All the best. Thank you so much for everything ....

I'll sit in the bushes more for now ... how good I am with you all ...
Tanyush, you sit, sit in the bushes, but do not sit too long! Yes, it's hard! But life goes on, albeit in a new way. She got up, straightened her shoulders and slowly forward! They hope for you and wait for you!

Not Sunday without cake (pie, cupcake)
So far, I am alone in this movement, but I invite everyone to join and create a holiday with a sweet tooth once a week at home. Only the bathroom scales will have to be thrown away by everyone, I suspect that they will begin to lie, and at all at once, and in the big direction. Right now the virus, they say, is walking, which spoils them.
Mona1why alone? And niche so that every other day a cake or some other pastry ... or even every day! We need tea and coffee only for a bite! And I buy a current candy shop
And the floor scales have long been scrapped ... why should we be upset?

Hurray, there are already two of us (and there are even three of us in the bushes with Tanyusha Chaki)
The list remains open. Who else is ready to throw out the scales, join us!

Look, partisans climbed out of the bushes. It's time to look out for yourself. At the moment I am disposing of frozen berries. When I make a zebra, I sprinkle it on top with very generously frozen black currants and a little baby (literally sprinkle it through a sieve like powdered sugar). It turns out sooooo delicious! The sour is just right there. Next time I'll do it with fresh cherries

I really like him. I do not regret berries. I even specially buy a frozen mixture in Silpo called compote. There it is so coolly soaked through and through. I showed there like. Good luck with your baking.

Virgins, while I was hanging out here, my Deksik bungled soup for Baking ...
It turns out that when I was choosing the mode, the phone distracted me and I did not press the Menu button and stopped at Baking, and turned it on. When the propikaloo about the end, she opened it and went nuts: So seething, my dear mother and truncated, to the smallest potato - to smithereens! In short, there was a rice soup called "Rip Me To Shreds!" Nobody needs a recipe?

Somehow last week I set the porridge for the morning to cook on the timer .. and something I didn't understand ... Dex doesn't show how much time has passed since the "start of the delay"? ... that is, for example, I put a "delay" for 5 hours ... after 1.5-2 hours I come up, and the display shows the same 5 hours ...

Girls, the funniest thing hasn't started yet. Mine have just come to dinner. She poured them soup, silently. They ate and said: Thank you, very tasty.
It's like a joke. Wife in a gas mask to her husband: dear, don't you notice anything? - Shaw, shaved eyebrows?

Anh, how did you postpone it? First, the mode is set and, if necessary, the time of the mode itself is adjusted. And then a deferral is established. (See instructions on page 25.). There, if, for example, it is necessary to be ready at 7:30 in the morning, then on the postponement it is necessary to set 7:30. That is, there the final cooking time is set, and not the number of hours of delay. And it does not change, but when the time of the mode itself remains before 7:30, the mode turns on and it will already be displayed there as you would have done without delay.

Well, you probably set it to 5:00 on the timer, so it was cooked at 5 in the morning, then it was heated for 2 hours, then without heating for some time, until you all woke up.

not ... put it on for three hours ... 10-15 minutes before the start of cooking, I got up ... to TuValet.... came up and looked, and the indicator was still blinking on the "delay" icon ...

The default bake is 1 hour, although I see that people bake longer, but I have 60 minutes. enough.

And Deksik and I made a lentil soup for supper
I cooked without any recipe, but how it goes: 1 faceted glass of lentils (a glass of 250 ml), pre-soaked, poured water up to the 8th bowl mark, boiled until half cooked, added 3 pcs. medium-sized chopped potatoes.
At the same time, I fried a frying of onions and carrots in a frying pan, peppered, added a little mixture of aromatic herbs, put Deksika in a saucepan.
I cooked on the Stew program, about 50 minutes in time - I somehow did not notice.
And, I also added a little dried parsnip and parsley root.

I tried the soup - eat it deliciously with sour cream (I wouldn't have thought it myself, but it is) and sprinkle with dill

For lovers of lamb and shurpa!
I warn you right away that I don’t belong to such people (before that I hated lamb), but what I did this time was something!
The ribs and leg of the chopped lamb were put in a multi saucepan and for "stewing" - for 2.5-3 hours + onions, carrots and bulg. pepper an hour and a half before the end (I folded everything right away).
Strained the broth, pulled out the meat (disassembled, when it cooled down a little - and into the broth).
The strained broth was again poured into the bowl. I added potatoes (not large!) And ... 200-250 grams for a 3-3.5 liter casserole of homemade tomato (I have never added it before, I think it can be replaced with tomatoes that were previously minced and a little boiled).
Isho added a pinch of dried basil (not fresh). And Isho Lavrushka (I almost forgot).
And put it on stewing for 30 minutes.
At the end I added finely chopped parsley and crushed 2 cloves of garlic.
The aroma was such!

albina1966, thanks, but I am one of those. I love both mutton and shurpa very much. When I went to Yevpatoria with my children last years, I just bought mutton and cooked it. And, only one woman bought sheep cheese. And what a liver !!!!! Lamb is very fond of mint.

