Well, I'll speak out! It's too early for me to prescribe the recipes, but everything is in order.
First of all, I made cabbage rolls from "Lohanna" - the leaves are as local as young cabbage, only darker. thought my family and will not eat them, treated them at a party, turned up their nose. I did it first on frying for 5 minutes, level 2, then a multi-cook 110 degrees, 15 minutes. I'll tell you right away - 15 minutes. a bit too much. Leaves are slightly overcooked. We eaten the whole saucepan in an hour. Then came the omelette. 6 eggs, 3 tablespoons of cream, 1 tbsp. l. starch, salt and on the tip of a knife - soda. Oven level -1 - 10 min. Wonderful omelet. Although the opal was a bit, they ground it, and they demanded an addition. She made her granddaughter a fussy curd casserole. According to Tanyulia's recipe. (Tanyulya-you are "amladets" -young, as our little thing is expressed). 5 minutes - oven, medium level, opened, it seemed damp. Added multi-cook 110 degrees, 5 minutes. The granddaughter nevertheless ate a piece, a feat, one might say, and the rest, the son-in-law with my son (mine) ate a race. Some with jam, some with yogurt. The "New Year" guests were hastily leaving, with an opportunity. It is necessary to feed "on the path". We cooked potatoes with meat, and not frozen, in record time. Oven - 3 lv. 10 min. is for meat and onions. I added potatoes, dry roasted maggi, spices, water, tomato. sauce and multi-cook - 115 degrees, 20 minutes. could have been less. Before they had time to get together, the meal was served. Then I just made pork in pieces, based on Chuchelka's shank in tomato marinade, I just didn't want to go behind the shank after the New Year's gluttony. Again, they didn’t eat it, but they did it!
Yesterday, running away to a neighbor, I threw in chicken drumsticks in Korean (from a bag) marinade. 5 min - frying, then added cream and water - and multi-cook, 110 gr, 15 min. How she pumped, mine - they just took it out of the socket, how to turn off the heating - my mother did not know.
It's time to master other programs, otherwise I have an oven - frying and multi-cook in use. Although, no. I stewed cabbage and chicken navels on stewing mode. I forgot, here. I make an omelet every other day, I'm afraid the diathesis will work. And, I still made pilaf. Here. There is a photo of pilaf and the first cabbage rolls. Rest, hands do not reach. 10 days of holidays is one continuous gluttony.
Now I would like to figure out where and how to insert these photos.
Homemade - it is unambiguously expressed that everything tastes better from Cook than on the stove. And most importantly, quickly. Stuck in traffic jams, hungry, like dogs. While my husband was warming the borscht, I managed to stick the chicken navels in Kuke's hands, and when she poured tea for myself, she gave me a drink. Oh how, right in the rhyme. I love her, pensioner Panas teter drowns milk and cooks milk porridge, it’s a pity to push out on pansya.

matroskin_kot : hi: GOOD MAN !!!!! Kuku is not idle !!!! I am very glad that you like it so much and all your household !!!!
Py. Sy. try to make darlings in Peking cabbage .... oh no !!!!

matroskin_kothow I am glad for you !!!! Master, cook, rejoice yourself and please your loved ones, and don't forget us. : drinks: All the best to you.
matroskin_kot
Thank you for your congratulations!!! And for thinking to buy! What would I do without her on the 10-day New Year's vacation? When there are 7 adults, one little baby, Basik the Labrador, and chickens, two geese and pond fish with frogs - I don't count, although they regularly ask to eat too. Well, the guests, there are all sorts. Would go crazy, stood "at the open-hearth" from morning to evening. And so it was even time to take a walk somewhere. I will try to master it. She's expensive, of course, but worth it. AND HOW SINGS !!! Obey!
julifera
matroskin_kot - congratulations with such a cool assistant!

So look - with such a load, a second Cuckoo would be needed
Is it just for the holidays such a large influx of eaters?
matroskin_kot
They turned off the light, and everything that wrote was gone. The composition of the family is permanent, 3 good fellows from 22 to 25 years old, a daughter is 24 years old, my mother and I, my hubby is not sickly eater, and a fussy three-year-old Ksyusha-Kususha. The influx of guests in the summer and on holidays. Little Italian family. Panasik helped me out a lot last year. And with Cooky-VA-SHCH-E !!!
I run away from them "on watch" 2 times a year. So out of habit I cook with basins and buckets, then I feed the whole team. I would have bought another Cook, but where should I put it? I drag this one all over the kitchen. We need to come up with some kind of shelf and so that the steam does not spoil the lockers. I just thought today. I put Panas on the stove on the stove under the hood, and Kuku was somehow undignified. It's a pity to drag around the kitchen. I would like to give her a place of honor.

