Tomato juice 1 l
Krasnodar sauce 0,5 l
Vinegar 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp.
Salt 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
Garlic 3 heads
Ground black pepper 10 g

Cooking method

  • Young zucchini, depending on the size, are cut into rings or half rings, about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Grate the carrots for Korean carrots.
  • Pass the garlic through a press.
  • We put everything except the zucchini in a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes.
  • Then add the zucchini and cook for another 15 minutes.
  • We put it in sterilized jars and roll it up.
