And I don't know where to go. Where in Kiev can I? Or in any ss where something is being repaired?
Anyone, yeah. Dex does not have his own SC, this is an exchange technique. In which case it is changed to a new one within two years from the date of sale (subject to a guarantee, of course). The money will have to pay, but it is unlikely that replacing the battery will be expensive.
Lozja
If there is a check and a filled-in warranty card, I would try to contact Dax directly, so to speak, they say, there is no store where they took it, but the guarantee has not yet come out. What the hell is not joking, they will suddenly help.
You are in Kiev, and Dax is in theory in Kiev, which simplifies the situation.
Natawa
Thank you ! at least they reassured me. Okay, the scoreboard, but at least it worked: mad: otherwise, until the last minute, I doubted whether to take it or not (I take the equipment myself either in a store or in a photo session) I already wanted to take Philips 3039, otherwise it was. the same photo session, the price for dex was 1400 for the weekend and with a discount of 1178 gr

Do you have the coordinates of Deh? or just write to e-mail? and in general, something incomprehensible with this technique may already exist and the company does not exist?

Why is this? The company has not gone anywhere, they just have an exchange guarantee, that's all.

For affordable and functional household appliances DEX, in confirmation of product quality, the trademark gives a guarantee of up to two years depending on the product from the date of sale of the product, with the right to exchange equipment for a similar one in the event of a product malfunction due to the fault of the manufacturer (provided that the product is used without violations rules of operation, without mechanical damage and traces of opening).

Exchange equipment: during the warranty period, in the event of a product malfunction due to the fault of the manufacturer, the equipment is exchanged for a similar one in the trading network.

The basis for the exchange of a product is a correctly executed and fully completed warranty card at the time of sale, where the model, serial number of the product (if present), the date of sale of the product, the name and stamp of the trading organization, as well as a document confirming the fact of purchase must be indicated products (cash register receipt or sales receipt).

In principle, nothing is said here that this can be done only through the store. Try to write to them - 🔗pages / contacts

I just read that they were bought out and the situation with multicooker is not clear that they are gone

Dax multicookers disappear periodically, because they are imported to Ukraine about once every half a year. Then they are bought up, because their equipment is very popular, and it turns out that they are being bought up before they have time to produce and import them to Ukraine. So we are waiting for everything later for a month or two for a new Chinese ship to our harbor.
And they bought only the plant where these multicooker are assembled, it will be seen further. Fortunately, there are many factories in China. And no one bought the TM itself.

Nobody bought them, that is, the Dex company. We bought the plant where Dex produced multicooker. And the company remained as it was.

Battery, one hundred poods! Yes, when buying a multicooker they are already ticking, you just have to set it right. That is, regardless of whether the cartoon is on, the clock ticks from the moment it was inserted into the cartoon on the conveyor. The cartoon was purchased in 2011, and it could have been made in the first batch. And all this time I stood without being connected to the network.
That is, the modes work quite adequately. Only the scoreboard does not work. You need to change the battery and everything will be OK.

Quote: Mona1

Well, I think that not only the clock depends on the battery. But how is the electronic memory preserved if the light is turned off during cooking? After the light appears, the program continues to work from the place where it was interrupted, and is not reset. In general, I am not an electronics engineer, can a memory be preserved without energy at all?
And in the washing machine, the program is also saved if the light is turned off, in the bread maker. Are there also batteries? If it depended on the battery, then the program would be saved permanently, and not for a certain time.
Let it be better to look for an opportunity how to pass it, and not play. She didn't buy it for UAH 100.

This is what is important - that everyone tidies up for themselves. Our moderators simply do not have time to delete all the flood after us. And such topics (littered) are scary for beginners to enter. Of course, no one will reread them (such topics are 500 pages long, where in fact there are no more than 50-100 pages) (although, of course, there are heroes). So the topics are growing more and more with the same questions and answers. And the button "delete your message" to add, apparently, they are afraid

Even now, after a couple of weeks, everyone can clean up their messages, leaving there only what concerns the multi, and temporarily leaving the tryndezh for the last week. And if the post is all flood, then delete the content completely and leave only. So it will be easier for the moderator to see and remove these flowers than to re-read our sheets, reading whether there is a flood or not.

