Mila56Thank you for your wish. If you are surprised by the presence of a copy of the male sex in this topic, then I would like to inform you that I am a pensioner, and this explains a lot. Life has developed in such a way that neither your car, nor your summer cottage, nor you a small noble estate, nor you a small farm with geese, roosters, pigs and cows, you just have a computer and a modest desire for tea.

Here is how two bards, Vasiliev and Ivaschenko, described this process:

Alexey Ivaschenko,
Georgy Vasiliev

Come to me, Glafira,
I'm worn out alone
Bring a piece of cheese
The two of us will eat it.
I will wait for the welcome meeting
I'm on guard at the door.
Come to me in the evening -
Let's sit and have some tea.

Chorus: Better to be full than hungry,
It is better to live in peace than in spite.
Better to be needed than free
I know this from myself
I know this from myself.

Come to me, Glafira,
Inadvertently, by chance.
Bring me a piece of cheese
After all, what kind of tea is it without cheese?
You are two pieces of sausages,
And I will find butter -
In our time alone
Do not live, keep in mind.

Chorus.

I will wait tirelessly
Just show yourself to me -
I will become your debtor
For the rest of your life.
Give a welcoming look
Stay a little side by side
Do not need anything else,
Just something for tea.

Chorus.

I write this when my Glafira is asleep and sees nothing.
We have 2 am.

Good luck in cooking!

Girls, but the Miracle can be bought with and without a baking dish - but can't you bake in it without this additional form, can you?

Exactly. And I sometimes insert a silicone mold that is suitable in diameter. This is when I make a shortcrust pastry pie, or other pies. In this case, when taking out, the bottom and sides of the cake are always without kinks, which is not always possible to achieve by taking out the cake simply from the aluminum bowl Miracle of the stove.

Blinded from what was. And in the freezer there was 250 gr. puff yeast dough, and sausages are always in the house just in case.

It's great, and you don't need to preheat the oven for the sake of a small amount, especially a casserole.

Exactly. And if the gas oven is no good, then this option is the most cost-effective. Even my desktop desktop email. the oven consumes 1500 watts. , and the Miracle oven takes only 500 watts. Next time I will prefer to use yeast dough for pies. Just the leftover dough from the freezer had to be used.

Ludmila, we hunted for the evening gobbled up, did it with a store jam, which is sold by weight, it is cut and conveniently that does not flow out.
Mila56
Olga, I make them from yeast. dough (it's for buns) and I love it with poppy seeds. Sprinkle with dry poppy seeds and then fold.

metel_007, Olya, and in what dishes is this jam sold. It would be nice to see a photo of dishes. Maybe here you can find jam that can be cut like that.
metel_007
Ludmila, this jam comes in packs of 10 kg, like butter by weight, in stores they cut it into pieces for about a half a kilo and pack it in bowls and in plastic wrap.
Svetta
Olga, we sell the same jam in blocks, but I haven't even seen a packaged store (namely factory). I sometimes buy this kind of jam, I really like cranberry and peach.
Mila56
metel_007, Olya, thanks. We also sell them in bulk containers, you need to take a closer look.

I didn't see the light either (I spied it on the internet), but in the store they pack it themselves.

Hello! dear cooks. I have read several times all the links that are written in this thread. Itself acquired "Miracle stove" two weeks ago. Answer # 709 Feb 18, 2015 "Today I found a frying pan made in Penza."
I myself live in Penza, but these e-mails. pans are not produced here. Here is the address of the inter. shop where I bought "Miracle"

in the operation manual, the address is indicated in Russia, Chelyabinsk. A miracle, of course, did not happen to me, I have to adapt to everything, I think that the power is not enough. I am more interested in lean baked goods, but beautiful baked goods are impossible without baking. Recently I have adapted to grease baked goods "turmeric + rac / oil". As for the pastry itself, I will say that it is softer and more airy than in the airfryer. I put a miracle on a gas stove, on a divider stand https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=342973.0
periodically turn on the gas for 1min. ~ 3 times, for all baked goods. The bottom is ruddy and beautiful, the top is weaker. There are no photos of my own, I don't know how to insert, and of course my grandchildren have no time, but I'm so glad that I'm talking with you.

Hello! I want to share a recipe for boiled buns that I found here

The buns turned out to be soft, beautiful, only I reduced the rate and the dough without eggs.
Flour - 330g + (20g - for dusting the dough on the table)
water - 200ml
Saf-Moment yeast - 1 hour l.
dry cream - 1 tbsp. l.
sugar - 1 tbsp. l. + (1 tsp in yeast)
salt - 0.75 tsp l.
vegetable oil - 50ml.
We check the germination of yeast: take 50 ml. add warm water 1 hour. l. sugar and 1 tsp. l. We mix the yeast, wait for the yeast to foam, then it works. On another site, where a professional chef explained that all yeast, also dry, is tested for germination. We start kneading the dough, mix all the ingredients, except for the oil. The batch was done in HP literally 5 minutes. and turn it off for 10-15 minutes. Then we turn on the HP - program for kneading the dough and gradually add the plant / oil. This program lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. We put water for boiling buns, add 1 tbsp to 1 liter of water. l. - sugar and 2 tbsp. l. - plant / oil. We take out the dough, knead, make a sausage and divide into 8 parts. Roll out each part with a sausage and tie it with a knot. Lubricate the form from the Miracle of the stove with plant / oil, turn on the lid to warm up. We begin to put the buns in boiling water, literally for 5 seconds. , take out and put in a mold, grease with sweet brewed tea. Cover the Oven Miracle with a lid and bake for 45 minutes. I put the pan on gas. the stove on the divider stand and periodically turn on the gas for 1 min. ~ 3 times, for all baked goods, otherwise the bottom of the baked goods will not brown. The buns are ready, take out and cover with a towel until they cool. I hope you like the buns too, no photo.

