albina1966 I see your Dex has a girlfriend, little Panasonic? Do you regret buying? I'm toiling, I also want to buy a small multicooker, but we have only such panasonic for sale.
Taia! Panaska is my firstborn, I love her dearly too, but she still has side dishes, steamed vegetables, fish with mayonnaise and something else. If the price does not bother you, then take it, it will fit on the farm. 2 is better than one.
It is convenient for me, because it is small, and I take both multi-items to the sea at once. The pressure cooker I dream about would not have taken because of the size.

I will tell you....
Obviously, each country has its own "agreement" on imported goods ...
As an example ... I took a dex in Kharkov for 950 hryvnia - that's 3800 (even less, to be more precise) ... Our Brand (twin) costs 6000 reE.
Scarlet in Kharkiv - 1520 re, we had 2990 for a share, without a share - 4200
The vacuum cleaner was knitted in Kharkov for 2100, in our wholesale base it costs 2800 ...
Nokia C5 phones in Kharkiv for 5500 x 2 = 11000rE, we have them 6500 x 2 = 13000 ..
PG Klatronic 3280 took it .. I don't remember exactly how much, we have them from 3600 ... I took it cheaper by 1000 for sure, or maybe more ... Well, something like that ...
Maybe because in Russia salaries and pensions, if you take on average, are much higher than Ukrainian ones. That is why they raise the price, they know that people eat it anyway. For this price, our equipment will remain on the shelves. The people will simply not be able to afford it.

Even here in Ukraine, if you take my Donetsk, then the prices are higher than the average Ukrainian, because salaries are a bit higher than the average in Ukraine.

Tanya, yes, this is undeniable .. BUT believe me ... salary in Voronezh / Belgorod / Kursk .... at times differs from salary in Moscow and St. Petersburg ... That is, we have salary 10 000 RE is a normal salary (although they say that the average is 18,000), then in Moscow for 30,000 RE, the janitor probably works and turns his nose up from a low salary ... The nurse in the X-ray office gets 4,400 (!) .. so compare further ...

In general, I initially only wanted a yogurt maker. I got here on the forum, read about multicooker, decided to kill two birds with one stone: buy a cartoon with a yogurt program. Maybe I don’t like the yogurt, or I don’t like the cartoon.
I bought Dex. And I liked the cartoon very much, and I like yogurt.
But because of the yogurt, the cartoon is often busy, and too big for needs. Again the question arose: buy a yogurt maker or 2 cartoon, but small.
I decided to buy a small cartoon.

Just keep in mind that Panas -10 is very low-power (490 watts). And only 6 programs, only automatic programs work with a timer (pilaf, buckwheat, milk porridge). There is no frying, everything is fried on baking (the most powerful program), I even stewed it on it. The extinguishing program is very slow against dex. But on a steam, the water does not boil away much, like dex. Something like this. So, draw your own conclusions.
Mona1
And I'm just getting away from the high. I made a stew for the first time in Deksula. The first one is because half of my eaters do not like cabbage, so I decided, while everyone is at work, to please my beloved (well, there is still a lot left in the saucepan, I will try to seduce my bad guys. It turned out just magically, and with a piece of my black bread, yum just!
It's inconvenient for me to meddle here with my cabbage, here many do this every day, and even after such beautiful things that were here ... Well, let it be for beginners who have not tried anything in Dex.
Multicooker Dex DMC-60 (reviews and discussion)
In general, I fried a little bit of finely chopped beef on the Fry on the Fry, immediately there was an onion, rubbed a carrot and there. Then spices, any herbs that were caught, pepper, a bit of tomato paste, ketchup, cabbage there, mixed everything and Stew for 1.5 hours. an hour later she interfered and checked how much liquid there was at the bottom. There was no need to add.
I added a bit of water to the cabbage, which was not much, at the very beginning, and if there is a lot of cabbage, then I think there is no need to add, because the cabbage lets out a lot of juice, there is enough of its liquid.

