Ingredients

warm milk 1L
sugar 2st. l.
salt 1h l.
ghee 25g
boiling water
vegetable oil 1 st. l.
eggs 2 large
flour (heaped tablespoons) 10

Cooking method

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, salt and sugar.
  • Beat ghee (or soft butter) with a fork (whisk) and eggs. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
  • Pour the dry mixture into warm milk and stir well with a whisk so that there are no lumps.
  • Without ceasing to interfere, splash seven (!) Times of steep boiling water.
  • Stir well and pour in the egg-oil mixture.
  • Stir again. All. The dough is ready.
  • Grease a hot pan with vegetable oil or a piece of bacon before the first baking.
  • All subsequent times, the frying pan does not need to be greased.
  • The pancakes are sooooo thin and lacy.

Flour is different and the moisture content is different. I use general purpose flour. I take it with tablespoons with a large slide, and if the highest grade is like granmulino, then the slide is a little smaller. This flour is very dry.
