It seems to me that it's not even about the devices, but more about us-users. How risky a young lady I am (only I master the technique in the house). But even I was scared with the new thing. And this despite the fact that I re-read our entire forum. Over time, confidence in your actions comes and you cook dishes not only according to recipes (except for baking, of course) but already intuitively, perhaps. Now, for example, I am already smiling listening to or reading questions about the exploitation of HP, but once they worried me too. And now I handle KhPka as easily as we all handle a vacuum cleaner. Questions and incomprehensible situations arise mainly from beginners in the first days of working with cartoons. You just need to get used to it and, if possible, try all the modes at once to the maximum. And everything will be great with us! THE ROAD WILL BE LASTED BY THE WALKER

I agree completely. I myself am a lover of all sorts of technical things, with caution I master something new, so as not to accidentally break it, but after a while, everything happens "automatically".

Yes, there were no such "shoals" in Brand. Something is often complained about the 60th model. I wanted to buy this cartoon for my daughter, but I’ll probably wait a while ...
There is no need to exaggerate about "often". But marriage, yes, comes across. What do you want from Chinese technology.
But all the same, of the multicooker presented in Ukraine, the best one is DEKH 60.
Simple, convenient and clear. Not like in other models, where people just figure out what program to cook on.

By the way, the dates more or less converge ... so, after all, the party that appeared in Ukraine at the end of December had a decent percentage of rejects. If possible, ask them to be given from the new batch, not from that one.

I ordered two multipliers at the photo shoot - one was just on the 28th, and the second was on January 6th and it was already more expensive (at a discount of 8 UAH). TTT the first is working, and the second is waiting for me to free myself and conduct a course for a young fighter with her mistress.

We have a cartoon I think from "this" party - they took it on the photo on December 15, mmm, no complaints. I launch it at least once a day. Almost all modes have been tried (except for the parking brake, and languor)

I want to show what I did for the holidays.
Delicious chocolate tart
There is not much trouble, but the result is worth it.
I took all proportions for the TEST in double size And be sure to cover the saucepan with paper, with the condition that you can grab the ends of the paper and get the tart.
for the test:
80g butter
160g flour
1 yolk

For filling:
200g chocolate
300ml cream, quietly replaced with the fattest sour cream. There was "President".
20g butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. l. icing sugar
1 st. l starch - according to the original recipe, no, but the filling seemed liquid to me.
  • Grate softened butter or chop with a knife, or knead with your hands.
Add flour and, rubbing with your hands, make a crumb.
Gradually, all the butter will mix with the flour, forming large lumps.
At this point, beat in the egg yolk and quickly knead the dough (it's important to do this quickly so that the butter doesn't melt).
  • The dough should be UNIFORMAL, so it will take you no more than 5 minutes to knead.

  • Now, pinching off the dough ball a little bit, "close up" the whole form. The sides must be at least 3 cm high.
Put the form with the dough in the refrigerator, for at least 20 minutes.
  • Then remove and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown
- in a cartoon 15 minutes on baking

Cooking the filling.
Pour cream into a saucepan, add broken chocolate and butter. While stirring, heat over medium heat until the chocolate and butter are melted. Remove from stove.
Beat eggs in a separate bowl. The main thing is to just mix the yolk and white.
Now pour the egg mixture into the chocolate. Stir constantly with a spatula to keep the eggs from curdling.
Pour the finished filling onto the prepared and slightly chilled dough base and put it back in the multicooker. Baking mode -1 hour
The center of the finished tart should be slightly under-baked.

I cooked buckwheat today and it was a little bit burnt, when it stuck to the bottom. Not sure what's wrong? Buckwheat took 2 multi glasses and 5 glasses of water. Cooked on Buckwheat mode
Tochechka
Vinochek Well this is necessary, today I also cooked buckwheat according to the same proportions of 2: 5, and on top I piled chicken cutlets into a double boiler, the buckwheat did not stick, but it was dry, so I decided next time to take not 5 but 6 glasses of water. But my rice is steadily taken with a crust, not so that a problem, but I would like it to turn out softer

here rice is just fine. My brother even said that the cartoon should be bought only because of the rice. For buckwheat, I will also take the proportions 1: 3 the next time. True, I still sin on the fact that I put butter a little on top of the porridge at the very beginning (so as not to add later)

hmm, about buckwheat
cooked 1 to 3, everything was fine, nothing stuck ...

a mystery for me is PASTA ...
Who cooks them and in what mode, so that even with a delay ...
The husband decided to conduct an experiment - a manual mode of 100 degrees, nuuuu, to put it mildly - the flour became sour, the pasta was raw. In the morning I added temperatures of -120 degrees, the saucepan was boiling wonderfully, but the pasta was already kaaaaaa

Elena,
thanks, just over him and think
I have two options - "Rice" and "Steam" - according to the idea in one mode - the water will boil, in the other they will cook from the moment the water boils - m. e. near ideal conditions
But the problem remains - the possible dehydration of pasta in water.

