Alexander, do we have recipes for a double bucket here?
into small buns or count yourself?
Even I haven't used double for a long time ..
anavi
Zena, Zhenya, just now I saw the question - if it is still relevant, of course. I constantly bake black bread from PalmP, for example, this one https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=173235.0 - boyar, in 2 small buckets - gorgeous bread, only I bake equally wheat and rye flour - 125 g each, and any liquid 190 ml, the rest is as in the recipes.
Zena
yeah actual ...
Thank you!!!

Hello everybody. I'm new here. Bought a 2169 bread maker 3 days ago, oh ... it's difficult with recipes, proportions, and so on ..
Tell me the recipe for rye-wheat or wheat-rye bread. Interested in a recipe from Admin for such bread, where can I find the recipe
Admin
To start here Gingerbread man made from wheat-rye flour (master class)

And about all the koloboks you can see here CONTENTS OF THE SECTION "BASICS OF KNEADING AND BAKING"

I baked bread samples for this model at the very beginning of the topic - look carefully The instructions for this model are well-written recipes, you can take from there, I baked them at the beginning of the topic

Hello everyone! I'm new - take me to your flock. There is a question - is it possible to bake bread in only one tray in a 2-bucket tray?
Admin
Come in and bake some bread!

You can also use one of the two ovens.
Or you can bake two at once: wheat and wheat-rye

Admin! Thank you! Sorry for the delay in answering. Now a question for Svetlana (cvt). How did you get the dry noodles after making the noodle dough.

Nuuu ... I rolled it out, cut it and dried it on a pallet on a radiator, as usual, homemade noodles are dried
tocha
Thank you for your prompt response! I'll try to do it. And I also have a Dryer, you can probably use it too ?!

Yes, now I also dry on the dryer. But in winter it turns out more economically on the battery)))

As a gift to you - two of my standard breads in a two-bucket form

In each bucket:
- one multicooker glass (160-170 ml) of liquid,
- 5 grams of live yeast
- 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Then the differences:

1) 0.5 tbsp. l. malt
2) 1 tbsp. l. milk powder, 1 tsp. melange (egg powder)

1) 1 glass of baked rye flour
2) 1 baked glass of 1st grade flour

1) 3 tbsp. spoons of semolina
2) 5 tbsp. spoons of bran, any flakes

1) ~ 0.3 cups of 1st grade flour, add a little until very soft, but still kolobok
2) ~ 0.3 cups of premium flour, add a little to a normal kolobok.

1) 1 tbsp. cumin (knead in a mortar)
2) 2 tbsp. l. flax grains. Or whatever else you want

1) 1.5 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
2) 1 tbsp. l. soft butter (or margarine)

Salt 0.7 tsp. in each bucket

Mode Whole grain bread, 2 loaves, medium crust

I warn you right away - rye will not rise much, but it will be delicious. The bran will rise better, but if the dough is softened, the roof will drop a little. But again, delicious.

Good luck.

cvt Guard !!!!!! I put in the noodle dough. It turns out VERY cool. What am I supposed to do???

Good day!

I post my first experiments in this bread maker. I ask for your criticism and corrections.
I made Italian bread in a double form - 450 gr. and Soft bread - about 375 grams (the recipe was 750 grams, counted in half).

Italian bread.
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169

Italian cutaway
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169

Soft Bread Recipe - is it any white bread? Or something else, tell me.Are Italian and Soft modes the same? My Binosha has Italian ultra fast and Soft basic. So? Or something I didn’t understand. I baked Italian on an ultra-fast setting. It turned out not bad

Hello everyone. I have had a Binatone BM-2169 bread maker for 3 years now - a hard worker, she never fails in baking. I want to praise her for that. It always bakes well and there has never been any burnt bread. Feel free to purchase it. Its main advantage for me is mode 7- "Dough". Kneads different dough with Hurray! Therefore, I do not use other modes yet. Yesterday I baked "Boyarsky" and "Stolichny" bread from our site on sourdough. At first, mode 7, then she simply left the dough alone in the bread maker for several hours until the dough increased by 1.5-2 times. And then mode 8 - "Baking" and everything worked out. Thank you very much girls for your bread recipes. The sourdough bread turns out to be softer than yeast, tastier and more aromatic. I can't show a photo of my bread, I lost my equipment when I moved.

Nicoletta, If there is no authorized service, then nowhere, alas. Something similar to the Moulinex OW 6002 bucket. MAY FIT with minor alterations.
sakura_branch
guys, tell me what to do? I lost one blade from the Binatone BM-2169 bread maker, from a large bucket. The small two-piece paddle is not suitable for kneading the dough. Where can you buy?

In hardwired programs, the delayed start can be made for a minimum time equal to the passage of the program (i.e., the BASIC mode, duration 3:20, the delayed start can be set to the minimum time 3:20, not less, in 10-minute increments, we go up to 13 hours).

The instructions say: "The set time includes the duration of the set program." This means that when counting hours for a delayed start, the program time is taken into account, that is, the time interval must be counted not before the start of the program, but before the time for which the bread should be ready. And if the minimum delayed start time is selected equal to the program time, then the bread maker will start baking bread immediately.

People! Do not tell me - the bread began to turn out with a white roof! And the whole thing! What can be wrong? That is, all the crusts are dark, tasty, and the top is white. I thought the windows were smoky, washed them - all the same!
Sonata
Good afternoon! Kind people, tell me the recipe for wheat bread 1 grade with sourdough? On the form 750 gr. The most simple and not complicated. Already the roof is coming from links and forums, but I never found the recipe ((The leaven is homemade.
Admin

The bread maker bakes well, I tested it. The recipes are just as good.
In any case, you need to follow the rules of the flour-liquid balance and the bread will turn out. Baking needs to be learned, including how to handle sourdough.

I did not understand the preface ... Mine also bakes and bakes well, but there is no recipe for it without yeast. And this link is available to everyone and to me too.
Why no one can give just a recipe Without potatoes, not tiger and not a baguette and not in the oven, how much garbage must be re-read ...
Thank you, I'm removing the question
Admin

If there is rubbish on our site, then there is nothing to do here.

You need to learn how to bake bread, and know the terminology before stomping on us
Sourdough is also yeast!

And work among our trash to find the diamond that you need - I gave the link

Only I'm afraid besides a cake or soda bread in HP, you will not do anything, matzo and lavash certainly cannot be baked, in any HP, all other baked goods, digestible and tasty, are made in a sponge way on wild yeast or cultured, the first mention of yeast the pastry dates back to the 17th century BC. e.