Happy (old) New Year, dear cuckoos and sympathizers!

After several days of reading this and parallel topics, the mind went beyond the mind completely. Moreover, as it turned out, in Kiev now 1054 is not on sale, but only 1010.
Help, pliz, figure it out (or poke your finger where to read about it) - 1010 non-speaking, right? What else is it fundamentally different from 1054? What opportunities do I lose if I take 1010 instead of 1054?

I became the owner of Kukushka A1010F ... for 3 weeks I "loved" my brain between 1010 instead of 1054 ... the overweight is 1010 ... the price and only .... in Altai it costs 11250 rubles, and 1054 is almost 20 thousand rubles (19 800 rubles) ...

These functions do not exist 1010 ...
Steam cleaning mode, steam sterilization
Voice guide, will notify you about errors when starting programs
Adjusting the volume of the voice guide
TOAST function with temperature control
Condensate drain container
Induction heater
Power consumption: Max 1400W
And so I'm delighted .... I have no time to cook normally, but with this little thing 1010 I think it will be easier ... from the cooked meat there are only emotions and even goose meat. mmm,
I have a "newlywed" period with my cuckoo ... when I want everything at once and a lot

Yeah, there is no voice guide - well, okay, I'm quite talkative myself Cleaning with steam seems to be not the most necessary gadget, but with frying an ambush - it is not at all or the power is not regulated? I'll go figure it out on the link, thanks again

Pani Ohmonek
No, not an ambush, at 1010 you can fry on Turbo with an open lid and a closed valve, of course it's not brutal and you can't choose the temperature, but for frying, it's enough to evaporate the mushrooms there

The low weight frying method is here:

Oh.what I found on our website, namely exactly what you are looking for ... and this is Tanyulya Moderator gave such an excellent description ... you need to go in and thank her, but you can find it
KITCHEN AND HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES | Multicooker "Cuckoo" | Recipes for CUCKOO 1010 (Moderator: Tanyulya) | Topic: Helping each other, questions and answers on cooking CUCKOO 1010)))

"I will try to answer briefly, but convey the idea

1010-ten
1054-induction hence the heating rate is higher

1010 can fry with the lid open
1054 we can fry with the lid open (it's just faster and more powerful here)

1010 no voice guide
1054 is (well, I guess ... it's not a global function, although it's sooooo convenient)

1010 and 1054 are both pressure cookers, that is, they cook under pressure, which is all their charm ... for me personally, it's fast, tasty, preserves useful substances and a number of vitamins and ... in general, it's convenient!

1010 the steam release valve is not so delicate (if liquids have been poured, it can give a good trickle to the ceiling)
1054 is done more softly and delicately ...
Pots ... well, this is a controversial issue, about the coolness, I sooooo like a saucepan in 1010 and its shape and quality, 1054 is certainly better, but the same has its drawbacks, although it is stated that it does not scratch, there will still be minimal abrasions, that is, you should not wait for something ... not earthly.

If I were choosing now ... well, I don't know which one I would take, I love both of them, but still I would probably take 1054, just because I ... would be drawn to her ...

But I really like the 1010. Today I was frying and steaming potatoes in it ... well, chuuudo is so good, and 1054 is now making soup ..

Although milk porridge is still somehow tastier at 1010. Well, it seems to have covered everything, if something specific, ask with pleasure I will answer. "

It will work from 50 Hz, just keep in mind, most likely it will not have temperature control like CMC-HE1054F or Cuckoo ROBOCHEF CMC-HE1051F
Unless this is of course a new model for Russia or Spain

It seems to me that the shipment will not be cheap there, the weight is not small.