I came today to report on the multicooker. After she cooled down this morning, everything was again visible on the scoreboard. I put the biscuit on the oven, and somewhere at the end after about 40 minutes, the inscriptions began to disappear again. And after baking, the menu is also read in places. Now I looked after cooling down everything is in place. I don't know what to do. The problem is not in the battery. I read in Temka that the multicooker has problems with the display (it is not clearly visible) I can’t master the whole topic. who faced this? the problem is only with the display, but how do they work? (I mean not the fogged up screen, but only the inscriptions fade and disappear)
nila
Natawa, I read about your problem! It's certainly not pleasant, especially ... if I understood correctly ... Dex was purchased from friends.
This is clearly not the problem with the battery. I can't argue, but since the clock was started, then friends turned on Dex. My Dex was unloaded for me directly from the truck that brought MV to our city. And I started the clock myself, turning on Dex for the first time, then it is no longer possible to turn it off. Unfortunately, a poorly readable display is found in Dex. And if your friends turned on MV, they should have seen the problem, but they did not warn you for some reason
This is certainly not fatal, the programs work. But as for me ... I would feel uncomfortable all the time.
It's up to you to decide))) to reconcile and hope that everything will be or try to return. The warranty period is critical, you can try to exchange through the company. But these are unnecessary body movements. Friends got rid of, and you have a headache! At least kill me, but I won't believe that Deksik stood untested for almost two years! Try to talk to them, because they didn't give it to you for nothing. I don't want to offend ... you asked for advice ... IMHO
Natawa
nila! what insults I am and so grateful to you and the girls for the advice! I don't have anyone to tell about my problem. In my social circle, I have no devicegolics. : cray: I called them myself to ask how happy my mother was or not. Nelya, I personally bought several pieces, in all the hours went (and in Dex-50 too). Dex-60 is packed at the factory in boxes of two. Such a box was delivered to me unopened. However, the clock was already ticking in both cartoons.

Oksana-Lozya, you are our seller. Do you get multicooker with a ticking clock, or do you start them yourself, including a cartoon for checking? Maybe they opened my box, started the MV, and then sealed the box again?
Lozja
Natasha, I think that you and Olya have a problem that somewhere something is tighter than it needs to fit or screwed on, and the screen itself heats up from the heating of the case, so some of the words on it disappear. If you still do not decide to contact Dax or decide, but you will not achieve anything (although in theory you should have), and the guarantee will end, then in your place I would have found a handy technician to take it apart and see that there it is not so, perhaps there will be enough one movement of the hand to correct the defect.
But first I would have contacted Dax about the exchange.

All were with clocks already working. But I have no reason not to believe Nele, so I quite admit to myself that at some unreleased hour I got caught. And it is quite possible that the multicooker is checked for inclusion in the warehouse, or somewhere on the way to the warehouse. And Nelya managed to intercept the goods even before that moment. And this may well be.

So I don’t. I was just surprised. I was sure that the clock was ticking from the moment of production. It seemed doubtful that every cartoon in the warehouse was included in the network. But apparently they still include-check to exclude marriage.
* Anyuta *
When I was buying my Dex on a drum, I asked the seller to check the cartoon for me ... they said that Dex's policy is: sellers even before the start of sales, they check the MV .. and in my opinion she blurted out something about the clock ... like the display shows - then everything is fine ..... look at the appearance and the bowl ... Here's how ..

