Read a few pages above - we had the same problem. We decided to decrease the amount of liquid.

Yes, you do not need to go "a few pages back" - you need to read the Basics of Baking to understand the meaning of what you are recommended to do, and not just add / subtract.

The fact of the matter is that I have repeatedly studied all the topics related to kneading dough, measuring units, koloboks! Already a mess in my head from all the information read, a bunch of counter questions after reading! Here! Of course, I understand that you are already tired of answering monotonous and "stupid" questions for an hour, well, excuse me, I did not want to strain you! As for this topic, it seemed to me that I found just as many answers to my questions here!

I know from myself - first porridge! But then with experience, you begin to understand the meaning, you observe everything more, and you have a desire to read everything anew, but with a completely different meaning.

If you have questions - ask them directly in the topic, where it is not clear - we will understand

Good evening everyone! ) Once again I studied some of the theoretical information on the forum and got down to business. And in my opinion the bread turned out. I baked 750 g and 450 g white bread and honestly love the small loaves, they are so delicious! In principle, I did everything according to the recipe from the instructions for cotton, only I increased the amount of flour a little (by the way, the electric scales are really a good thing!)! It seems that I managed to master the technique of 'kolobok', it is not difficult, but it requires flair, patience and skill! Oh, girls, I was so fired up with the idea of learning how to bake delicious bread that I baked bread in my sleep! In a word, I like this cotton, I do not regret purchasing it.

recipe from the fan book that came with ...

French bread

Ingredients 750 g
1 cup water
Oil 1 1 / 2h. l.
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1, 1 / 8h l.
Wheat flour 3 cups
Yeast 1, 1 / 8h. l.

Ingredients 900g.
1, 1/3 cup water
Oil 2 tsp.
Sugar 2, 2/3 tbsp. l.
Salt 1, 1 / 2h. l.
Wheat flour 4 cups
Yeast 1, 1 / 2h. l.

Program "French bread" ("French").
Tip: after the beep, you can add 1-2 tbsp. l. finely chopped olives, chopped nuts, cheese, or dried herbs.
kneaded for 750 gr .... oh! and immediately the question ... and in Binetoshe 2196 you can bake 750 or is it a recipe for another model ??? I turned on the French bread mode right now and the default program is an average crust of a roll of 900 gr ..

in general, I ran around the forum and found an approximate bread .. there the author says that "nobody canceled the fairy tale about the kolobok !!!!" I read it on time for the second batch I added almost 6 tablespoons of water .. the bun turned out to be handsome .. the dough was well touched .. now baking is in progress ... I think here, in this recipe, more water is needed right away ...

I don’t leave bread at all on heating, this makes the crust thicker than necessary.
But in the case of disabling HP earlier, I can leave it in HP for the same 5-10 minutes, sort of like getting there. But the main thing is that in this case the bread does not become damp. I hope not confused

Good evening girls! I see you here bake pastries (charlotte) in a bitoshka, I also really love baking, but for some reason my daughter stopped loving baked goods with fillings, so I decided to bake in a bitoshka something in between bread and pie, it tasted like a huge bun , please do not judge strictly, since I am a novice baker, her daughter cracked with jam with a bang!
I baked 2 x 450 gr., On "sweet bread", the buns rose almost to the very lid of the bitoshka! If desired, of course, you can add nuts, raisins or other filler to the buns, it seems to me that it will be even tastier with it!

Good evening .
Yesterday I became the owner of the Binaton BM 2196W bread machine. I've always had Alaska, I was just delighted with it, but it broke - a bucket flowed and the shaft broke. I studied baking in Alaska, and when it came time to choose something else, I wanted something special. Therefore, we chose Binaton with 2 buckets and a "home baker", although I still don't know whether I need it or not. I really liked the first 2 rolls, but it is unusual for me that the roll is long and kneaded with 2 knives.
While I'm happy with her.
Here is a photo of today's bread:

Tomorrow I want to experiment with double buckets, but for now I am studying this topic.
For me, it became a little problematic to translate from cups into grams, not familiar.
At one time I was advised here to measure in grams, it turned out to be more convenient than cups! And in small buckets I like to bake even more, the breads are very appetizing!

Now actively rummaged in the net. You can safely buy chocolate drops or chop it yourself with a knife from a bar of chocolate, but not from milk, but bitter. It is more refractory or something.

I couldn't think of it.
For some breads, it is advisable to use a spatula to knead the dough. But I still advised using not this standard plastic spatula, but a silicone one. It is softer and will not damage the coating of the bucket 100%.