Rick
I still do the same, only put on Stew for 1 hour. And I don't add water, the juice from the cabbage is fine. It's delicious and simple!
Grypana
Tanya-Mona, cabbage stews superbly in the cartoon. Well done for bringing her lunch to show and remind. I love cabbage, pies with it, cabbage cutlets

This morning, too, I was all so proud - I stewed veal in Dex (wow, how soft it turned out), Orion cooked borscht, and I paint my nails cutely and am going to run away. Everything itself was cooked, put out. Wait came - lunch is ready, I'm like a clever toiler

Goodnight!!!!!! Today she joined the ranks of the owners of DEX-60. After much torment, I decided on this cartoon, I hope I will not be disappointed. although I read the instructions, and already fell into despondency .... Besides, I looked here on the forum, there are not enough recipes for this multi ... Maybe someone will tell a newbie on some questions. I understand that perhaps this has already been discussed for the thousandth time here, then poke your finger where to read, because I will probably master more than 500 pages of the forum only by the end of the summer, but it is necessary to somehow establish contact, because.soon a second baby will appear and we need to learn how to cook something in automatic mode urgently, without thinking and not playing for a long time with cartoons, I will play later, with free night time.
The first questions are:
1.The clock on the display should show real time or what? Now it is 1:45, and the clock on the display shows 6:53. How do I reinstall them in real time? There is not a word about this in the instructions.
2. What to do with the valve? Should it always be open or closed? There is not a word about this in the instructions. How often should it be removed and washed?

The first dish I want to cook is milk porridge and stewed beef ribs with potatoes.
3. As for milk, the question is this - in the recipe book only such a dish is described - 1/2 cup of rice +1/2 cup of millet for 2 cups of water and 3 cups of milk. Do you mean measuring cups? And if someone cooked, what product yield is enough for three? And I understand that by default this porridge will cook for 50 minutes? And what does the time interval for milk porridge mode 30 min-2 hours mean? And yet, does the porridge turn out to be liquid or thick? We like liquid cereals more ...
In general, I honestly admit that I put a cartoon at home and dismantled the fear, I don't even know which side to approach it. In general, in 3 days it is my birthday, and this cartoon is a gift for an anniversary. I thought to surprise the guests with something, well, at least a biscuit cake, but here it’s just a stupor - I’m afraid of my MV - and that’s all ... I would be grateful for any good advice and useful links

Congratulations on joining the ranks of the multicooker! Let the hostess work well and please!
1. The clock must be reset. The instructions are written on page 8 (Ukrainian language), page 24 (Russian). And how to set the delayed cooking - (pages 9 and 25 respectively).
2. The valve must always be closed! The lock is drawn on the right open. You turn the pointer on it when you need to remove it. And if the valve is not closed, then when the lid is opened, it will fall out. You shoot as needed: if suddenly something escaped and clogged it up (for the first time, my corn porridge ran away.
I don't stew ribs, as they wrote that the bones are very sharp and I feel sorry for the saucepan. The girls write that they are stewing. So it's up to you.
3. It is always better to dilute milk porridge with water, because of this it ran away from me, and it is necessary to wash cereals very well, especially running ones: rice, etc. For three, this rate is enough, but I add another multistanan liquid and then it is less thick. More than enough for three. I immediately put sugar and butter. The interval means less than 50 minutes.(30 minutes) and up to two hours. The time is set on page 24 (just below the time setting).
In principle, the instructions are about all this.
I baked a biscuit from a booklet for Brand 37501. I don't like it without starch, with starch.
Our recipe book is small, but then it will not really be needed. There are a lot of recipes on the forum. You write in the search engine what you need and you have a lot of recipes. I only used it for the first time, and now I cook as I used to cook on the stove according to my taste and habit.
No need to be afraid of her, she is just a wonderful slow cooker!
Good luck and joy from the assistant!

Can't even sleep because of this? ) there is nothing to be afraid of .. I am not the most experienced owner of Dex, but I may be able to suggest something, if I am mistaken, I hope the experienced will correct me. And the recipes are enough). See also recipes for Brand 37501 https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=318.0. .
1. By the hour. The time is set to the current one. How to install, see instructions on page 8 (right column of text)
2. The valve is closed, I take it off sometimes to dry out after cooking or rinse it, especially after strong-smelling dishes.
3. By milk. You can see here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=94556.0
- Yes, the recipe book is talking about a measuring cup from the kit. But you can use other containers, but respecting the proportions. Although at first it is better to use cartoon. - Will there be enough for three? Well, here it depends on appetites, and you cooked porridge in a saucepan, I think you can even visually evaluate the amount of rice. Cook from one bowl, then that's definitely enough. - Liquid or thick, depends on the amount of liquid, just like in a regular saucepan. Try 900-1000 ml of liquid for 1 multi-glass (I make milk + water). - Yes, the default time is 50 minutes, but you can change it manually (instruction page 8.)
4. And most importantly, do not worry, just do it. And you will have a biscuit for your birthday. As a rule, everyone bakes a biscuit in the very first days and almost everyone succeeds). I started with boiled vanilla https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=84460.0 made a great cake. In general, go for it, and I'm sure you will quickly get used to it and get used to it and you will perfectly cook according to recipes for other multicooker and just adapt the usual recipes.