Hello everybody! I join your ranks! Tomorrow they should welcome my first Multicooker in my life, and it will be DEX-60.I am very worried and have high hopes for her. I have a big family. Husband, daughter - 20 years old, son - 14, and baby - a year and four months. Well, me. I have very little free time, experimentation is an impermissible luxury for me, because I still work both at home and in the office. In general, dear members of the forum, a huge simpleton, write what beginners need to know so as not to get into trouble, and some of the simplest and most proven recipes, if possible? I'd like to help you very much. Schodo multicooker, then do not worry, although it is electronics, but everything is very simple. If you have any questions, we will definitely answer. Unless you buy silicone spatulas for a start.
For recipes, then look on the left side for "Recipes for Kitchen Appliances", and in them recipes for multicooker.
And if it's even simpler, then this quote may help (although it is for Brand, but they are similar in function):

🔗Hello everyone! Here's the casserole. Did it for the first time like it turned out but from above it was necessary to make it prettier and generally tasty.
Ltnusik
She took her slow cooker today, she came a day earlier! Hurrah! now I'm a full-fledged multi-owner. My first course is being finished now. Stewed potatoes with pork. First, she fried the meat for 10 minutes, then 10 more with onions, salted it, laid out the potatoes, salted, grated carrots on top, salted pepper, a little spicy, now stew, set for one hour. In the end, I plan to add garlic, it smells delicious already. So, what can be considered - the start was a success! : girl_claping: Tomorrow I will definitely try to bake a biscuit. I have a question right away, is it possible to have a biscuit with apples, are there any peculiarities? Thank you!

Good day everyone! I’m on the topic of settling in, the day before yesterday I bought a multicooker. So far, only cooked rice and soup with meatballs. Rice was made according to the recipe from multi, it turned out a little dried. As I understand it, it was necessary to add a little more water. Now I'm going to stew the fish, according to the recipe I need to set it for 6 hours, and the stewing program for a maximum of 4 hours. Put on manual mode? Or add the extinguishing time after 4 hours?
Taisiya
Quote: Julia V

In principle, 4 hours was enough for me. But it's better to do 4 + 2 or 2 + 4 hours.

There you need 6 hours, and then another 1 hour in the tomato. I put it for 4 hours, then I'll add it. But for the future I want to look less, try to set it in manual mode at once for 6 hours.

Well, there is more moisture with apples, and somewhere I had a glimpse of earlier that when berries were added to a biscuit, the time was increased, there, however, it was about Panasonic ... I just don't have much time to re-read all the topics, but you already want to cook deliciously. So I'm asking experienced multi-hostesses! Thank you.

Good afternoon, take a newcomer into your ranks, we have been using Dex since the New Year, we cooked pilaf, buckwheat porridge in it, and for now that's all.
I just want to make fries, do not tell me where to find the recipe on this forum, I look through this Temka from the very beginning
Infinity83, Welcome! Congratulations on the purchase of the cartoon, I think that the start of its active use will not be far off! French fries, of course, can be made both in "frying" and in manual mode with the lid open, so as not to "steam", but ... this is far from a multicooker mode - fries, unproductive, although possible. For these purposes, it is better to get a narrow-sharpened deep fryer or air fryer, ActiFry, and so on.

Ltnusik, I find it difficult to advise, because I bake (in different cartoons) always longer than the authors of the recipe recommend, although the voltage in the network is normal. But, perhaps, my experience will be useful to you. I share your opinion that when baking with fruit-berries there is more moisture and, accordingly, it takes more time to cook. Of course, the quantity and juiciness of additives is also important (I like it when there is a lot of fruit), but I always add the time for "fruit" baking from 10 minutes. and even more if necessary.

Something tells me that it is quite possible to put both a deep fryer and a double boiler on the shelf. Although, it depends more on the favorite family menu. It is likely that you don’t use the deep fryer every day, and if necessary, pulling it out for use is not a problem. And the steamer can also be pushed in (although, depending on what volumes you need). My steamer went into exile three years ago due to lack of demand.
In Dex, it is quite possible to fry and steam, and boil and bake and stew, and ... The cartoon is simply more functional for daily use.

With cottage cheese muffins and casseroles, this happens every other time.
Infinity83
and this is like my report, but without pictures, I deep-fried the fries in the multithe function of frying - vegetables, mine cycle is 42 minutes, one portion was enough for 2 adults - to overeat, and then immediately put on the second portion and repeated cycle.
I often stirred the first portion, 4 times, which you can not do so often, and for the last 10 minutes it was fried with the lid open, but I stirred the second portion for the first time 20 minutes before the end of frying and 10 minutes for the second time, fry until 5 minutes or less with the lid closed - after which she urgently pulled out, fried the potatoes a little, but it also became fragile than the first, the first was, something between fried and fried in a crust, but the second potato is just right !!!
pulled out, salted and added crushed garlic - the potatoes are ready, I recommend fries lovers.

At the expense of the deep fryer, she is already old, she is more than 10 years old, her husband once gave it on March 8, even before the wedding, so if I say goodbye to her, now there is nothing to regret, because there is fryer substitute - multiyayayayaya

Vinochek , the baking program and that's it! In a saucepan until it cools completely, I had it overnight. In the morning I pulled it out and cut it into 6 cakes, it could have been into seven. But there was not enough sour cream for the cream. Cut with a string like butter.
Ltnusik
Everybody get mad! I continue to master my multicooker. I cooked buckwheat on a delayed start. The morning began with a pleasant scent. Then I concocted the biscuit again, cut it, smeared it with custard cream. A wonderful tea party happened in the family circle. It hasn't been like that for a long time, the oven in the stove hasn't baked normally for a hundred years. And here it is fast and cheap and tasty !!! Scmya asked: "It will always be like this with us now ?!"
But one moment worries me greatly. In the morning, when I took out the saucepan with buckwheat from below on the heating element, some stain is blurred and does not wipe off. Nothing was flowing there! The husband says: "It's not scary," but I'm worried, all the more, I read that there were a lot of defective people recently. Was there anything like that for him? Answer please!!!
Kamusik
It's not that I have a stain ... but the metal has changed its color a little. Not all around, not a large area. So far, everything is ok. T-t-t.

This is all cleaned off with an ordinary iron sponge (without detergents) when the cartoon is still hot after cooking. I have had the predecessor DEH-50 for more than a year and I constantly clean these circles like that, but they still appear over time, probably a feature of the metal when heated.
Happy everyday and festive meals!