So I'm going in the right direction for me, because Korean doesn't scare me at all, I don't need to regulate the temperature, I want a high-quality saucepan. I use literally three modes on my PANASONIK multicooker - porridge, baking, stewing .......... I would also buy a second one, but I don't like the casters ...
Thank you for clearing my doubts about 60 Hertz. I will place an order.
Natay
Girls, please convince me that the Cuckoo is better (superior) than other multicooker, except for the price. Is it worth paying more?
Tanyulya
Why convince someone? Everyone is free to make their own choice.Do you want to hear the pros and cons? I have already answered this question, but this is my personal opinion and it is NOT the most important and authoritative for you, because it is my opinion. But once again I will say my I, MY choice, after a certain time of using the Cuckoo.
pros: cooks quickly, tasty, easy, since this is a multicooker with a pressure cooker function, plus with many more equally necessary functions (oven, frying, and since this is an induction thing, it all happens very quickly, a double boiler). I have never had pressure cookers before, so it's difficult for me to compare other models, but this one turns out just gorgeous meat, sooo I like to cook soups and broths in it, but in principle I cook everything in cuckoos, I don't have a stove. Very heavy and thick-walled bowl.
minuses: You are right to cover the saucepan ... not without sin, there are abrasions and mini scratches, but if you use only silicone, this will not happen, many have scratches, I think from their own spatula (here it can be thrown away immediately) or from using metal improvised means.
By the way, in cuckoo 1010 I like the saucepan even a little more ... I can't explain, but this is my perception.
About the price .... yes, it's a little expensive, but I have never regretted that I bought it, it completely justifies itself, for me personally. (y) First, my husband told me that I was buying another toy again, that this was my quirk, and now he says: how good it is that you bought it
This is my opinion, someone may have it different. Good luck with your choice.
sazalexter
I fully subscribe to the above, I will add on my own.
None of the pressure cookers or multicooker on the post-USSR market, except for Kuku1054, has temperature controls in 1 * C increments. Since the heater is induction, its electricity consumption much lower than the traditional ten. The price is relative, for example, cookers are more expensive. And the cost is at the level of a refrigerator or TV of average quality
zvezda
Well, everyone probably knows about my love for this "toy" ..... I also think that you don't need to convince anyone of anything. The facts are there !!! Not a single person who bought it has ever regretted it !!!!!
Omela
Quote: zvezda

Not a single person who bought it has ever regretted it !!!!!
No, I'm sorry !!!! True, only once: after the unsuccessfully cooked first soup. It turned out to be cloudy and dark !!! But it turned out that the saucepan had nothing to do with it !! Hooray that we have knowledgeable people !! Quickly warmed, got drunk, told, taught! In the end, I'm sooooo happy !!
zvezda
Natay
And I need to be convinced !!!!! Girls, well, "persuade" is used for a bunch of words. In general, I ask for advice. The fact that the cartoon needs to be bought is no longer discussed. I was at a loss with the choice of model. Since there is nothing to compare. Whether it is worth the stated price or whether other manufacturers are in no way inferior, but much cheaper.
Tanyulya
Natay, what do you want: a slow cooker or a pressure cooker? This is a fundamental difference. If you want persuasion ..... CONVINCE !!!!! Take the Cuckoo
And between what and what do you choose?
Natay
Well, what would bake, fry, boil, stew, steam - is this a slow cooker? Otherwise, I didn't even think about the difference between a multicooker and a pressure cooker
And between what I choose - until I studied everything, I look at forum users in demand for Panas and Dex ...

zvezda
maybe I missed .... I'll take a look !!!!!

It works for me at a reduced voltage (after all, induction, a PWM controller and triac control drives) This is not a ten whose power immediately drops

Hello. Soon I will become a happy (hopefully) owner of a cuckoo.
I have experience of communication with Panasonic (4 years). Very little experience of communicating with Land Life.
This is the question. I read on the forum that after the beep, at Land Life, you can not wait for the pan to release the pressure itself (not according to the instructions, of course, but through the experience of users), but by throwing a wet towel over the valve, open it a little and thus forcibly lower the pressure.
And what about the cuckoo? How long does it take to release pressure and is it possible to speed up the process in the same way? Thank you
Tanyulya
If necessary, I release the pressure even without a wet towel + the cancel button, forcibly interrupts the program. At the cuckoo, steam is released 3 minutes before the end of the program.

If I understood you correctly, when the guide says that the dish is ready, can the lid be opened immediately?
Tanyulya
Yes, you can open it by clicking on the cancel button or without clicking on it, just the guide will then say that the dish is cooked and if anything goes to heating.
