valushka-sHow do you put your buns into the hot oven? Or do you print in an additional form?
valushka-s
Vic, why hot?
I warm up the lid a little, the frying pan becomes barely warm. My buns are very comfortable there! They break up wonderfully
Mirabel
valushka-s, Well, okay. It means that it is not difficult for you to transfer the buns, then another question is, how do you transfer them so carefully so as not to disturb the structure of the distant dough trembling?

I'm already here showed

I also only warm up the lid until lukewarm for the duration of the proofing. Enough of this and cakes and buns and bread
Mirabel
valushka-sThanks a lot! : rose: You definitely need to bake!

the biscuit can fall off due to impermeability, due to a lack of flour in the recipe and if it is not observed. temperature conditions.

Girls, a question to the owners of an old stove with a window, recently became the owner, I can't say that the bread is baked for a very long time, more than an hour and the top remains pale, I compare it with an ordinary miracle, so she is a direct meteor, which is not what I do, with a spiral like everything is fine.
Mila56
zoyaaa, Zoya, I have an old stove without a window, which I have opened and repaired more than once. In your case, there is only one option (than to suffer so much) - to disassemble the top cover and if there is a spiral then shorten. True, this is provided that the electric wire is connected to the top cover, and not to the bottom bowl (there are also such electric pans and they are practically not suitable for baking). But in such as yours, subject to connecting the top. the lid inside it (lid) can be either a spiral or a ten (which is unlikely). And if it is ten, then nothing can be changed. And a Soviet-made stove? For example, in some imported kettles for 05 liters (either Vitek or Tephal), the water did not boil for a very long time, but it turned out that there was a small switch for two different voltages (for 220-240 Volts and the second for 120 Volts), which had to be switched. Do not rush to final conclusions, maybe someone from the members of the forum will advise something else.
zoyaaa
The stove is Soviet, Natalishka has one. And she does great baking.
Sindi
All the same, a good purchase, I got hooked on her, on Miracle Yuda))
I bake in it often, beautiful color, bottom does not burn, everything is super! Girls who want a cottage cheese pie, come in for tea

I don't even know my brand, try it via the Internet, I don't even have buttons
Jiri
Niarma, and what interests in the instructions?
dopleta
I found this Miracle on the net, this is the same Miracle. And the instructions should not differ in anything, in any case, my new and old "Miracles" have no fundamental differences in their work.
Niarma
A WONDERFUL, from the USSR - this is with two switches (that is, power control - 400 W, 600 W, 1000 W), otherwise. what is being released now is really the same MIRACLE, only under a different name.I found on AVITO such as mur_myau and some of the girls, new, but without instructions. And since there are 3 temperature modes +, depending on its position, it can work like an oven. or a brazier or a frying pan, then I want to read the manufacturer's recommendations in order to break the wood less
anavi
Girls, excuse the question - I sit, I read Temko all the time - oh-oh, I really want a Miracle all the time !!! But it torments me all the time - isn't it harmful to cook in aluminum after all? Somewhere I read that when it is heated it emits something ... Maybe we have physicists-chemists, eh? Develop doubts, pzhalusta !!!! : plach7: I really want such a wonderful frying pan !!!
Niarma
It is impossible to STORE in aluminum, especially dishes with acid, and cooking has been done for more than one decade, besides, in the USSR, quality control and compliance with GOST were not Chinese. Look on AVITO (there you can find new times of the USSR) - and you will be happy !!!
anavi
Why on AVITO? And in an online store MIRACLE of production Chelyabinsk is impossible?
Niarma
yes you can. of course. It's just that I preferred Soviet-made, somehow, IMHO, it is more reliable, and the metal is thicker (according to reviews)
Ligra
anavi, can. When cooking in aluminum dishes, a protective layer is formed, the most important thing is not to polish with an abrasive often so that this layer does not break. And after cleaning, restore the layer.
anavi
Thank you, girls, it appears that I will buy - I really want to ...
Natalishka
Here are my apricot jam buns.
Electric frying pan
Ligra
Natalishka, beauty, rosy
Natalishka
Ligra, yeah, rosy: girl_haha: I was worried that the jam would flow out. but it worked out well.
Mirabel
Natalia, Natasha! Fine! What about the recipe?
Natalishka
Vika, Thank you. Yes, this is on the ,, cold ,, test from Sonadora ,,https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=186528.0And inside there is jam.
Mirabel
Natalishka, Thank you!
Albina
Natalia, killed on the spot. Also yesterday I wanted to put this dough, but something pereklinit me. And now, if only after work.
Natalishka
Albina, I make this dough in the evening at h. stove on the program ,, dumplings ,, And bake the next day. Made buns, buns, pies out of it. Universal dough
Albina
Natalia, I also love THIS dough
Svetta
These are the bun-pies with jam I bake at my dacha in Miracle. I treat my neighbors with fresh rolls, and in return they feed me strawberries (which I don't have). Exchange in kind, however!
Electric frying pan
The bottom of my oven does not bake at all, the rolls are paler from below, paler, almost damp, although the top blushes perfectly. So I came up with this: I turn on one burner on the electric stove to position 1.5 (out of 6), put the Miracle pan on top and cover the Miracle with my own heated lid. This is how the design is baked - the electric stove browns from below, the Miracle lid fries on top. After 12-15 minutes, cover the rolls inside with foil and bake for another 5-8 minutes. With this method, I get ruddy rolls on top and bottom also look normal.
Ligra
svetta,
Jiri
svetta, beautiful buns! I, too, adapted the oven in a miracle, only I turn off the bottom pretty quickly, everything is baked

What you can't think of to please with baking

svetta, Gorgeous rolls and a brilliant way out!
My Miracle does not want to bake the bottom either, I'll try your method! Thank you for the idea!

I have a grandmother's rarity - an old "Miracle" 1975,Electric frying pan
on the "native" stand, the bottom was also poorly baked (the solid aluminum stand, probably took some of the heat intended for the dough), replaced it with a duralumin grill and the bottom became crispy as it should be!Electric frying pan

Natalishka, svetta, such superb buns !!!
Olga VB
Girls, I would also buy an old Soviet miracle. Or with two heats, or with a switch, ...
I rummaged around until I see the one I want, completely remakes or completely dead, crumpled.
If someone somewhere sees a similar ad, do not take the trouble to stake out and quickly beacon me
Ligra
Olga VB, held out for a long time, good luck with the acquisition.

Olga VB, catch

electric frying pan VOLGA and WONDERFUL are new to the USSR for a symbolic price, however, in Achinsk, but I also ordered mine from afar
Olga VB
Niarma, thank you, wrote to the seller, what will she answer?
It is not clear in the photo there, since the photo is clearly from the Internet, and does not look very much like a Soviet "miracle girl".
Albina
The miracle woman is just a frying pan and you won't be able to bake in it. I have one in my dacha.
Olga VB
Albinawhat kind of miracle do you have? The Soviet old one is very different from the modern Wonders, especially the Chinese ones.
A.lenka
My grandmother also had a Miracle Oven. Omelettes and biscuits were amazing there !!! I wonder where is she now? You need to look.

I bought mine in 94-95. and thought it was a Miracle. On the box, as I remember, was written "Miracle" And I thought with complete confidence that I could bake in it. But in practice it turned out only to fry. And from the photo you can see that the cover is just aluminum.