This means that Nelia overtook the sellers great - she wanted a multicooker
Yes, Tanyukha, you're right! I was waiting for my Dex for 2 months with a ponytail. She left applications on all sites wherever possible and in our city warehouse. We were fed promises: girl_cray: in a month ... in a week ... another week ... and another week: girl_cray: I couldn't bear to wait so much (and even my Veska left for repairs just at that time, and it's sultry outside June-early July) that I called them at the warehouse almost every day. And they seem so tired of them that on July 18 they call me and tell me
- go out, meet ...a truck loaded with equipment drives up to the city and YOU are the first to receive it. About 3 hours later my Dexik was with me
There were many large boxes in the back, one of them was unsealed by the carrier and took out 1 sealed box, the second remained. They didn't even check it, the forwarder took the money and told me to go to the warehouse with all the questions. Most likely, they brought it in right away, since I live right next to the Kharkiv-Simferopol highway.
By the way, when I bought MV Orion as a gift, the seller also started the clock in front of me. I also wanted to stop them at home, because the gift did not fit, and decided to give it back, but then nothing came of it.

I have the same display problem. When cooking, the right corner of the screen is hard to see. The store where I bought the multicooker is no longer there. This problem does not affect cooking yet, everything cooks perfectly, and I know the menu by heart. I bought the cartoon in January 2012. The problem came to light in the summer of that year. Up to 8, you need 8 multi-glasses of rice. And pour water up to the 8 mark. This is just a dial for cooking rice.

Prus - 2, azaza, yara, Tetyanka-G, Olyushka, Sone4ka - Thank you all for the warm welcome, for the words of support and for poking your nose into the instructions. I am surprised at myself - apparently the effect of chronic lack of sleep and a deeply lumpy state. And I had to figure it out very quickly, because I wanted to cook porridge in the morning. But she didn't dare. Therefore, I cooked for lunch, with a more or less enlightened head. The first thing that I cooked was veal ribs with potatoes according to the recipe from the "home-style roast" book (did not put pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, and did not interfere with anything in the saucepan, as advised). Everything would be fine, but I didn’t like 2 points: 1. - in the recipe under the question mark it says no oil! Why? It is not clear, there was just not enough oil, the dish turned out to be very lean, 2 - I added Provencal herbs as spices, added in a very adequate dose, as a result, I baked after that, I cooked porridge 2 times, and everything was it still smells of these Provencal herbs, especially milk porridge. Already steamed with steam with a couple of drops of lemon juice - to no avail. In addition, the recipe says that this dish must be put on "stewing" for 2 hours. And the default is -1 hour. 5 times I tried to change the time according to the instructions, nothing worked. But this is attributed to the lack of spongy brains, so I'll try again later))))). In the evening, I baked a zebra cake according to the recipe (I thought to bake something for my birthday, I had to try it, but then I didn't dare). I did everything according to the recipe, although the cupcake looks more like a marble, not a zebra, but these are trifles. It baked as per the instructions, for an hour, as a result, the very top was not baked (I specially cut the already cooled one to see what was inside). Now I'll try to insert a photo. Only the photo from the mobile phone is not very high quality.

In the last two photos, the halves are simply turned upside down, so you can see a large bubble from below, and around it there is unbaked dough. Probably it was still necessary to bother?
Now for the cereals. The first time I made milk porridge according to the instructions from the booklet, with a delay, this is certainly a beauty - we got up early in the morning with the assistant, and the porridge is already ready. True, the porridge turned out to be thick, almost without milk, and we love liquid, so we had to dilute it with milk, well, we don't really like rice porridge, but we decided to try it as per the recipe. I cooked the second one today in the morning, made 2 times smaller portion than last time, added, as advised, one multi-glass more milk, and poured oatmeal. Lyuba advised me Prus-2 do not take the usual oatmeal, but .... there were no others in the house. And what is non-quick-digesting flakes, I honestly don't know ... Maybe it's such that by weight? She also called her friend, she has Panasik, she cooked, did not run away. In general, I threw all this business, and of course, after 10 minutes of MV operation, in the morning I ran to save the kitchen from the milk splashing through the valve. She turned it off and went to lie down still. The flakes just swelled and steamed, as if they were drenched in boiling water, and since the milk escaped through the valve, we again had to take out the thick porridge and dilute it with milk. and again, the smell of Provencal herbs ...

