When everything is ready, we put it on the druslyak, through 2 layers of gauze, on top of a plate, on a plate - load (so that the cheese is well merged and the cottage cheese is compressed, I put a 0.5 jar of salt), kept it for about 2 hours, then on a plate until cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