Welcome to our ranks! And now to your questions:
- the multicooker is just an electric pan, so don't be afraid to cook in it, cook any dishes. To begin with, to deal with the modes, take the recipes for Dex or Brand (his modes are identical);
- the valve must always be closed, remove and wash it as it gets dirty (when you see obvious traces of food on it);
- take as much cereal as you took before, and with the proportion of liquid you will select your version by the method of tests. But keep in mind that in a multicooker, liquid does not evaporate as intensely as in a saucepan.

Quote: yacia_lada

Why clean it? Does it get dirty?
Yes, sometimes water gets there from the lid, but it's absolutely not scary. The disc will become stained over time, this does not affect the cooking quality, but for aesthetics, clean it from time to time with Sif cleaning cream.

And it is possible in more detail (if it is described somewhere, then click on the link, pliz), how to steam it to eliminate the smell? How much water to pour into the saucepan and should I add something (I read somewhere that citric acid should be used.

New multi ferry ride:
Pour 1-1.5 liters of water into a saucepan. Use the Menu button to select the Pr. The display will show the Vegetables sub-mode and the default time is 20 minutes. Both the sub-mode and the time can be changed (see instructions for details). Press the Start button. All. The cartoon itself will boil the water and turn itself off after the prescribed period. You just have to press the "Cancel" button to stop heating, which the MB goes to after each mode has been worked out. Add ass or lemon peels to the water if desired. Do not add citric acid: the non-stick coating does not like acid. You can not add lemon - I cleaned my multi with plain water, this is quite enough (for me).

And yes, the girls are right: be careful with the ribs! First of all - congratulations on your purchase! I myself recently bought Dexica, and I want to tell you - this is a very, very successful purchase! I am now testing it on all programs (since I have been cooking in Panasonic for almost 2 years) and I want to tell you honestly - Dex is BETTER! Maybe he has a slightly smaller bowl (4 liters versus 4.5 liters), but he copes with all the recipes Just like Panas! Why am I comparing this? To what you can take any recipes from Panasonic and cook for them in Dex. One nuance - the "Pilaf" program in Panas corresponds to the "Rice" program in Dex. And Panas does not have the "Fry" program, because if it says "fry on the Pastry" - fry on the "Fry"! In addition, as the girls have already written, all Brand 37501 recipes are suitable, and there are a lot of them in the Brand branch. Look there in "Testing the Brand Multicooker" https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=147299.0, the front page has many clickable links to recipes that are not in the Recipes for Brand table of contents. Well, the Recipes themselves for Brand. You will learn how to cook in it very soon! And yet - in the manner of cooking oatmeal - just take non-instant cereal, how many of these I cook - they never ran away! Oatmeal needs a slightly different proportion of 1.5 multi-cups of cereal per 1 liter of liquid (milk + water). Rinse the flakes well (in 3-4 waters) Immediately put butter, sugar, salt, vanillin. I set the cooking time to 30 minutes. And set the readiness time in such a way that the porridge will stand for 30 - 40 minutes on the "Heating" (the heating will turn on itself as soon as the program ends). Only, when the program finishes working, you mix the porridge. And then let him stand on the "Heating". I wish you success in mastering the multi! 🔗

Quote: yara

But not everyone can read the WHOLE topic either.
Not everyone can or not everyone WANTS? These are two different things. Many are simply too lazy to read the topic before a choice, but want to be presented with everything on a silver platter.
I have already noticed that people who are too lazy to thoroughly study the topic and understand for themselves, then do not particularly value what they get.

Well, in this particular case, it seems that the person is really strained over time: a small child, the second is on the way, you need to prepare for the anniversary ...
But it is not necessary to read all 500 pages. The most important things were collected in the first 50, while the first run-in of the new model was going on. The rest 450 - if not a transfusion from empty to empty (we are still lovers of potryndet here), then at least re-songs of the same songs in a new way.
You should read at least a couple of dozen pages, Yasya! Do not think that we are up in arms against you. It's just that you yourself will understand more clearly which unit you are dealing with, from which side to approach it, how to cook familiar dishes in an unusual device. And then we had cases here, some of the soup was cooked on the Buckwheat program, and they blamed the multicooker for the fact that the soup was not cooked as it should