Hello! I want to write about the Miracle of the stove, since I have been using this miracle for only two months, you cannot name it otherwise. The baking turns out to be excellent, it makes me very happy. The last thing she baked was Charlotte with oranges. The address https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...om_smf&topic=4138.new#new Baking takes about 45-50 minutes, the lid was heated separately. I got a thermometer, it's more reliable with it. All the best.

Mirabel, Vika v Chud especially often cook the well-known "meat under a fur coat". Everything is the same as in the oven, and the time is 1 hour-1.4 hours, depending on the volume of food. But it is better that the bowl is half full or a little more. But not under the cover. A set of products (maybe improvisation) in layers, from bottom to top: thin slices of chopped pork (salted, peppercorn), onions in half rings; potatoes cut into cubes or strips (I cut into round plates) salted and peppered; tomatoes, cut into round plates, are also salted. and pepper; mayonnaise. Sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese 10 minutes before cooking. Well, in the same way, if there is no time, we put the chicken, sliced in portions (I do this in advance and store it in the freezer) in a pan, salt, pepper, add chopped garlic, mayonnaise. We stir and then it is prepared for at least an hour. We look at readiness in both cases by the color of the broth that stands out from the meat. It shouldn't even be red with blood in places. Sometimes the potatoes are ready, and the meat is almost ready, but the broth is not yet transparent. In this case, let them prepare. I cook these dishes only in Miracle. Readiness can be understood by smell.
Mirabel
Ludmila, Thank you very much!
Does it turn out like baked in the oven or simmered?
Mila56
Vika, depends on the time. If you hold it longer, then it will fried on top with a crust like in the oven. Everything will be soft below, and fried on top. That's what I do. And whoever cannot be fried, then can not be fried.

Pirozhulya, really, write a recipe for how many grams of flour you can put in a Miracle. I have a recipe for pies for 330g. flour, and can you judge more flour from the photo?

Pirozhulyawhat wonderful buns. Does the bottom blush itself? Or put it on the hotplate? And the recipe interests me

Pirozhulya. Cool and well presented pastries. All ingenious is simple. ... Aluminum metal is shiny. Probably the metal on Miracle is of higher quality. I would like to see a photo of this rarity.

Girls of Miracle I still have a sssrovskaya 80 .... years, got a completely new one. I took the photo when I baked it for the first time, so now she is so clean at the dacha and she certainly does not look so presentable

I took the recipe here on the forum, baked in a cartoon, and baked in Miracle according to this recipe:

Clever and so simple, but for some reason it did not occur to me. Thank you
Svetta
Pirozhulya, I have exactly the same stove Miracle. But her lid is convex. If you put it upside down, then the structure itself is normally standing, does it overturn?
Pirozhulya
svetta, no, it is flat, I have a practice and with holes, it stands very steadily on its stand
Svetta
Pirozhulya, and I have holes. I'll go get mine and try to put it that way.

But her lid is convex
I also had a flat lid. Apparently they are a little different. Something is baked in the stove, pies or pancakes (with meat) on the stove, a mug of milk is warmed up. And on the hot lid, during cooking, I also baked thin cakes, both unleavened and yeast. on baking paper. In the early 90s we lived in an apartment, without gas, this miracle was then a perfect miracle for me and a lifesaver for bread and meat and vegetables, I loved her Then I bought a quiet cooker, and I had two Ural workers - one from Kamyshlov, the other from Sverdlovsk.

Irshathat different is a fact, my mother is also SSSR, but a little different and bakes worse ............. my mother envies me
Pirozhulya
and by the way, the coasters are also different for them
Mila56
svetta, at us or at least at me e-mail. the wire to the cover is connected from above, and at Pirazhulithe electric wire is connected from the side. The lid is not flat. But in principle, and on it turned upside down, you can fry the bottom. You just have to put something under the handles (they do not heat up) so that the lid does not balance. Yesterday I myself baked a capital cupcake in it in a silicone mold (red in the shape of a sunflower). And it is in Miracle and only in this form that the bottom is not fried evenly. It is fried only where there are prominent spots. Moreover, in silicone molds with an even smooth bottom, the bottom is always evenly tanned. Well, in order to fry this beauty (which is at the bottom of the mold) I took out the finished cake from the silicone mold (it almost broke, it was hot), turned it over and put it back in the Miracle. Although I knew that some girls turn on the gas for a few minutes. It was possible in this way, without taking it out of the mold (the fire would be closed), to fry. But if you do it upside down on the lid itself, then I think this option is much better. I wouldn't need to take out of the silicone mold. Didn't finish something.

I did not bake such bread in Miracle. But the rule is the same for any test. It (dough) in its raw state should not occupy more than one third of the volume of the bowl. After all, any baked goods will increase in volume, but where does it grow if there is no place. Moreover, this is yeast bread. Well, the volume of hot air, thanks to which the product is baked, must be sufficient. You can of course take up half of the bowl with raw dough. Should bake well too. There is no filling here, this is not a kurnik or something like that. Although I baked the chicken when I baked it, in its raw state it took up more than one third of its volume and was well baked. In any case, with raw dough, take up no more than half the volume of the bowl.
Mirabel
Ludmila, Thank you! This means no more than a third of the volume, I will take into account for the future. And the ciabatta turned out great!
I noticed that with the move, some of my equipment began to work slower, I don't know what this is connected with. so Miracle also became less aggressive, which is very pleasing.
