1. First we weigh (measure) flour, then sift

2. Milk and water need not be boiled, but it's good when they are warm, at room temperature

3. Remember: to find out the weight of the finished bread (and vice versa), you need to multiply the amount of flour by 1.5 = the weight of the finished bread is APPROXIMATE! for example, 300 grams of flour x 1.5 = 450-500 grams of the weight of finished bread, based on this we set the baking mode.

4. Binaton has 2 buckets - 1 large maximum 1125 g, 1 double of 450 g each. ready-made bread.

Hello everyone! The Admin office is located at https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=33.0, office hours - almost constantly

As recently as yesterday I baked bread according to the recipe:
water - 270 ml
MO - 1.5 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Sugar - 1, 5 tbsp. l.
Flour - 450 gr
Yeast - 1.5 tsp.
I call it - for sandwiches.
Everything is fine. The roof is not a dome, of course, but a normal roof, without breaks and hills. The weight is certainly not 900 grams, but there are 680-700 grams.
And yet, from flour weighing 450 grams in such a large form as Binaton, there will be no domed roof. Here in a vertical bucket - yes, but for a horizontal one you need at least 600 grams of flour. Well, I think so, maybe someone thinks differently.

Well, I would like a dome like on an old native bread-brick or like Admin in the photo at the beginning of this thread.
Ksenia, is it like a roof in Moulinex? Moulinex also has a bucket with a brick and two shovels, in my opinion?

In Mulik, when laying on 750 grams, there is not always a dome. But on large loaves almost always, unless she messed up herself.
Look, peasant bread in Mulinex weighs 750g (this is the "smallest" loaf in Mulik)
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169
But with olives in the same Moulinex (unfortunately there are no photos of the same breads in Binaton, I did not think that they would be useful for comparison)
Bread maker Binatone BM-2169
The roof cannot be called a dome, but it is not entirely flat, not sunken. Normal in my opinion. In Binaton, about the same happens.
But if done in a double bucket, then the dome will be more pronounced, since the dough grows mostly upward, and does not creep along the sides, filling the entire volume of the bucket.

Hello bakers !!!!!!! Finally, my Binatoshka was returned from the service. They said that the HP was in good order, but either they did something to tweak something, or the fact that we carried it back and forth played a role, but with the same products, hands and conditions, the bread turned out to be great. I didn’t have time to take a picture, until I arrived from school. HURRAH! I got a crust on my bread.
Lelik83
Yes, the stove is terribly capricious has already tortured us all
Gyurza
She's not capricious, it's just that they are probably not doing so well now (as I understand it, the girls had them released earlier), mine obviously lost something somewhere, and now it just fell into place (maybe contact, or something like that). In general, if only it was tasty for mine, beauty worries me more, like an old baker (oven).

Good day!!!
I'm new ... though I have been living on the site for 4 days already ... the request of a relative to buy HB brought me here .. BUT the prerequisite was that she could knead the dough on dumplings ... (because the hands of an elderly person are sick ... it became difficult to knead with my hands) .. I thought for a long time and bought her a Panasonic 2500. (because there is a program "dumplings") .. already sent it ... but she herself fell for Binetosha 2169 .. I read all the pages of this thread .. I copied something ... so as not to ask repeated questions ... BUT! all the same, if you can tell me in more detail whether it is possible to knead the dough for dumplings in this HP .. it's the same for me ... here on all pages it was somehow mentioned in a slide ...

Lelik83
There is a dough function, they made dough for pizza, but have not tried dumplings yet, I think it will work out. The main thing is to lay the products correctly

Thank you!
Yesterday I baked charlotte according to the recipe from the video:
For 450g
1 egg
1/10 cup milk
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup grated apples
1 cup of nuts
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Nutmeg, cinnamon, - 1/4 tsp each
Fast cooking program.

And in the second cell I baked a cake according to the recipe from the forum:
1 glass of sour cream
1 tbsp. Sahara,
2 eggs,
1.5 tbsp. flour,
1 teaspoon of baking soda, slaked with vinegar.

The ball was mixed and baked perfectly, and the cake had to be stirred, because after the first kneading, almost nothing was stirred (while the proofing was stirring with a spoon), after that it was mixed, rose and baked well.
I really liked the charlotte, although I usually do not like nuts in baked goods, and the cupcake turned out more like a butter biscuit.
In general, it is very convenient - two different recipes in one go!
I didn't have time to take a picture - they were pulled apart by hot pets
the recipe is also from Nevushka. I just did a little housekeeping in charlotte - I replaced 1 hour of nuts with a mixture - 1/2 hour - sunflower seeds, 1/4 hour almonds, 1/4 hour - sesame.

