Tula gingerbread from a multicooker

Ingredients

Honey 150 g
Vegetable oil 60 g
Sugar (multi-glass for dough + 4 tablespoons for syrup)
Flour 2 multi-glasses
Egg 2 pcs.
Baking powder sachet
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp (If not dry, it doesn't matter! I rubbed fresh on a grater! It is he who gives the main taste)
Nutmeg 1 tsp
Jam (cranberry) I used leftover jam. The main thing is that it does not exist with large factions.
Water 2 tbsp. l. for syrup

Cooking method

  • 1. Combine honey, sugar and vegetable oil in a saucepan, bring to a boil, cool
  • 2. Beat eggs with a whisk
  • 3. Add 1 multi-glass flour to the eggs (it will be thick, do not be alarmed)
  • 4. Add honey mixture to eggs with flour and add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
  • 5. Pour in the remaining flour with baking powder. Stir well
  • 6. Pour the dough into a greased multicooker bowl. We bake the gingerbread in the Baking mode (I have 40 minutes). When ready, remove the bowl from the multicooker, let it stand for 15 minutes and remove the gingerbread using the steam grill. Cool down. (After cooking, I took the gingerbread out of the bowl and turned it over with the steam grill on the side that was on top. In order to achieve the result of blush on both sides)
  • 7. Cut the cake into 2 parts, coat the bottom cake with jam, cover with the second
  • 8. Prepare the syrup. For this, 4 tbsp. l. sugar and 2 tbsp. l. Bring water to a boil and cook for a couple of minutes. Cool and water the gingerbread.
  • Top can be decorated with coconut flakes.
  • Have a nice tea!

Vei
Sergei, and is it more like a gingerbread or is it a gingerbread? What is the density of the raw dough and the finished product?
crayz
Not that 100% Tula. The dough is dry. But the impregnation does its job.

They would call this gingerbread Sergeyevsky, that would be understandable. And so mislead the name "Tula".

Hello!
I have a few questions about the recipe:
1. Baking powder - sachet.
How many grams of baking powder are in your sachet? There are different bags: 5 g, 10 g, 15 g, 20 g.
2. Sugar, flour - multi-glasses.
How many milliliters is your multicooker glass?

And another question: how thick should the dough be? How very thick pancake or like thick / thin sour cream?
Thank you.
crayz
variety, Baking powder one and a half teaspoons, multi-glass - 160 ml., The final dough is slightly thicker than for the pancakes. But it poured into the bowl very well. If you have any questions, write.
variety
