Zucchini stew (DEX-50)

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 large
Potatoes 4-5 pcs.
Rast. oil 1 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
Natural yoghurt 150 ml
Garlic 2 teeth
Salt, pepper, paprika, allspice taste

Cooking method

  • It's simple. Wash the zucchini, clean it, throw out the middle with large seeds, cut the rest into small pieces. Pour rust into the cartoon. butter, add zucchini, salt, turn on Braising for 1.5 hours. While the marrow is stewing, peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. We send it to the zucchini, mix, add salt and forget for an hour. 15-20 minutes before the potatoes are ready, mix the yogurt and tomato paste and send this mixture to our stew. We mix everything well. We clean the garlic, cut it finely and send it there. Pepper, sprinkle with paprika on top and add allspice. When the multicooker squeaks, the dish is ready! Sprinkle with herbs to taste.

The dish is designed for

3 servings

Time for preparing:

1.5-2 hours

Cooking program:

Extinguishing

Note

This is how I make this stew using the Minus 60 system. If extra fat in food is not a threat to your figure, then yogurt can be safely replaced with a couple of tablespoons of sour cream, it will be more satisfying and tastier. It will be even tastier if you first fry the zucchini over high heat, add a couple of tablespoons of flour, then everything is according to the recipe.

Bon Appetit!

: hi: The recipe is very cool, thanks! But I have a question, because I am still on "YOU" with the multicooker. Can I open it during the extinguishing program? It seems to me that t in the multitude changes during extinguishing, and when we open it, does it stray from the regime?

I don’t know about the others, my Dex can be opened with any program. Of course, it will boil a little less, since the temperature still goes away a little when you open the lid, but this never knocks the program down.
And let's go from cartoon to YOU, it's a very simple unit, the main thing is to figure out which program does what and how.

Lozja, thanks for the recipe! The photo is incomparable! You know how to photograph! Well done!
Everything seems to be simple, overcooked long ago, but already well forgotten. (At least by me).
I will definitely make such a stew, but according to the most high-calorie and delicious option you proposed. I have never done it with sour cream, there is a reason to try it. I will pre-fry the onions + carrots. I will definitely report back.

With onions and carrots, there will be a slightly different taste, but it should also be delicious.

What is this? So I make vegetable stew in two ways, or like this - zucchini, potatoes, garlic, or like this: zucchini, peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes... I haven't tried mixing, but you try it, you will tell us later, maybe the third option will appear as a result.

Well, I persuaded ...

A good idea! And for the second year now I have not eaten potatoes with meat together, so I did not even think in this direction. But a husband can easily cook this, and it is tasty and satisfying with meat.
Thanks for the report and idea!

Lozja, Oksana, I am also here with my wrong stew. but because I want to add everything, and so that it is not enough.
I made a stew almost according to the recipe Hunting potatoes... I also wanted to add mushrooms, and thicken the sour cream sauce.
Thanks for pushing! It turned out delicious!

Thanks a lot for the recipe)
I took it as a basis and slightly corrected it for myself.
1 - Slightly increased the number of zucchini, so that it turned out 50 to 50 with potatoes. It seemed to me that there are less zucchini in your recipe.

2 - On the "frying vegetables" mode, without a lid, lightly fried the zucchini until light crust.
3 - Added chopped potatoes and put them on stewing mode - 1 hour. I closed the lid.
So far, no salt, no spices and no additives.
Due to the absence of salt, moisture was not released too intensively, but it was quite enough for extinguishing. He stewed it almost until cooked for about half an hour. I mixed it a couple of times during this time.
4 - While the stewing process was going on, I took a cup - 450 ml and mixed in it:
- 2 tablespoons of sour cream
- Dessert (without a slide) spoon of tomato paste
- Ground paprika (to taste) I have about 1/2 tsp
- Provencal herbs and a little (a couple of pinches) of dried marjoram.
- Squeezed out 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- Poured milk to almost a full cup (so that when stirring, the contents did not spill out much)
- added a couple of tablespoons of flour. (I figured it out by eye so that the sauce was not too thin or thick)

5 - Filled vegetables with this mixture. He waited until everything bubbled up again and stewed for another 10 minutes to thicken the sauce.

Yummy

..........

Glad you liked it! Eat to your health!

No, no, it seemed to you that there are fewer zucchini. By "big" zucchini, I meant a really huge zucchini. And the potatoes weren't that big. In general, the number of zucchini and potatoes is all to taste, the main thing is that it fits into the saucepan.

: girl_curtsey: Can you tell me too? If the zucchini is even only 1/4 of the potatoes, this is already delicious! And even very much! 🔗
