909

I will say that the multicooker thinks a lot. I did everything according to the recipe, though apparently I had more meat, much ...
and the liquid that I filled in was naturally not enough and the cartoon for 5 minutes after the "extinguishing" program was turned on swore at me and turned off. I had to add water, sour cream. and then she agreed to the volume and began to stew. oh what!
Manna
I didn't understand something Water when stewing meat? Xun, Irish, do you also add water to the multicooker when stewing meat? Or is it Stadler's specialty?

there, according to the recipe, the meat is pre-fried in a hot frying pan and as soon as a golden crust forms, pour in 1 tablespoon of flour and mix quickly. then throw it in the cartoon, where a fried onion with mushrooms is already waiting for us. of course there is no liquid at all and you need to add

During the day I stewed potatoes with meat, I did not pour any liquid at all. There was only juice from the meat.

Dear Nadezhda, I will repeat the question about the temperature once again, what is it in the "heating" mode?

About 70C

If meat + onion, then I add water (about 501 we are now Yes?). And if, in addition to meat, there are also juicing vegetables, then I can do without water at all. Maybe she turned off from overheating? After all, the onions were fried in it before? And when the "extinguishing" was switched on, the bowl was still very hot, did not have time to cool down to the extinguishing temperature and turned off. Can this be?

Before extinguishing, I turned off the cartoon altogether, there was really little liquid for this volume. Added and everything became ok.

Dear StadlerForm, I REPEAT YOUR QUESTION, is it possible to cook French fries in a large amount of oil (1-1.5 liters) in the "Fry" mode? Is it possible to use a metal deep fryer basket, will the bowl cover be damaged?

Can I speculate for now? How many temperatures do fryers usually give out? If 150-155 * is enough, then it is probably theoretically possible. And how long will the saucepan take to heat 1-1.5 liters of oil? Hour? More? And is it worth subjecting the multicooker bowl to such tests: such a strong heating of the oil and the use of a metal basket. I would regret my slow cooker. But that's my personal opinion. Maybe Nadezhda thinks differently.

In this situation, you will probably have to take REDMOND RMC-M70. Although I really liked Stadler.

Karabashow often and how much do you eat fries?

A couple of three times a quarter.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @

A couple of three times a quarter.

Then maybe you can get a small (max per 1 liter of oil, maybe less) deep fryer? Or do you already have it?
Although I washed mine to white more than a year ago, I never got it. I make French fries in an airfryer with 1 tbsp. l. butter for 400-500 grams of potatoes. Whether from a deep fryer or from an airfryer, the potatoes remain crispy for the first 7-10 minutes, then soften. So why waste so much oil. Think about it.
By the way, did anyone see any real fries in Redmond? I know about the presence of a basket. But did anyone cook?
vernisag
I believe that if you like fries, you need to buy a deep fryer separately. Why spoil the multicooker, of any company ...?

And why spoil, in Redmond you can buy a stainless steel bowl and cook. There are not enough places in the kitchen to buy a fryer separately. My wife doesn't allow buying a multicooker anyway, but I also want to buy a Dopleta smokehouse.

Nadezhda, but you can write an algorithm for the program "Plov".
I cooked pilaf 2 times, and each time after a beep (1:15 in duration), the program does not turn off and continues to work, although the actually programmed time has passed and there is no need to finish the pilaf any more.
auntyirisha
Hope, thanks for the answer. I join Natalia's question about pilaf: after the end of the program, she continues to cook, and where else, the crust is already very fried. Plov, by the way, was made from chicken - it turned out very tasty: nyam: I didn't even expect it! I couldn't do that on the stove!

I haven't encountered such a problem before, I'll try to figure it out.

As for the bread maker, the design was developed by Morphy Richards, this is indicated both on the box and on the sticker on the device itself. It's just that this model is supplied to the Russian market under the Stadler Form brand.

I see that you and the Brand multicooker have 37501, which of these 2 is better? Which one do you like to cook in? And is it possible to cook yogurt in it or does the temperature regime not provide for this?
auntyirisha
Nadezhda, thanks, I will wait for an answer on "pilaf", but I think it's the same on the question of a detailed description of the programs.
auntyirisha
Looked and added more time. And, well, at least shower me with tomatoes, I don't see the "symptoms" of 3D heating: after 45 minutes even the walls of the casserole are pale, the top gurgles. I will continue to watch.

