Ingredients

Cooking method

  • Grease a dry saucepan (once) with a very small amount of sunflower oil (bottom and a little side). We take sheets of baking paper cut into strips. My size is 5x60 cm. We put it in a saucepan crosswise and fasten it with clothespins for convenience.
  • Roll out the dough 0.5 cm thick, the size of the circle should be a couple of centimeters wider than the bottom of the bowl. Let stand for 10 minutes under a towel. We lay on the bottom.
  • On top of the bed is tomato sauce (stewed in a pan after frying the meat, chopped with a blender, tomatoes, sl. pepper, garlic, salt, sugar, oregano, black pepper)
  • I distribute the meat (chicken fillet fried in a little sunflower oil and salted at the end of cooking)
  • Cover with boiled egg and cheese powder.
  • I turn on the baking mode, check the readiness after 15-20 minutes by the state of the cheese in the middle of the pizza, if it melts, add 5 minutes and you can get it out. We take out the paper by the tails, taking them in pairs in both hands.
  • Ready-made pizza. The paper pulls out easily from the bottom.
  • After placing the baked goods, I roll out the next pizza sheet and cover with a towel.
  • Let the pan cool for a couple of minutes and repeat the algorithm from the beginning and so on until the dough runs out.
  • While we are eating the first pizza, the second is just being baked.
