Sesame milk in the Profi Cook Multi-blender PC-MSM1024

Ingredients

Sesame 100 g
Boiling water 400 g + 400 g

Cooking method

  • Pour sesame seeds into a blender bowl, pour 400 g of boiling water, close the lid and leave for 4 hours. Theoretically, you can boil water with a blender and then pour sesame seeds into it. But my kettle was just boiling, so I shortened the process.
  • Over time, grind the contents at maximum speed. Pour the second part of the boiling water, trying to pour it onto the walls in order to collect the remnants of the sesame seeds from them.
  • Due to the fact that calcium is destroyed at high temperatures, then we cook at the lowest Low 60C mode for 1-2 hours. I insisted 2 hours, plus an hour it cooled down.
  • At the end of cooking, grind the contents again at maximum speed.
  • Strain. I did this. I put a container, a colander on top, a cotton cloth in it. She poured out the contents, gathered the cloth by the ends and carefully began to squeeze.
  • Do not throw out the cake, but stick it SUCH wonderful buns.
  • Entrance 740 г

Note

Lena's sesame milk 🔗 made for reasons of utility. Sesame is in second place after poppy in terms of calcium content. It tastes bitter. Drink with honey, bananas, or dates. Stored in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.

What a healthy milk!
Mistletoe, do you know any manipulations with sesame seeds to remove bitterness? Someone fries or boils and drains the water, like ... But this is heat treatment at a high temperature. Otherwise they won't drink my bitter ones, they are very harmful. And after adding honey to milk, does it taste very bitter?

Mistletoe, I wrote it down! Thank you! Just tell me, did you cook on what program, that is, during cooking, did you blender or just cook? Yesterday I read here, came across information that the first water should be drained in general, so that the bitterness goes away. I will definitely try, I will tell you, just tomorrow I will do it!

I also made sesame milk for ice cream. I poured boiling water over the sesame seeds for several hours and then squeezed them out in a juicer. It turned out completely dry cake.

Anastasia, I am also harmful ... I have not given him yet .. Now I will go for bananas, I will mask. No manipulations will help .. it will taste bitter anyway. You can only add more water to reduce the concentration. The girls say that the first water should be drained .. but with it the usefulness will also go away.

Mistletoe, can you tell me how long this milk can be stored? It’s somehow lazy for me to make 50g of milk for coffee every morning, but not to drink at all :)
Omela
Angelica, can be frozen in portions. In a refrigerator. I think 3-4 days.)
Tarhuncik