In general, first impressions are not a fountain. Although, of course, I have already appreciated the great convenience. The cupcake could just as well have failed in duzovka, only I would have walked over it and conjured for 1.5 hours, looked there. And so, I mixed everything with a mixer, filled it in and forgot. By the way, I regretted that there was no viewing window in the MV, I really wanted to see how it grows there, but these are reflexes from the oven. Although I saw in the magazine MB with transparent lids, where the entire cooking process is visible.
so that's it, my dears, my first reports.
As for the fact that someone here wrote that you are up in arms or are sending me somewhere - this is all nonsense! Although I am very rugged and chronically lacking in powder, I am still an adequate mother, and I’m not the first time on the forums, I myself know how it is 1001 times to answer the same questions. And at every opportunity I try to master the beginning of the topic, it's just that the opportunity is rare, for which I immediately and everyone 10001 times apologize. You see, even with her first reports, she could only look in a moment while the baby was sleeping. But I think, I'm not the only one such a mother here, after all, I’m busy ... But in general, I even looked through some pages here before. I like you !!!! so you won't get rid of me so easily with my "hundred thousand spoken" questions
ya_lada
The next dish that I want to cook is an ordinary lean borschik, so that there will be something to dine tomorrow. I will try again as instructed, only without meat, without frying, and of course, a smaller portion. Another first impression is that food from MV tastes differently from that cooked on the stove. Is it just me, or is it? I tried charlottes from my husband's sister - good, baked, all the same, they are not the same, as if they were more steamed, or something, and not baked. I don't take into account my cupcake, because it may not have been baked as it should, even from the bottom. But even the same stewed ribs, potatoes - everything is different. I’ll make a reservation right away that I’m not a gourmet (I never understood and didn’t catch the subtleties of taste in any delicacies and delicacies) and am used to food mainly dietary, so to speak. That is, I also cooked on the stove basically everything boiled and stewed or baked in the oven. But here in MV I immediately caught the difference. Many of my friends who have CF agreed with me on something. Yes, my husband also tortured me with the question of how to cook pasta in MV. I'll read the topic, maybe I'll find the answer there. But I saw in Redmond there is a special function of pasta, when the MV gives a signal to "lower" the pasta. Maybe the new dex model will also have such a function?
ya_lada
Yes, and more, but what about the extra bowls for the DEX? Why is it a problem to order them? It's just that my unsuccessful (to put it mildly) experience with Provencal herbs gave me the idea (but it seems to me that I already read such an idea from someone here) that it would be better to have 2 bowls, one for milk and pastries, and the second for everything else that uses seasonings. I’m still thinking about making mackerel soon, so I think, maybe we also need a separate bowl for the fish?

For a year of using the multicooker, there was no need for an additional pan. The pan washes well, no odors remain. But I would have bought an additional inner cover, the rubber absorbs odors, it is not washed off.

Yasya, you will come to everything with experience, with time. I will not give advice, more I have 50. And in Dexa 50 you can boil - On Steam, Boil. For example, in the summer, I must still boil the borscht after boiling. I turn on Steam for 2-3 minutes. Boiled off. Maybe 60 - ke there are similar programs? You might think that it brings to a boil and toss the pasta. And you can use the recipes of the forum.
I have a milk cooker for milk. Yasya, get a milk cooker, go to the topic - you will be very happy with cereals and much more.

And about cooking in cartoons I will say this - there was no light the other day, and I did not use gas. I was waiting for the electricity to turn on. I fry the cutlets for the second day on demand and again on demand "just fire in the cartoon." They are juicier, fluffier there, they don't take too much oil. Stew the meat again only in the cartoon. I won't cook it on the stove already.
I cook borscht only in a cartoon. Frying on the stove - well, this is my recent successful formula. And I cooked the first borscht in a slow cooker - everyone ate it, but I heard that it was not right. Then I started experimenting and found what I like and how to cook it.
Cupcakes, it happens, it turns out, but it happens - nope. Here, I need to bake it like bake 2 times, add time, etc.

