Hasselback potatoes with sausages

Ingredients

medium potatoes 5 pieces
bacon 5-6 slices
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
spices for potatoes
salt pepper
sausages 3-4 pcs

Cooking method

  • Peel the potatoes (if they are good young, then you don't need to peel them), blot with a paper towel.
  • With a sharp knife, make thin cuts across as deep as possible (just don't cut it all the way).
  • Insert pieces of bacon into the cuts.
  • Place potatoes in a dish or baking sheet (I used baking paper).
  • Sprinkle the potatoes with seasoning and pepper on top, drizzle with oil (I had olive oil infused with garlic and herbs) and cover with foil.
  • Put potatoes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Then remove the foil and continue to bake until tender.
  • Season with salt at the end of cooking.
  • Put the sausages next to the potatoes 10 minutes before being cooked.
  • Serve with beer! Well, of course, whoever loves.

Note

You can also sprinkle grated cheese on the potatoes after removing the foil.