Hostess girls, please, who is the thread, answer my message ...
Tell me if you start the dough on dumplings, how? well, I really need it ... DR is on my nose and I just can't decide on HP ...
Gyurza
Divna, if you endure until the weekend, then on Saturday I'll try to stir up the dumplings, but in general I think it should work out, after all, it kneads for noodles, the consistency is about the same.

Girls! I am to you with a question-on * fan * there are several recipes indicating the oven on the * Dessert * program, something else on the * Cupcake * program, but I do not have these programs. How do you get out of the situation?

Marion, try setting the program to "sweet" or "fast"

Hello! I have such a question for the owners of this HP model, is it possible to bake one loaf in a double form (not two at a time of 450 g, but one)? This question arose due to the fact that I generally need HP with the ability to bake a small loaf, since my husband and I have different tastes, I love bread with different additives, it is simple, at home we already have kenwood VM900, bakes great , but we simply do not have time to eat the smallest size of a loaf of 1000 g.This model interested in the possibility of programming and the presence of two forms, in addition, there is an opportunity to buy nearby in the store and need HP for the dacha, I do not want to buy in the online store (problems with the guarantee, returns in case of anything, etc.). Other HP models with small loaves and programmability will have to wait a long time. And in this one, if it is possible to bake a small one loaf, I would gladly buy even now

The girls on this forum thread answered that you can only bake in one form - nothing bad will happen

Good day everyone! And another question about a bun made of bread dough, the amount of flour that is specified in the recipe, it seems to me, does not form it, do you have to add more flour during the kneading process?

Glass for a knife, 240 ml. But it is better to weigh flour, it will be more accurate.
If the bun does not form, add flour.

Greetings to lovers of the Binaton bread machine. I have this beauty for 4 months now and I am not overjoyed at her. I have 2 questions for the experts:
1. The instructions for it say that the order of laying the products is liquid, then solid. All recipes (from the book in a fan) are written with this in mind, that is, first the liquid, then everything else, which is very convenient. Today we are going to bake according to the recipe "Borodinsky bread". I was surprised to notice that there is the reverse order of the food (this is the only recipe where the water is the last). Is this a coincidence or is the reverse order recommended in this case?
2. There is a recipe for "Rye bread with cheese" I have been licking my lips at it for a long time, but it’s embarrassing that the "Ultrafast" mode is recommended for it. Has anyone already baked it? It's real? If not this regime, then what? Main? Wholegrain? Do some magic in the Home baker?

Thanks for the answer! At the expense of the glass is clear! But here's another question about weighing flour, and how much flour do you put in grams for a white 900 gr. bread '(3 cups indicated in the recipe)? What is the relationship between m / y cups and grams of 1 measure of a stack = 150 grams of wheat flour? And in general, how to use the scales correctly when kneading dough?

Divna, Zhenya, recipe for dumplings dough from the collection of recipes for x / p Binaton:

3/4 cup water
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Wheat flour 3 cups.

Home baker program:

Knead1 14
Rise1 25
Knead2 5
Rise2 5
Rise3 20
Bake 0
Keep Warm 0

You will get about 600g. test

You are absolutely right, I am guided by this ratio 1 cup = 150 grams of wheat flour or 130 grams of rye flour. And everything seems to work out, the correction of the kolobok is not even always required.

Hello! Girls, something is wrong with my head today. I baked a cake according to a recipe from a fan, I decided all the recipes that I liked, converted into grams (weighed), I got 4 hours of flour w / s = 300g, the dough was kneaded perfectly, I did not add anything. How can this be?

I'll sit and listen to what more advanced bakers have to say! Today I baked white 750 g bread, in a measured 240 ml glass, according to my weights, 130 g of ordinary wheat Ashanov's flour is included, which means 3 glasses of 390 g, but I added 450 g, like the dough turned out to be a bun and the bread is normal !? So my question is, did I put in a lot of flour? (240 ml of water) excuse Gyurza for wedging in!
Admin
In a glass of 240 ml. includes 150 grams of wheat flour APPROX! Rye flour 130 grams.
Therefore, the bread turned out to be normal, that the flour was 450 grams
Gyurza
Admin, Tanya, the fact of the matter is that 150 g of flour did not go into my cup, the scales are electronic, checked. I never thought about it, I translated 1h-150g, and today I counted the calorie content of a new cake, so I just weighed the ingredients. I don’t understand anything!
Admin

Pour flour into a cup (glass) x / stove, shake it slightly so that there is enough flour, even with the top, and then cut this "top" along the edge of the cup with a knife (called "under the knife"), and after that we weigh the flour, for which we pour the flour into another container on the scales.

Give me the whole bread recipe, I want to look at the ingredients

Girls, your intuition definitely lets you down because you are afraid to come off your topic further.

So this is a sweet cake, there is a lot of baking, and the dough of the cake is always soft, it can be liquid.
And with ordinary bread, such a number will not work, there will be little flour