Oh, yes, I found out about the milk cooker from here (from the bread maker. Ru), and I've been using it for a year now, and I'm mega happy. But alas, she has no reprieve. In the morning you always want to sleep or just lie down while the dotsya sniffs, but with the milk cooker you still have to get up and put it to cook porridge. And then everyone wakes up from the whistle. And as soon as the second is born, this function of delay in CF is just salvation, it seems to me. By the way, my Soviet grandfather, a pensioner, was selling a milk cooker from his stock, a new one, in a package, for 2 liters.

And, Yasya, well then, while you need to play with the amount of cereals when laying. I cook rice porridge, then I put rice according to the recipe not 1 multi-glass, but almost half a glass, but 3 milk + 2 water 2 multi-glasses. Then it is not porridge that comes out, but milk soup, which we love. And when I put 1 multi-glass of rice, and then the porridge stood still in the heating, there was no liquid.

I insure myself in the summer - I sketched everything fresh - tomatoes instead of juice or pasta, at the end I threw fresh greenery, but generously, and the stewing (I cook on this mode) is not violent. To be honest, I don't even see what ended there or not. I look at the readiness of the pasta, if necessary, I just turn off the multicooker. Usually before the program ends. I already do all this automatically, so I will not describe in detail what and how. You cook a couple of times - you yourself will understand what's what. But definitely, I like the pasta cooked in a cartoon much more than the traditionally cooked one.

No, Yasya, there is no such thing anywhere, not in any multicooker. But there is this: if on auto programs (working until the liquid boils off) you often open the lid and keep it open for a long time, the mode can work longer than expected, that is, it gets a little off the program. But from the beginning she does not start cooking. If you just mix and immediately close the crush, everything will be fine. Don't worry, feel free to look into the saucepan. The main thing is not to frequent it too often and not to keep it open for too long.

Yeah, it's clear ... maybe it was just about the fact that the cooking time is increasing ... But I realized that the program gets lost and starts all over again. It's just that there is so much information in such a short time that I will now look in my head as a madhouse, and that is not just wondering how it is. I do not use a delay at all, but if it were necessary, I would freeze the required amount of water in advance. And then you don't need to freeze the milk.
Some people just use chilled milk and water. But in the summer, in the heat ... Better not to risk it. The cartoon, of course, in some way performs the function of a thermos, but not even 80%. And considering what kind of milk they sell here ...

In my cartoons, the extinguishing is not violent. Again, just because of my cockroaches, in the summer I boil the borscht again for 2-3 minutes, after cooking. Well, I don't want to risk it. And I always open the lid on all programs - especially in Dex, there will be no bad.

About the milk in the summer. The girls have already written somewhere that they freeze milk in portions. Then the frozen briquette is taken and put into a multicooker and milk is prepared at the delayed start. I didn't do that, but theoretically it makes sense, I think.

Girls, I recently bought a Scarlett and read Temko there. Here's a look at how a girl in a double boiler cooks rice and other cereals for a side dish. This is convenient if the meat is stewed from below, for example, to kill two birds with one stone. I think you can try it in our Deksika too. Or maybe someone has already tried it?

A very interesting experience, but you need to choose the proportions. Although, having 2 multi ... And AH .... I experimented a lot on the contrary - at the bottom of the side dish, at the top of the fish or cutlets, or sausages - and on "Buckwheat"!

Very Antiresno. If the scarlet owners had found the exact proportions, it would have been fun to kill two birds with one stone. : yes I'm in a double boiler while toko potatoes cooked when there is meat below.
Tanya, thank you for giving us innovations.
While writing, Lyubasha guessed my thoughts about the proportions.

I can quickly cook rice in the microwave in 8 minutes. But this steamer method is cool. Mona, you can eat the candy! : flowers: Well done, that brought the know-how here!