Yesterday evening I baked Deksusha Zebra with raisins, but without cocoa (I don’t love baking with cocoa), help yourself
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
I'm currently making a cherry pie based on zebra (only without cocoa). Pour the cherries right on top of the dough and crush with starch. As a result, the cherry is somewhere in the middle. The only trick with this pie is that with frozen berries 1 hour of baking is enough, but with fresh cherries after 1 hour it is damp inside. As a result, I put on two hours and the funny thing is that nothing burns and everything is baked. Toko biscuit as a result turns out not white (as usual), but yellowish-blush

Girls, today I bought an inexpensive milk cooker and along with this order, all kinds of other things, including found a silicone lid, I thought it would work for my Dexik, 22 cm in diameter, but it did not fit, it was small. There you can see the size of the lid indicated the maximum, along with protruding pipettes, and not the size of the pan on which it fits. I had to order a diameter of 26 cm. And this thin one, if put on hot, will probably bend. And on the reverse side, it is absolutely smooth, there is nothing to cling to pots with.Although it will hold on to a smaller saucepan. I put it on this one, so it is just like glued to the sides.
Here, look, maybe someone wants to, there are also larger diameters. And on the website there the minimum order is 150 UAH, so I won't collect these 150 UAH a second time because of one cover, but maybe someone wants to.

And I, too, still cover it with a kind of metal improvised lid in the form of a round tray, which came with my AG in the kit. I usually, when Deksik cooked something that makes the lid wet and when opened, it all flows in streams around the pan, then I don't close the cartoon, but cover the saucepan with this tray and in this form the dish stands, waiting for all the eaters come home. And then, if you open and close the native lid for everyone, then every time the condensate pours and pours. And so she took off the lid neatly and that's all.

I can't either, if the pan is not covered, especially when it has already been taken out of the multicooker. Anything you want can get there (for example, bread crumbs, etc.). And so you closed it and you don't worry. I put a saucepan with a lid and put it in the refrigerator.

Girls, are not able to shovel the whole topic, so I’ll ask a question, can anyone have this. I gave my old Dexic 60, took a new one. And he suits me miracles. I put potatoes in their uniforms to cook on "Stew", in an hour the small grubs were on the surface, but the raw potatoes remained. The next day, I also cooked soup on the "Stew" steam poured with might and main, and the lid was all smeared. What's wrong with him? Nobody had such a thing?
And 3 liters of milk did not boil on the milk.

No, no one seems to have complained about that. But to our great chagrin, it should be noted that nuances occur in the new DEX games, and people have to change them, which almost never happened before. So if you have a new one, then it is better to change it, you should not suffer.

Have you tried it with sour cream? Made with homemade (fatty) 1 to one (1 egg-1 tablespoon of sour cream). It turns out a lush chic omelet. It doesn't work like that on milk

But I know that you cannot beat eggs with milk for an omelet, but you just need to mix it with a fork. Maybe that's why.

Mona1, Duc stirring here yesterday the donkey again. In general, apparently this dish is not mine.

I'm still in the process of choosing a bread machine.

I want to bake sourdough bread. To do this, you need to either buy an expensive stove with good programming, or take, in principle, any (even a time-tested Panasonic) and manually bake?

I make sourdough bread in the oven, like any other. I like it much more than from HP (I have Kenwood). By the way, I use HP only for kneading the dough, but somehow at a party I manually kneaded the dough and everything is fine, I'm not tired)))). Try to bake bread in the oven first, any CP can be suitable for kneading the dough.

I also bake in the oven, and the kneading and proofing - in the HP, or partially in the HP, and the second proofing is in the basket. Although I bake without hardening, but with a minimum of compressed yeast. So, I agree with Vinochek, in the oven it is tastier and any HP for kneading is suitable, but if I chose, I would choose that there was a program for kneading a steep yeast-free dough, for dumplings, for example. Very helpful. Now I've just made dumplings with cherries, speed and beauty with HP! (I have a Panasonic, where, among others, there is a Pelmeni program and a Pizza program). As on dumplings, however, it seems to me that you need a steeper dough, but for dumplings - just right.
But Panasy are expensive and I, if I knew earlier that I would only bake in it for six months, and then move to the oven, I would take something cheaper for kneading.
Grypana
I have a third year Moulinex. I'm soooooooo happy !. There is a Yeast dough mode. On it I mix the dough for dumplings, only I take it out earlier, before proofing. And I bake it like in HP, slow cooker, AG, oven. But ... I do not bake complex bread, but, for example, Azaz-Tanyusha bakes in a slow cooker.

irysska
Linen, the potatoes are very appetizing
How many potatoes by weight and how much time - go ahead
Galleon-6
I don't remember exactly by weight, where it is 700g, peeled (young potatoes), cut in half, salt and pepper, added a little sunflower oil, mixed everything and put it on baking for 1 hour, when the first 25-30 minutes passed, mixed and did not touch it again , that's probably why it turned out to be whole and ruddy. Here's where something like this: flowers: I forgot, at the end sprinkled with dill.

Girls, guard, my lid in the cartoon does not open, I press the valve, but it sucks in, but the lid does not open, what should I do? I put a biscuit, the program ended, I took off the steam valve, and then after 15 minutes I wanted to open it, but alas
Just don't panic, try to disconnect from the network and wait, maybe it will cool down, and release the biscuit from captivity.
Galleon-6
I opened it in half with grief, and there was a horror that I had never seen, the biscuit rose to the very lid, so it blocked the air to the valve, sealed the entire surface of the lid, and the biscuit itself turned into a crumpled heap, I don’t even understand why, but most importantly, a mule opened and everything is fine, but the biscuit will have to be put on a new one
