Onion soup in a blender-soup cooker Endever SkyLine BS-92

Ingredients

River onion 350 grams (unpeeled, 3 large heads)
Sunflower oil 1.5 tablespoons
Butter 1 level teaspoon
Granulated sugar 1 level teaspoon
A tomato 190 grams, large,
Processed cheese 25 grams, ½ small piece,
The water is cold 400 ml,
Salt taste.

Cooking method

  • Peel the onion, cut into half rings, put in a bowl, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the sunflower oil (preferably olive oil, but I cooked in sunflower) in a pan (to remove the taste of sunflower oil), reduce the heat to the very minimum, add butter, melt it and put onions. Simmer for 40 minutes - 1 hour, but so as not to burn the onions. 4 minutes before the end of stewing onions, put 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
  • Then pour 400 ml of cold water into a blender-soup cooker, put onions, melted cheese and tomato cut into small cubes, and include it in the P2 program. I have very few onion pieces left in the finished soup, so after P2 you can turn on the pulse mode twice.

The dish is designed for

500 ml

Time for preparing:

15

Note

Very tasty soup, I didn't even expect that it would taste like this.

And what spices? Or to taste?
I didn’t add anything. But I think it is possible with spices.
