Tyrolean pie

Ingredients

butter 100g
egg 4
sugar 1 / 2st
flour 1.5 st.
baking powder 1h l.
vanilla sugar 2h l.
berry (raspberry, cherry, currant ...) 500g

  • Soften the butter, add eggs, sugar and stir until smooth.
  • Sift the flour and mix with baking powder and salt.
  • Add flour to the egg mixture and knead the dough.
  • Lubricate the bowl with sl. butter and lay out the dough; spread the berries on top (frozen)
  • Tyrolean pie
  • baking mode 40 minutes.
  • You can open the lid of the multicooker immediately. Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar.
  • Tyrolean pie

VS NIKA How did you get the cake out? did you put paper in or did it slip out easily? I just made a curd cake, decided that only biscuits would be baked in Brandon ...
lunova-moskalenko
I can tell you how to get the pies out. I usually put long strips of baking paper under the pies, cross three strips and then pull out the pies from the multi for them!

Kate, I put a plate on the pie, put a double boiler on it and turned the pie over. Can be removed with one plate or with just one steamer. Then turn the berries up. The cake itself does not stick, it pops out well.

I do this when it's just biscuits, but I'm afraid of open ones. It is because of the adhesion of the filling! It's good that this one does not stick, you must bake it.

Thank you)))

It is better to reduce the amount of dough by half, otherwise it will be dry, and the berries would leave the same amount.
If for Baking, then 1 hour is enough, but with manual I don't know what to do.

sedw, (unfortunately I don't know the name) thank you very much for the photo! : girl_claping: The pie turned out great!
And the fact that it is crooked, so it does not matter, I also had it uneven. Nevertheless, it is better to bake it apparently in the oven.

If in the oven, then, probably, in a collapsible form. It was just that strips of paper prevented me from smoothing the dough well, but it was easy to get the cake ...
Vika, thanks for rating)))

Baking in 821 cuckoo (you never know if it will come in handy for someone) - 1 hour 30 minutes - just right! The diameter of the cuckoo bowl is slightly smaller and the pie is taller
Today We ate two pies, but something tells me that next weekend I will be asked for it again))) (especially bribed the frozen berries today)
Thank you, Vika !!!

Hee hee !!!!! I go to work three times a week, well, at home in the morning, be sure to greet the sun (this is the name of the exercise). During the day, at every opportunity, I also do not forget, then in the pose of a tree, then as a ballerina, and if I manage to be on the rug, then what else ...

You inspired me, I also went again, but since the "tree" pose is a normal state of my body, it is very hard for me. Inspire me with something else, huh?

Well, yes, I wrote in Rosanchiki, you thought you saw. There is an hour left for the rise, then 30 minutes of proofing, baking for another half an hour, in short I will go to bed at 3 in the morning, but everyone will have bagels tomorrow
(I didn't sleep hard that night, my daughter got sick) I'm sitting fighting sleep

I baked a pie today. Thank you, Vika, ukusnyatina, I'm already eating and sitting with a seagull.
Fotat did not, because he does not look the best way. The baking powder let me down (after all, there was still an idea to open a new bag, but I ignored it). The dough did not rise, and the juice from the cherries, therefore, made the pie glassy. But I'll eat it anyway, it's baked great, and I love any kind of cherry baked goods. I went to put a plus sign!