45 minutes is very little. 60 minutes is the minimum
auntyirisha
I ruined the casserole - the slow cooker is to blame only for overcooking the bottom in a little over an hour. My mistake: the cottage cheese is too fatty + instead of making it according to my recipe, I soaked the semolina in homemade sour cream, the result is ooooooooo fatty, creeping casserole with a slightly burnt bottom. In short, if I eat I'll become fat and beautiful. Next time I'll take it into account. As luck would have it, I ran out of napkins, there is nothing to blot it with

Yes, both are very good, each in its own way, but if a more functional and yogurt program is needed, then Brand is better for you.

Nuuuu, I really like the soup program, the risotto program, the milk porridge sensory program for your proportions is very suitable and cooks in 30 minutes. I really like the casserole, so solid, heavy and the quality of the whole multi. And if she doesn’t you, you’ll decide for yourself.

Good day to all!

I used this forum incognito, choosing a bread maker for my wife (I chose Panasonic, which both the wife and I are happy about). Now it's time to choose a multicooker and my choice falls, apparently, on the Stadler Form. At the moment, there is no way to see this thing live (but in April, being at one exhibition, I already had the honor of examining this miracle outwardly), therefore, I am concerned about one question that cannot be solved by searching on the Internet, nowhere in the specifications are the external dimensions indicated. Do not consider it for work, dear young ladies - regulars of this place, tell me the width, height, depth of this product and who can tell if the models differ in external dimensions: SFC.909 and SFC.919

Thanks in advance for your attention and kindness to answer my question ...
StadlerForm
Good day! Dimensions of multicooker
SFC.909 - 36 * 28.5 * 22.5 - 4l
SFC.919 - 36 * 28.5 * 24 - 5l

The only difference is in height.

Multi-cook - I understood when you can set the degrees and time yourself, is there no such thing?
vernisag
So girls, I explain the pilaf program, what I understood. Anyone who knows how to make pilaf will understand, in principle, this very clever program at once. When pilaf is cooked in a cauldron, at the end of cooking it is stirred, fire is added and fried, so that it is more ruddy and crumbly. So here is the same thing, at the end of the program, the multicooker emits a signal but does not turn off, adds (as it seemed to me) the temperature and fries. And with a signal she calls you to open the lid and stir the pilaf. She fries it for about five minutes, then the program turns off and goes into heating. A very good thought-out program! In other cartoons, I always myself at the end turned on frying or baking and fried pilaf. This MV does everything by itself.

Eugene, even judging by the buttons on the control panel, there is no temperature setting anywhere, unfortunately. But the Manual mode is in Brand 37501

I ask for help: I was thinking of making a risotto today, but in the store there is some kind of parmigiano cheese - is this parmesan? But a piece costs 425r. I decided to ask again, put the risotto aside for now: (I made a honey cake, baked, but a little condensation dripped into the very middle.

Irin I don't know about cheese, but I also dripped on the muffins, but it was heated. Maybe that's why.
auntyirisha
No, I was on guard, I did not stand on the heating, I was afraid to overcook, because the cakes are baked very quickly in the oven, and then I immediately dumped everything into a saucepan, the bottom was overcooked, hard, but baked.
irman
Why is the bottom overcooked? I had a normal cupcake.
auntyirisha
For my taste, she overcooks the bottom a little, I don't know, maybe it should have been baked for less than 1 hour, but if the cake is baked in the oven for 3 minutes. In general, I have a complex recipe for a honey cake, I spent a very long time practicing the technique of its preparation, I was looking for flour to make it easier to work, today I baked one at the request of the classical method, and another one in a multicooker. The taste is different, I don't even know why, I kneaded the dough all at once.

of course in it! according to the recipe from the book, but in general I like tasty potatoes
auntyirisha
I clean, cut into a bowl into slices (according to the recipe for 5 large or 10 small potatoes), there is a little olive oil, seasoning for potatoes (I have a potato dish), salt, mix well, pour into a slow cooker, for an hour on "baking", in 30 min. mix. you can add cheese at the end.

Well ... vapshchet, all multicooker do it ... the current that there is no signal ... but they all fry for 5-6 minutes at the end on modes such as "Pilaf", "Rice", "Express", etc. And this time is shown on the display with a countdown.

By the way, does the crust turn out to be fried on pilaf because of the intense frying at the end?