At the beginning, I boiled water in it for a couple of minutes 5, and then put a biscuit on the baking and then it started: on the scoreboard I noticed that the numbers were somehow pale, barely noticeable, the word baking was not visible, after baking the menu was almost invisible. I let it cool down for a couple of minutes, but it’s no better, words disappear altogether and nothing can be read. Tomorrow is the child's birthday and I'm sitting in tears. Natalya, actually this shouldn't be. maybe, you got Dex's rare marriage.
But it's too early to panic.Let the mult rest for a day, dry thoroughly after steam. Try baking something again and watch the multicooker work. If the scoreboard becomes discolored again, you will have to return the MB to the seller, he will have to exchange it for a new one or return the money.
Kamusik
Let her rest (cool down well) and try again!
Natawa
The whole problem is that I bought it from friends, and they bought it back in 2011 in December for my mother. And she never used it so nirazu and I suggested that I would buy it at a higher price, they sold it to me, and this store (in general, how could it be found) had already changed its name and the price was already 200 grams more. Now I don't know what to do, I never bought equipment from my hands, and there was still no money, so I took it off a credit card and got stuck with a marriage. Tomorrow the child has a birthday cake and I'm all in tears. I have already turned on the same thing again and the screen is not fogged up, but just as if the batteries are dead and some words have disappeared altogether
Mona1
Or maybe it's really the battery. There, they say, there is a battery for the display and the cartoon was bought a year and a half ago, but it was produced, maybe three years ago, the battery life is running out. Can this be a girl? Then you need to change the battery in the service (any) where household appliances are repaired. Well, of course, if it's her.
Kamusik
Natasha, don't panic! The girls had this, wait until tomorrow. And if, what, then maybe talk to the sellers (they are friends), maybe they will take it? They still have the opportunity to change it, the warranty is 2 years. But it seems to me that tomorrow it will turn on and everything will be normal!
Kamusik
Natasha, does the program actually work or not? Is the display fogging or not working at all?
azaza
Quote: Natawa

I have already turned on the same thing again and the screen is not fogged up, but just as if the batteries are dead and some words have disappeared altogether
Or maybe that's the point? The clock definitely runs from the battery, and it, of course, runs out over time. Perhaps, not only the clock is dim, but the entire scoreboard as well. Try not to unplug it. Just let it stand until tomorrow in ready mode (the Start button should FLASH red).
What happens to your baked goods? The scoreboard turned pale - okay, but the program continues to work, or has the cartoon turned off? If the programs work, then it's okay - the battery can be replaced. True, for this, the cartoon will have to rasprochit. Or take it to the service, to any one. Money, of course, you have to pay, but they will replace the battery and the display will come to life.
Arnica
Dont be upset! It will cool down and show again. But with a new preparation, it will repeat again, maybe not so much. My screen also floats, but not so that nothing is visible at all. The word baking is not visible at all, and the rice is half. I wanted to take it to the store, but there is no replacement and the money will be returned much less than it costs now. And the guarantee is another 1.9 months.
But you'd better return it, probably, if the store is no longer there. Explain to your friends what marriage is like.

The battery only powers the clock. And the rest cannot be!

Of course! When the cartoon is on, what does the battery have to do with it?

Well, I think that not only the clock depends on the battery. But how is the electronic memory preserved if the light is turned off during cooking? After the light appears, the program continues to work from the place where it was interrupted, and is not reset. In general, I'm not an electronics engineer, can a memory be preserved without energy at all?

Thank you all for your support . They will hardly take it away. And the screen is not fogged up and I just baked a biscuit there. Now the multicooker has cooled down and the problem has not gone away. But the program finished baking me a biscuit. what will happen next is not known and I already had something to try. I wanted to ask, when I brought her home, the clock was already running in the multicooker and now they were already dim in places. And when you bought the watch was already running? could this have affected? (the clock was not set, it was just the wrong time

In general, how lucky with the technique.I even read the thought that the Chinese factories also have night shifts. And at night, there is no state control, and the Chinese tend to sleep, so they relax, sometimes they drive the brat. Somewhere they didn’t twist, somewhere they didn’t. And I always think before a new purchase: If only this thing was collected during the day.

Battery, one hundred poods! Yes, when buying a multicooker they are already ticking, you just have to set it right. That is, regardless of whether the cartoon is on, the clock ticks from the moment it was inserted into the cartoon on the conveyor. The cartoon was purchased in 2011, and it could have been made in the first batch. And all this time I stood without being connected to the network.
That is, the modes work quite adequately. Only the scoreboard does not work. You need to change the battery and everything will be OK. If the husband is handy, he can change himself. Otherwise, go to the SC, it will be replaced as soon as possible, perhaps right in front of you.

It seems like yes. baked vanilla in boiling water. I still have a perfezza, so today I baked chocolate in boiling water, so it didn't work out (5 cm in height and very heavy and baked 2 times for 50 minutes!) In short, it's not my day. Went to sleep!

And I don't know where to go. Where in Kiev can I? Or in any ss where something is being repaired?