Thanks for the answer, at first I thought that it was for these purposes, but I tried to put it in an empty form and after that I had doubts about its use, it is too thick and clumsy. And I use a small wooden thin spatula for mixing.

No, unfortunately there are no such programs for 2169. And you cannot program it, since the proofing time equal to 0 is not provided.
I just turn on the kneading ("Dough", for example) and when everything is mixed - "Baking".
However, lately I have been stirring the cupcakes with a mixer - it turns out more airy. And if you are too lazy to drive the oven, I bake in a two-bucket form. 2 cute cupcakes come out. One even lives to cool down uncut ...

How long does it take to bake a 450 g cottage cheese dessert?

I did something like that. Then I mixed the flour with my hands. Something was wrong with him, I did not begin to figure out what. I did not repeat the experiment anymore, I do it according to a proven recipe.

Hello!
This is my first time on this forum and I have a question right away.
Today I was presented with a Binaton 2169, I have not yet taken it out of the box - but I noticed that the lid is very flimsy attached to the body, goes to and fro and does not close with any latch. This is normal? It just seems to me that in any technique the parts should not walk with a shaker ...
I still doubt it, because a month ago they gave me a Binaton multicooker-bread maker and we had to return it because of a marriage, the bread was not baked. It turned out that this is a marriage of the whole party and Binaton recalls the whole party back.
So I don't know what to do - to return the bread maker right away or try it?
What do you advise?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
The lid in Binatone 2169 has a slight backlash - this is normal. And there are no latches for the lids in the bread makers.

Christ is Risen, Binatonovody!
Well, now about the mundane ... More than once or twice I got into trouble, even clearly following the recipe. There may be many reasons for this, but in my case there is only one - I did not know what and how long my HP was doing at each stage of each program. How long is it short, but I overcame my laziness and lost all the programs on my 2169th binatosha. Not extremely important, but my notes on this may be helpful.
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169
I can add the following to this table ...
My binatosha was bought a year ago. It has a not very high-quality external plastic (burrs on the edges), a glitch for the "BAKING", "HOME BAKER" program at the "baking" stage, the inscriptions above the display are confused (time dependence on weight), on the "timer" button the letter "y" has a bourgeois writing ... But at the same time, she serves me regularly and reliably for all the points declared by the manufacturer. And for that I appreciate her and even love her.
What can be said about the case ...many programs are similar, so, I think, we need to throw the ratsuha to the manufacturer - remove unnecessary programs and expand the programming capabilities (very scarce).
Every 1 batch begins with a three-minute period, in which the mixer rotates "every other time".
At the 2nd batch, exactly in the middle of the program stage, a sound signal sounds.
At the last minute of the 2nd growth, several rotations are made "every other time", as if collecting the dough into a bun.
I played all programs at 900g.
The GRAIN program discouraged me. The total time and the sum of times for each of the stages do not match. Lost twice, does not match.
Do you have an opinion on this? I will chat with pleasure
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
buselnurka , what are you clever !!!! : bravo: We did such a gigantic job. There was also an idea to make such a plate (the manufacturer refused such data, our members of the forum have already contacted), but there is still not enough time. Thank you very much. Now I will print it, and I will be guided even more in the programs of my HP.

Hello, I also want to buy such a stove, tell me, what is the quality of the plastic, does it smell too much?
buselnurka
It smelled like the first baked goods, and even then not plastic. But the plastic itself at my edges is not fully processed, or something ... I wanted something smoother. But this does not affect the quality of baked goods.
Alenka2210
Doesn't smell like plastic. You just need to wipe a new one inside with a damp cloth, then turn on the empty bread maker without a bucket to mode 8 "Baking" for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn off the program with the "START / STOP" button and wipe the inside with a damp cloth again. If desired, after cooling, you can turn on the empty oven again without a bucket for 10 minutes for "Baking".

And this model is very convenient, because you can bake 2 loaves at the same time according to different recipes. For example, white wheat bread and wheat-rye or plain white and white bread with additives: oatmeal, olives, etc.

She became the owner of this miracle stove on April 13, 2012. I quickly figured out the instructions and started to bake. Bread made me happy from the first baking. But the smell of plastic when baking was very annoying. Moreover, all the household members felt only the smell of the bread being baked, and I felt this additional chemical smell. To be honest, this made it difficult for me to rejoice at the success in the process of mastering the stove. Therefore, I inform all beginners to operate the stove: in about a week, the smell of plastic will cease to bother even the most sniffers. Enjoy your shopping. And she bakes wonderful bread. I had never baked bread before. And somehow it didn't work out with the dough. And I can't believe that this bread is mine:
